• TOMAS (4/5): Disappointed 🙁 - The view. We been during November (low season) and you can really see that the services in general of the hotel goes down drastically. The breakfast was terrible, the toilets are not well cleaned and the hotel needs a renovation. We even found bugs in our room.

• O5913XVdeanb (10/5): Best Hotel ever - Arrived in Kusadasi on the 8th October at the hotel Milike we booked, the Milike was a right dump (read my review on it) anyway long story short after 3 days of arguing with Love Holidays we was moved to the Hotel Neopol, before we went we read the reviews on this Hotel and thought oh no, I will add i only give honest reviews as I don't want people to experience what we had to endure especially when its your hard earned cash !! We arrived at the Hotel Neopol and was greeted like Royality, staff was very friendly and helpful, we was taken to our room to get there we went pass the pool, that is a good size with a baby pool next to it, the sunlougers was of good quality with comfy cushioning added, we got to our room 304, and wow it was out of this world, as you walk in on the left you have a big fitted wardrobe, with shelves and storage area to the bottom, to the right you have a fantastic bathroom, with modern facilities, there is a hairdryer, and the large shower has a rainfall head, the room has a very large comfy bed with drawers either side and lighting, across from the bed is a large telly mounted to a large unit that has back lighting and houses storage and a mini fridge, there is also tea and coffee making facilities, next to that is two very comfy chairs with a coffee table, then you have sliding doors that leads you to the veranda with a good quality table and chairs, with views of the sea to die for, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and can't wait to stay again, if you are looking for a really good hotel to stay at that is clean and friendly then I really do highly recommend The Hotel Neopol

The directions are not accurate and it's not an easy walk to the beach and Marina as the hotel is at the top of a steep hill. We ended up using a taxi for each trip.

I thought the last time I stayed here is was off sesson and when we came back last week if might have changed . I was wrong have to say it was worst than before we struggled get lien changed room cleaned bathroom cleaned ,we got onto reception a few times about getting the room cleaned and a changed of towels but they kept say the cleaning staff said they have done it when they didn't bathroom left dirty for guest to arrive never giving a good clean also electrical sockets not right working not working Sparks comming from them when u plug stuff tried to tell staff but they just didn't want to listen electrical wires hang8ng from wall with just insulation tape around a built in fridge in the room thats does not work because there is no ventilation for air to travel around fridge and built in units around fridge are so warm we left to let it cool down a bit worrying that and as for the pool. Area fantastic views for there but the condition of the pool side was there parasole all ripped and old looking pool drainage area along side of pool and dirty and disgusting the lobby area and corridor area glass and floor absolutely disgusting and dirty glass that dirty you barely see through it floor in lobby are so dirty from dirty that in 5 days it was never cleaned this hotel needs to be looked can understand how its a still a 4 * hotel

Fatura talebimizi ise 10 gün önce kesilmiş denerek öteliyorlar . Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum .

Shouldn’t even have open doors to the public!! I don’t understand how that have gotten away with the way the hotel is ran! I’ve a few pointers to keep in mind if booking to stay here • I booked breakfast and dinner there’s no buffet to accommodate anyone who isn’t Turkish even at that there’s nothing for Turkish people to eat, I wouldn’t feed the breakfast to the stray dogs that are on the streets in turkey! • dinner your just handed a random plate of food could be anything at all your not given a buffet or menu it’s just a teenager making random things that are most likely gone off! • you can order food during the day myself and my partner ordered a pizza between us he couldn’t eat it I tried to and for the bit I did eat I was left puking for the duration of the day into the following morning. All because of that so called food. • there’s no juice machine or orange juice or apple (ect) you are allowed one free coffee in the morning and the machine has to be at least 20 years old it’s covered in rust. • ourselves and other Irish families along with other nationalities staying there while we were have been scammed by these teenagers that apparently run this hotel, the drinks are discussing out of the bar and are extortionate prices but yet we were all being charged different prices for drinks there’s no set price list they took advantage and mocked us by laughing saying the Irish are rich we have to pay these prices!! • myself and my partner landed to the hotel at approximately 4am after our day of travelling so we didn’t get to have a proper look around the hotel lobby or room! But one thing I did notice was the bed sheets were filthy black hairs all over the bed and stains everywhere on the sheets, the toilet was in the shower, and we were given have used toilet roll with stains on the so called clean half roll, •Still left over soap stains and hairs in the shower where you can clearly see that it wasn’t cleaned after the last people were in the hotel room. •The fridge felt like it was going to explode as it was hotter than an oven • room 209 the door does not lock it is bent and the key does not twist to lock the room I wanted a room change as I didn’t feel safe they were refusing until they did change my room. • room 209 the shower came completely off of the wall as wall as the new room I was given 104 they eventually replaced the shower in 104 but it came off as I was trying to freshen up after my long travel. • staff are rude not professional persona to them saying that they are all teens, and one middle aged man, no uniform to them or name tags. • there’s no such thing as room service. Even though it is in the description of the amenities • I had to buy my own fruit juices and snacks for the week and I was told they have to be confiscated as we were only aloud buy the hotel food but as I had a seriously bad experience with the food I was not risking that again so I did not hand over the snacks and juice I bought. • overall hotel is filthy and dusty never seen a cleaner and rooms weren’t cleaned during the week we were there • hotel is described to be walking distance of everything local it is not we paid over 300 euro on taxis in a week as we had to go into the town to eat every morning and evening as the food in the hotel is inhumane. • I bought gorgeous beach towels that were quite expensive here in Ireland before travelling and the staff stole them and lied about it, there were things moved and touched (taken out of drawers) in my room over the week that we left covered and hidden before ever going out in the day time. • you are charged for the water you use to shower with at the end of your stay but they don’t tell you that until you leave. There’s so much more I can go into depth about but I’d be here all day

