- Eric (9/5): Super adresse à Paï proche de tout !! - Tout est super, bungalow très bien équipé avec super déco, petit jardin, la rivière est à coté et le centre-ville en traversant la rue c’est parfait ! Pas de restauration mais ils ont un café devant, et comme vous êtes au centre aucun souci pour manger autour… J’ai d’ailleurs re booké 3 nuits la semaine prochaine. Un peu de bruit sur la route le soir mais comme tout ferme à minuit ça se calme vite. Mais on peut difficilement être au centre sans un peu d’animation !!!

C'est en faite un logement partagé en 2, et l'isolation est tres mauvaise du coup on comprend la discussion des voisins. C'est aussi tres proche du pont principal et donc assez bruyant.

- Dahinden (5/5): Eher für jüngeres Publikum, welches die Nacht durch unterwegs ist😉 - Originelle Zimmerausstattung. Lage am River und nähe zum Zentrum Sehr, sehr lärmig! Strasse und Party vis-a-vis bis in die frühen Morgenstunden. Anlage hat vermutlich schon bessere Zeiten erlebt🤔

- Welbourn (8/5): Beautiful apartment 🥰 - Love love loved the decor and lay out of room and balcony. Shower was great, bed was great. The location. By the river was beautiful, however if you want to sleep before 04:00, this is not the place. The noise from the bars and the fighting arena are on another level. Feels like you are in the middle of a nightclub. However, I am not into the club, party scene so if you are, this will not bother you.

- Owen (8/5): Great value for money in a great location - Location is great, so close to the walking street. Check in was very quick and easy. Little courtyard where you can reach all the rooms is very nice, by the river. Room is designed very nicely and has good working air con:) Charging ports closer to the bed side but that’s literally it:)
- Lisette (3/5): Slecht - De plek, had deze locatie met een persoonlijke reden uitgezocht. Komt totaal niet over met de beschrijving op Booking.com. Kamer 2B Ik had 12 dagen 11 nachten geboekt, na dag 5 was er nog niet schoongemaakt. Heb ik aangegeven maar dat doen ze niet of ik moest er bij zijn. Erg vreemd vooral omdat je je toiletpapier niet in de wc mag gooien dus vuilbak gaat stinken en de nachten zijn warm dus lekker zweten in bed. Wel werden er elke dag 2 flesjes water en een rolstoelen papier op de veranda neergezet. Wasbak was lek, gaf ik aan ze waren al op de hoogte, kon gemaakt worden moest ik even een afspraak maken. Ik heb vakantie en zit niet te wachten op een afspraak met een loodgieter. Als je weet dat die lek is waarom laat je me dan in die kamer voor 12 dagen terwijl het helemaal niet vol was. Koffie corner aanwezig, die is er niet. Je kon bij de buren een kop koffie kopen. Ik heb dat aangegeven ee zijn wel zo vriendelijk geweest om een waterkoker met oploskoffie neer te zetten, dat was super. Het zwembad is niet meer aanwezig, dit hadden ze direct na het boeken doorgegeven maar wel vreemd dat het nu, een maand nadat ik heb geboekt, nog steeds op Booking.com vermeld staat dat deze er is. Als ik bij de recensies kijk zijn deze mensen erg vriendelijk, als ik iemand op het terrein tegen kwam zeiden ze geen gedag, ook niet voordat ik een klacht had ingediend, erg jammer.

- Josh (8/5): Perfect hotel with a clean pool unlike most - The room was very clean and spacious, whilst still being modern. The pool is also very clean (Most in Pai I saw were green and unkept). The staff are amazingly friendly and go above and beyond. Nothing to not like about this place... Everything was exactly what was needed. Whether on a budget or just travelling.
- Josh (10/5): Outstanding Pai resort - 5 stars. - Cleanliness, wonderfully polite staff and family. VERY CLEAN swimming pool, the best I'd seen in a Pai hotel. Very safe feeling, just on the Pai river. Perfect walking distance to walking street. Nothing. Just wear your pink spray.

Staff were kind, helpful and serviced the room on request. Pool was clean and cool. No complaints! Expect to hear music and voices floating across the River........

- Omar (8/5): Very good - Great Location and Comfortable Stay We had a pleasant stay at this resort. Our room was clean, comfortable, and very well located—close to the center yet far enough away to avoid being right in the middle of the festivities. That said, we could still hear people celebrating at night, but it wasn’t too disruptive. The resort itself has a lot of potential and is very well maintained in terms of cleanliness. However, some areas could benefit from a bit more maintenance. Overall, I recommend this place for a stay in Païs, especially if you’re looking for a balance between convenience and a bit of tranquility.

I expected my towels to be changed more often - I stayed there for a week, and only when I asked I got a new one. There is no storage room, not even a chair to put your stuff so I took one from outside. It definitely needs a full body mirror. It was also loud in the evening at times when there was a party or Muay Thai across the river. But it’s a central location, so to be expected

- Moran (10/5): I really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend! - I took the room with the river view and it was perfect. The room was pretty basic but the value for the money is great. When I wanted to extend the stay they did anything to let me stay. Honestly, I didn't want to leave the balcony in my room. They bring you everyday new toilet paper and water bottles and the staff is really nice. The water in the shower was either too hot or too cold, I couldn't make it right but maybe it was just me.

