• Cecilie (6/5): - Basic clean room with breakfast included. Targeted for school classes so it can get quite busy with teenagers during the week and you aren’t allowed to bring outside food into your room even if you have a private room. But overall good for the price and the location

The hotel is a bit noisy due to student groups, but I was in building C, so I had no trouble sleeping. The staff is very friendly, just like Santiago. I'll definitely come back with my family.
• TravelMemoirist (6/5): Educate the Front office staffs to treat everyone equally irrespective of the colour of the skin. - I stayed in a private room.....The rooms are spacious....But the floor was not good....It was sticking.....There was no amenities provided.....You need to request it everytime at the Front office....Very rude front office staffs....They profile customers and behave accordingly.... The complimentary breakfast is manageable....But same menu everyday....You will get bored if staying for many days.....The lobby area is good....Nice place to relax with a cup of coffee

• Verified traveler (10/5): Go to premium room for a quieter stay and aircon - Better to book a premium room : Quieter because there will be no massive groups of noisy teenagers. Secondly because only premium rooms do have air conditioning, extremely useful as Paris is more and more frequently hit by heatwaves up to 40° C (and still more than 25° at 03.00 AM) Breakfast has nothing special, they should better propose fares without breakfast included.

• Rodrigo (4/5): - No me gustó la desorganización entre el hostal y Expedia, al momento de llegada, no les aparecía mi pago y nos tuvieron mucho rato en recepción haciéndonos preguntas y pidiendo que les mostrara documentos bancarios del pago, etc. Además no me gustó la ubicación, la calidad del desayuno, el horario del desayuno 6.45 a 9.00hrs, ni el horario del check -out 9.00hrs.
• Rocel (10/5): - Very good. It’s a hostel so the range of services is limited as is alcohol availability. No loud parties as a result which suited us just fine.
• 85masond (8/5): Pretty Good - Stayed here with my school arts department on a trip to Paris. It was fun! Place was overall very modern and sleek, the WiFi worked surprisingly enough. The Good: - Food was surprisingly great. Contential stuff mostly, but you can't exactly knock it. If your meals are included then you operate with a paper token system, which isn't ideal, but it works. Queues weren't long and there was some decent variety. - All the events/commons are focused in this one huge hub area, which works a charm. We had a Jazz band on our first night, the atmosphere was perfect. Plenty of tables and space for us to play D&D. There's also an outdoors bit if you fancy that. - Getting on WiFi is easy and doesn't demand that you sell your soul to a newsletter or anything like that. - Full of surprises! Local jazz band on the first night, a wonderful kind of café vibe in the evenings, and CATS. There was a particularly grumpy one that sat on the seats and did allow pats if you were lucky, I've immortalised him in my profile picture. The Not-So-Good: - Walls are very thin. So you can basically hear everything going on inside or outside. Not usually an issue. But considering the place's status as a youth hostel? It gets bad. Some earplugs help fine. - The group I roomed with were only given four out of an expected five room cards. Not usually an issue, but the hotel stresses their importance in verifying that you're actually staying at the hotel. Thankfully the staff were understanding, otherwise felt like being checked at the Berlin wall everytime I came in. - No air conditioning in the rooms, which was brutal in the Paris heat. On a group trip you'll usually be in the main hub, which is ventilated exceptionally. So this shouldn't be too much of a problem if you're travelling with a group.
• arvindw2025 (2/5): Uncooked Food and Not looked after Room ruins otherwise nice hotel-Unappologetically bad. - The room wasn’t horrible but it wasnt good, the shower door wouldn’t properly close. Ontop of that the fan didn’t work. The reason for this one star review is mainly the food. They hadn’t cooked the chicken and for some reason it had cheese in, the fish was frozen.
• O3580ABpaolog (2/5): Fiap hotel experience - Horrible food on first night, fish was hard and cold as well as a disgusting salad. I'm fact, I couldn't get any sleep because of the fan. The bathroom doors wouldn't close so there was absolutely no privacy. The tap didn't work either so it was very unhygienic.
• Gareth (8/5): Nice quiet location but central - Superb environment for a city stay. Reception staff were very helpful. Breakfast was okay but could have offered a bit more. The room was clean and quiet. Shower was pleasant. Decent location for things to do. However, still quiet. I'd say the price was slightly high for what it is but overall, I enjoyed my stay tremendously.