Tijdens het schoonmaken werd de vloer niet meegenomen. In de avond konden we niet op ons balkon zitten, omdat het zwembad heel erg stonk. Zwembad was troebel, je kon de bodem niet zien. Wifi was niet sterk genoeg. Ontbijt was zeer matig, het vroeg opstaan niet waard.

Dirty balconies , no clean linen , no housekeeping , no towels available , thread bare chairs , broken parasols . Staff were new and inexperienced but friendly . The only thing going for this hotel is the terrace view . Not rebooking

À notre arrivée la chambre était sale, dans un état presque de délabrement (contour de la porte cassée presque tombante sur nos tête). Nous avons demandé à changer, la seconde chambre était sale aussi et une troisième chambre nous a été attribué, nous avons accepté par défaut et fatigue et il nous a été promis un nettoyage le lendemain. Nous avons demandé à rencontrer un responsable. Nous avons dû nettoyer avec des lingettes les différentes surfaces utiles. Plusieurs dysfonctionnements ont été constaté par le personnel également; fuite dans les toilettes, manque d'hygiène général dans la salle de bain aussi et cache climatisation manquant. Le petit-déjeuner était minimaliste pour un soi-disant 4 étoiles, les tables étaient poussièreuses. Dans la matinée nous avons réitéré notre demande à voir le responsable. Monsieur faisait son petit-déjeuner et n'était pas disponible. Vers midi nous avons redemandé à le rencontrer, celui-ci s'est dit disponible 10 minutes plus tard alors qu'il nous ait passé devant sans un bonjour. Nous avons donc attendu pour au final que l'on nous dise qu'il n'est finalement pas disponible, nous avons ré-exposé les problèmes rencontrés au personnel qui ont fait intervenir pour nettoyage de la chambre et réparation des toilettes. Finalement le responsable nous a demandé "ce qui pouvait constituer un si grand problème au point de demander à le rencontrer", sur ce nous avons donc quitter le bureau.

• marcocI4890XN (2/5): ❌ AVOID THIS HOTEL. - We booked this Hotel on our first visit in Turkey , it was a very good deal with Love holidays,we were very excited , that we didn’t bother to check reviews, !!!! Bad mistake, I was totally aware we were not booking a 4⭐️ hotel , but this experience was a complete disaster!!!!! We arrived in the early morning & we had to curry our own case through dark stairs , The room looked nice till next morning!!! Some of the problems to mention : -no wi-fi for a full week, all we got was smiles & excuses -staff not speaking English & in some occasions not friendly at all -over priced drinks served by teenagers with not clue -rooms dirty & dusty -multiple time left with no toilet paper & towels for shower -one of the air conditioners not working & leaking all over our clothes -Breakfast was poor & low quality food Just to mention a few !!! You have to carry the luggages yourself, with no lift. The corridor is dimly lit. It is a complete trip hazard carrying luggages in dark stairs. The room is basic, with one of the 2 AC unit is working. The shower is the worst. Mouldy, dirty and the water smelled funny. No hot water. We left the hotel demanding refund!