The private balcony overlooking the river was gorgeous. Across the road was noisy. It drifted into our room. That was annoying and should have been more clear before booking. Otherwise it was a great hotel.

- Alexander (7/5): A decent place to stay if you have to - Pleasant decor in the rooms. Air con that worked well. Property is pretty and there’s a good view of the mountains around. Bathroom sink leaked. Shower water never got warm - cold showers only. Uncomfortable bed. There are obvious cracks in the bungalows that let in noise (and bugs so never eat or leave food inside). There is a bar known for being open late across the river; you can hear the music well into 2-3 AM. You can hear your neighbors whisper.

- Vincent (8/5): Very good - This is the second time that I have stayed here. It is a nice funky hotel, set in a nice garden by the river. There is also a nice swimming pool. There was no kettle, cups or coffee and tea in our hut. They supplied a kettle and cups when I asked for it. There is also a nice terrace with two chairs, nice to sit out. The hotel can het noisy from surrounding party place's. It was also really cold. The next day, we asked for and got extra blankets. There was just the minimum amount of furniture. No cupboard or night table. Limited hanging places for clothes.

- Vineet (2/5): The location of property is great and on the river but its an extremely old and not well maintained - The location of the resort is very good The rooms are very old. They had lot of dust as I am allergic to dust mite I can immediately find out. The air-con was not working. Reception and river side seat out, i mean the common area is not well kept. Over all its a old place which is not clean and I feel the rooms are not well maintained. I had issues with water not flowing out easily at the shower area and stuff.
- Vivian (7/5): I was only there for one night and it was comfortable - It’s super close to the boonsiri ferry pick up and close to bars, but quiet enough. Location is outstanding! It all looked clean, AC worked, there was an elevator and nice staff at reception. Only suggestion is to change the toilet seats, they had yellow stains.
- Tara (9/5): Nice location on the river, walking distance to everything! - I booked this as a single night between two long mountain races. I needed a quiet place to sleep, but Pai was crazy loud with an extended holiday. The owner was amazing and tried to find me a new place to stay. No luck, every place was booked due to Loy Krathong. But he was so nice and understanding, driving me around Pai on his motorbike trying to help me. In the end I stayed at this hotel because it was late and I had run 65km that day and needed sleep. I put in earplugs and was fine. But honestly, I think this place would be wonderful without the big party across the river. The owner is wonderfully nice too. I would come back for sure. Note that during a Thai holiday, there will be a loud party at the restaurant on the river. The owner doesn't like the noise either, but there's nothing he can do about it.

- Ryan (8/5): Very good - Duplex bungalow with river view and exclusive entry. Very colorful interior and dingy wall construction really fed the bungalow theme. A lot of shutter windows to allow in airflow and ample amount of natural light. Mini fridge for cold drink and food storage. An extension cord long enough to be strung over door frame to rest on headboard shelf to allow electronics to be plugged in within arms reach while laying down. There was even a shutter window between the living area and the bathroom that would allow face to face interactions with someone on the toilet lol. Didn't get around to using the pool, however, there is a decent swimming pool with a proper seating deck along the riverview side of the property. The entry door was a two-door shed style door that was shimmed very tight and used a pad lock and latch to secure the room from unwanted entry in your absence. Also, a potential hazard for someone who might want to be nefarious and lock someone in. The windows contained no glass, so no real insulation nor protection from outside elements like mosquitoes. The pool was above ground flexible material and I wasn't sure of how old the material was or how well maintained it was from being damaged from normal use.

- Anton (7/5): Good - The spot is great. The rooms are lovely with big windows. It’s close to everything at the same time it’s not in the middle of action. The hotel owner lady left a bad impression. The bike they gave to me broke down in the middle of the ride. Something with engine, it just would start after I came bike from a hike in a cave. The homestay managed to get a mechanics and after we spent about three hours on waiting and trying to repair they took me back to Pai. When we reached the knower lady had no interest in the situation. I talked to her helper. They paid for repairs and we agreed that the second day of the new bike will be for free given the wasted time and money that I had to pay to locals for help out. Next day the hotel owner lady said that I still have to pay for the hike. Said that her helper doesn’t speak English well and according to contract I was supposed to fix it. I showed that the contract mentions damage. Which was not the case, there was no crash or fall. But she accused me of damaging the bike, hinted that I should be grateful that they paid for repairs and insisted I pay for the second day. The money is not a big deal, but this lack of responsibility and care was frustrating. I was lucky that the bike didn’t break in the middle of the road. And lucky I didn’t arrange any tours with them. With this level of responsibility I wouldn’t be safe. It’s a shame. It was a lovey stay over all, but this whole situation with blaming others spoiled the impression of the place.

There are hostels in town that can carry the sound of their Binge drinking youngsters down river. It's Thailand! You have to be flexible or stay miles away.

Pool was clean and lovely and the owners were friendly. Wifi was very intermittent, there were lots of small ants (not really a problem!) and the shower was poor. The bar area was not open and the owners weren’t really about
