- LaBoay (10/5): - Excellent breakfast/lunch. Open for long hours so you can go early or around noon. Large variety of food items to choose from. Staff friendly and professional. Great location. I got off the train from the airport, and the hotel was just a short walk after getting off the rail .

- Verified traveler (10/5): 시타딘 사우스 청두 후기 - 숙소내부는 4인이상이 써도 될만큼 쾌적하고 넓었습니다. 1층 안내데스크에 계셨던 남자분께서 매우 친절하셨고 체크인부터 체크아웃까지 우리의 기분이나 좋은말씀들을 많이 해주셨다. 하지만 그 숙소에 머물 때 여성 안내원끄 택시를 한대 불러달라고 요청했으나 몇분이 지나도 아무 말이 없어서 언제오냐고 말씀을 드렸습니다. 하지만 5분뒤에 택시가 올것이라는 말과는 달리 15분이 지나도 오지않았고, 다시한번 나는 빨리가야하니 부탁드린다고 말씀 드렸으나 귀찮다는식의 반응을 보여 결국 40분을 넘게 기다린후 약속시간이 늦어 택시 취소를 하고 밖에나가서 따로 잡았습니다. 단순히 택시가 안와서 화난것이아니고 안내원의 태도가 불편했습니다. 또한 차가 많이 다니는곳에 위치해있어서 경적소리가 많이나서 시끄러웠던 점을 제외하고는 아주 만족스러운 호텔생활이었습니다!

Aantal substantiële minpunten: -appartement was helemaal niet goed schoon! Hier en daar stoffig, broodkruimels overal op de bank....bad/wc waren wel schoon. -ontbijt is gewoon slecht, zowel westers als Chinese buffet. Veel vieze producten, slechte en koude koffie.... -parkeren is - in tegenstelling tot wat er op Expedia vermeld staat - niet gratis!! Eerste uur 8 Yuan, uren daarna 3 Yuan per uur. -had dit hotel gekozen mede vanwege het (volgens Expedia filter) aanwezige zwembad. Dit blijkt echter per 1 januari 2019 gesloten te zijn...

- Verified traveler (6/5): ホテル環境は快適。中国語ができない身には、フロント対応は、いまひとつという感じ。 - 出張で5泊利用（デラックス スタジオ クイーンベッド 1 台 専用バスルーム）。 勤務場所は、世豪広場内。HOTELS. COMの地図で見ると、１ｋｍもない徒歩圏と思われたが、実際に２．５ｋｍ以上あった。その他の地図サイトでの確認が必要と痛感。 フロントは、英語ができるスタッフは少ない感じがした。 クレジットカードでの精算時に、元建てではなく、円建ての金額にてサインを求めてきた。レートが悪くなると思われるので、サイン時は確認が必要。 コインランドリーは２Fの朝食場の横にあり、無料で利用可能。洗剤も置いてある。 但し、操作方法に手間取る。特に乾燥時間は最初に表記された時間より短めに仕上がる場合もあり、戸惑う場合も。 朝食は、種類は限られているものの、サラダ、温野菜、麺、卵、肉、炒飯、パン、ヨーグルト、シリアルなど揃っている。メニューは日替わりになっており、味もおいしい。 シャワーも温水がきちんと出る。 キッチンもあり、ポット、電子レンジ、冷蔵庫、箸、スプーン、食器などを使用。 部屋の収納スペースは十分。

- Verified traveler (10/5): 五つ星レベルのサービスアパートメントです。 - 初めての成都市でしたので息子のガールフレンドの家に近いこちらに二泊しました。 スタッフの皆さんは親切丁寧で笑顔で接客してくださいました。 リビングとキッチン付きの広いお部屋で，寝具も高品質でゆっくり休めました。掃除も行き届き朝食も美味しかったです。 バスタブがないので残りの滞在は他のホテルを予約しましたが，こちらにしておけば良かったと後悔しました。 一つだけ改善して頂きたいのは，夜になって全自動洗濯機を使ったのですが，設置がイマイチでものすごい音がしたので途中でやめましたが簡単に修理できると思います。 団体客はいないし外国人の方も多く客層も良いと思います。 日本人の方たちにぜひお勧めします。

- Hinna (10/5): Great hotel with modern facilities close to metro - A very comfortable apartment/hotel with great views of the business district. Short distance from metro making it very easy to travel into central Chengdu. Hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful. All the facilities were in very good condition with a modern feel. Breakfast offered a good selection and the hotel transfers were very easy to arrange.
- Dan (10/5): Perfect location in the Wohuo District - Spent 6 Days total at Citadean, overall I’d rate a 5 out of 5. Located in Wohuo District close to the Global Center and Airport. Room was a single Queen, super clean and attendent staff very friendly. Breakfast served everyday on second floor, eggs, dumplings, and a simple variety of staples. Coffee was hot! Parking was fast and easy with vouchers so I did not have to pay for parking. Took about 40 minutes to get to people’s park by cab.

- Lety (10/5): Perfect suite for families and business travelers - We loved our hotel, it was a large 2 room apartment with everything you need, kitchen is fully equipped, although I only used coffee maker, washing/dryer in room, which came handy as we are a family of five. Nice restaurant that our family loved on the building, Maan caffee, waffles, sandwiches and other confort foods. Staff super helpful and they try their best to speak in English, not all of them do, but will make an effort to talk and help.

- TAKESHI (10/5): 成都の常宿 - 成都に泊まるときにはいつも使っている常宿です。収納や簡易キッチンなど、とても使い勝手が良く、またキングサイズのベッドや清潔な部屋をとても気に入っております。朝食にパンなどの洋食を揃えていただいており、数日の滞在でも飽きることがありません。贅沢を言うと、トイレットペーパーが硬いこと（ウォシュレットではありません）、アメニティに髭剃りが無いこと（以前はあったような）ぐらいでしょうか。それ以外は、何日居ても、何回宿泊しても居心地の良さは変わりません。ホテル自体も清潔で、サービスもとても良いです。このクラスのホテルで、フロントで普通に英語が通じるのも、中国ではありがたいことです。
- Thanh (10/5): Hotellet ligger ikke langt unna Pandas hovedbase - Veldig bra service. Store, fine, renslige rom. Vi var i chengdu kun for panda base stedet..en stor skuffelse er at man ikke kan holde en panda og bli tatt bilde sammen. Det ble visst banned for 2 år siden. Men ellers super hotell.