I have to give a bad review because of the poor sanitary conditions, especially the hygiene of hotel public areas. There are no elevators, you'll have to carry your own luggage upstairs as there were no help and service they can offer. The stairs was covered with dust that seemed to have not been cleaned for a long time. The girl at the front desk at night was absent-minded. They don't care about the guests and they're pretty dismissive. Don't choose Neopol Hotel，you'll be disappointed!

It is smack bang in the middle of kusadasi, so the distance to the centrum (is about 20 minutes by foot and 5 minutes by taxi) and about 30 min walk to ladies beach and 5 mins in a taxi ). The room was a good size, bed very comfortable, air con was brilliant, no issues with the room. The staff were friendly, and hotel grounds are small -which was handy as nothing worse walking ages from the pool to your room! This hotel was so good to stay at- they dont really offer continential food , but they do lovley pizzas and chips and great turkish cuisine. We stayed at this hotel September 2023 ( but could only select from october onwards lastyear for my review) and this year september 2023 we stayed at Le Bleu down at ladies beach, and Neopol Hotel was far nicer, and staff were so lovley compared to Le Bleu that claims they are 5 star. We got better treated by staff, and had a better stay at Neopol. We kept saying this year while staying at le Blue how much happier we would be if we had of booked neopol! This hotel is lovley and has great views. The smaller ground hotels seem to be ran much better than big ones. I would definaltly stay here again at Neopol.

• paulmU8060FV (2/5): AVOID - Stayed at this Hotel on a few occasion's over a period of a few years, it has changed names a few times, sitting on the top of a hill with spectacular views the location is perfect. We new what to expect and were not expecting 5* what we got unfortunately was -1* . We arrived early morning and had to drag our cases to our room up 4 flights of stairs, the room on first glance looked great with a very comfortable bed and pillows, as it was 4am we went straight to bed had a really nice sleep, In the morning we noticed that the bathroom floor was flooding, on further inspection we found that it was in fact the toilet leaking on to the floor. We also noticed that the toilet was still filthy from the previous occupants We reported this to reception to a lovely lady who said the technician would fix it when we were at the beach. Came back that evening to shower NO hot water either. Two days later still no one came to look at it and no towel change or room clean , it was at this stage we could see the dirt on the floors and windows also the lighting was very poor even when working. Again we reported to reception ,meanwhile ,buying cleaning product for the bathroom to clean the toilet ourselves. We arrived back that evening ,they reported that the leak was fixed ,on entering the room we were were greeted with the stench of sewage. We flushed the toilet only to see that the leak was still there and flooding the floor. At this stage we asked to be moved to another room as we could not stay with the smell, the guy on reception obliged, handed me a key to the room next door, we then moved our belongings in happy to be out of that room. We decided to go out ,used the shower, only to find that the drain would not take the water away and flooded the bathroom! We went out that evening and advised the guy on reception of the situation, he said they would fix in the morning ,did it happen no. I purchased a screwdriver pulled up the drain and had to clean out the hair and other gunk so we could use it without flooding. At this stage we had no option to contact Love Holidays to advise of the difficulty's their excellent response was the best way to resolve this would be to talk to reception ! Appalling customer service they also said that these were only MINOR issues. Faulty Towers would seem 5* compared to this filthy place the unfortunate thing is it could ,with a small bit of TLC be the gem it once was. Apologies for the long winded revue I could go on re other issues but what's the point! FYI we have been holidaying in Kusadasi for 23 years we NEVER had issues that we could not resolve ourselves, this has experience has soured us and ruined our holiday so much so we are determinized not to return there again. Shame on Love Holidays!
• Rose (8/5): View, Pool, Room, Staff.. All Great! - Great Staff, Pool, View is amazing! Very quiet hotel no rush for loungers etc. We didn't use breakfast facilities, purely due to our own taste. Staff couldn't do enough for us, as hotel is on steep hill they ordered taxis for us each evening which came very quickly. There is no lift but staff helped with bags to the room, so this didn't matter at all! Also it appears a lift is in construction! No real complaints from us everything was great! Look forward to staying again.

• Ozkan (4/5): Disappointing - The hotel was quiet, not too busy when we stayed there. It is fairly close to the center of the city, where the restaurants and shops are. We took a taxi every day and it took about 5 to 10 minutes to the city center. Our stay was really dissapointing. The reason we booked this hotel was because we stayed here, about 10 years ago and were really satisfied then. But alas a lot has changed since then. Breakfast was really dissapointing, especially the stale bread every morning. I don't know how it is possible to get stale bread in Turkiye, but we got it every morning at breakfast. The toilet kept on running, the flushing mechanism did not work correctly. The whole building is in need of maintenance. Everything looks old and/or broken. Most of the staff don't smile at all, no idea what that is about. Does it hurt to say good mornig? I'm happy we only stayed one third of our holiday here and had more destinations booked.
• Marlen (6/5): - Aussicht bombastisch, Pool ist auch sehr schön, aber die Zimmer sind eine Katastrophe. Aus den Wänden hing im Bad die Steckdose raus . Die Glastür im Bad hatte keinen Knauf zum öffnen und schließen. Wir hatten das Familienzimmer was vom Schnitt sehr schön war aber die obere Klimaanlage war defekt, als Ersatz gab es einen zusammen gebastelten Ventilator. Das Frühstück war gar nicht gut, die Auswahl mager und für die Kinder nicht mal Gläser oder Becher geschweige denn Saft oder Wasser im Angebot dafür hätte man zahlen müssen und das mit utopischen Preisen. Auch wenn der Preis völlig in Ordnung war, werden wir dort nicht mehr einchecken.
• Amy (6/5): Nice room- poor breakfast - The room was spacious. The bed was very big and comfortable.There was, however, no A/C in the upstairs section of the family room so it was hot up there. The pool and pool side were very nice. Staff helpful and friendly. The breakfast however was very poor and similar to one a basic guest house would offer. It was mainly salad items and sweaty cheese. Missing was a choice of breads and pastries. Eggs boiled only - no omelette. Cereal was the cheap type and the sausage the highly processed type.The toaster didn’t work and the coffee was bad.
• Patricia (5/5): Nice but hotel needs attention - the view from this hotel is beautiful.. looking out on the sea and pigeon island is stunning. the breakfast was turkish breakfast and it was lovely. We stayed in the family suites and they were very spacious with a very comfortable extra large double bed and 2 single beds up a little stairway.. The staff that were there were very pleasant. Improvements really need to be made to this hotel. i think the first one they are addressing is the fact we were on the 2nd floor and there was no lift up to it( i think it was being welded as we were there 😊). The shower in room 116 needs to be fixed and when we told reception that the fridge didn't work they told us to open the door for 10 mins ??? (it did the trick tho 🤷‍♀️) i said that the staff were nice but was very skeleton... it annoyed us that food isn't readily available.there didnt seem to be a designated area during the day where full time staff were on hand..there is a QR code in the breakfast room and hopefully then you find a member of staff to give an order to... General maintenance around the pool needs to be undertaken... the ladders into the pool need to be properly fixed to the ground...they are just waiting for an accident to happen..

• Roman (9/5): Superb - Placing our rooms together by the pool was great. There was a relaxed stress-free atmosphere. Breakfast service is a bit confusing. For eg. We were told juice wasn't included and then the family next to us were served juice. It's easier if you allocate one specific space of your property for this service rather than have your clients walk up to the bars in confusion.

• Pamela (5/5): Happy it was short - Not allot. Location was decent. The music at the pool was too loud. I was the only one at the pool and then turned it down a little bit, but not much when seemed in poor service since I was the only one at the pool. A/c did not work as much as I would have liked. They did not share any information about places to visit. They did not clean the bird droppings off of the chairs.
• Arifa (8/5): Very good - The location is quite good, near to the Kusadasi bus stop and not to far to seaside, you can walk to Old Town. The room is spacious, with complete amenities, as pictured, the pool, and tasty breakfast at restaurant. It is not as clean, the floor is quite sandy and the shower drain was not properly cleaned from hair and I’ve to clean it myself. I rate the staff quite low since the cleaning lady was not as careful, to mistook our personal towel into their laundry where we had to check out the next morning. We ended up loosing 2 towels.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Dirty bathroom - The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned there were fingers prints and fluid on the large chrome toilet buttons to flush toilet, shower head & glass were covered in water marks n dry wiped cloth marks. Shower became a swimming pool after 2-3 minutes flooded the floor. Towel holder was broken, glass door to bathroom was disgustingly dirty pen, marks & fingers prints all over, Towel rail was broken and left in a draw .thick dust on top of mirror & air con unit.. I did complain and offered another room however it was in the same condition as my room

• KARIM (10/5): - Hôtel super calme, vue sur mer à couper le souffle et propreté parfaite. La piscine est au top et le personnels au petit soin… petit bémol pour le petit déjeuner que nous avons trouvé assez simpliste mais bon. Nous avions la suite qui est un Triplex sur 3 niveaux vraiment top!!!

Cleanness, during my one week stay i had to ask two times to clean my room. Towels are absolute dirty, you get everyday towels but very dirty and old ones, i had to buy my own towel.