• Sassatunta (10/5): Excellent base for a Sixth form school Art trip - (We actually went Feb 2024…not Summer). This is such a good base for a school trip to Paris…. Rooms are comfy, quiet enough, functional. Our students were happy there…. Great pizza place just around the corner, really well located to get toG and onto all the sights.
• Emily (10/5): - This hostel is in a great area in paris, seeming generally safe and about a 10 min walk to the train station that has the metro 6 line which can take you to the eiffel tower area(among many others) which is super handy for any tourists and travellers interested in hitting the big monuments! The private double room was quite small but as our main concern was traveling around the city space wasn't an issue for us. They also have body wash provided for the shower which is one of the better hotel soaps i've tried. The breakfast as well was actually quite good but also goes fast so don't wait till the last minute to grab food. Overall great stay and I'd go back in a heartbeat!

Der er ikke taget højde for aktiviteter til mindre børn. Vi rejste med børn på alderen 3, 7 og 10 år. De kunne ikke lide morgenmaden heller.

• Daisy (4/5): - Positive : It was in a safe area, breakfast was included. Negative : When I checked in a member of staff was talking to the receptionist, they ignored me. I had to demand attention. There was absolutely no flexibility as to the checking in time, I had to leave my luggage in a room together with other guests'.I was put in the furthest section, having to cross a yard in bad weather, up a set of stairs, then in the building, up two sets of stairs, no lift which was difficult when carrying luggage. The worst was that I couldn't access Internet which was essential for my work. The receptionist available then refused to help. I had to find an IT expert myself in the hostel. He did his best to connect me to the Premium line, free of charge. Unfortunately, I still couldn't have a connection. I had to go to a family member's in order to connect to teach! The hostel advertises itself as a business centre. I truly don't know how the business people could work. There were a lot of school youngsters on what looked like a language course. I had no problem with that but it's worth mentioning should that bother anyone else. I travel a lot in many countries, this is the first time that I cannot connect to the Internet to work. I will never return to that place.

The breakfast is good enough but don't go last hour, at 8:00 many groups use to go for it and there are long queues. We enjoyed the experience so much!

• ania (2/5): Do not stay here - We were extremely uncomfortable in the room. It was terribly ventilated and no air circulation at all. We complained a few times and the hotel did not do anything for us to help resolve this issue. Also, the shower was broken and the lighting was treacherous. It felt like a hospital.

• Christian (2/5): Ils se moquent du monde - Il n'y a eu aucun séjour. Le FIAP a annulé d'autorité ma réservation la veille à 21h pour le lendemain. Alors que j'avais réservé longtemps en avance. C'est inaceptable ! Ils ont surréservé les chambres et ensuite ils ont annulé celles qu'ils ont voulu. Selon quels critères ? Mystère ? Sans doute en fonction de celles qui leurs rapportaient le plus ? Dans tous les cas, ils se moquent du monde ! Ah monnaie, monnaie quand tu nous tiens....

• Voyage786008 (2/5): Do not recommend - The hotel did not have an elevator to our rooms. The breakfast was very limited, the offer was very limited: there were only boiled eggs (cold from the fridge) every single day. Only 1 type of coffee. I asked for gluten-free bread and they gave me a moulded one. We stayed for 3 days. In the rooms/ bathroom did not have soap and shower gel. The personnel were rude. Cleaning did not happen every day in the room. There is no mini fridge or kettle in the rooms.

It is clean and in a good location but there are several drawbacks: 1. the check-out time is very early at 9.30am which is very unusual; 2, upon return to the property there is a bag check like in a youth hostel. You can't even bring a bottle of beer or wine into your room.

• Davideprp (2/5): Awful night - I stayed for one night on 26/07/23. My room (516) was just awful. There was an unpleasant smell of mould or god-knows-what, windows are single glazed, walls are super thin, no bath gel or hand soup provided, door lock was broken, and i could hear loud people from upstairs and from next door (room 515). I did not sleep at all. I felt like there were elephants walking upstairs and some party going on next door. I could constantly hear doors opening and shutting from the corridor, as well as people talking loud without respect of the night time. I checked in at 12am and i had to wake up at 5am to catch an early train from Gare De Lyon. I was already exhausted from a long day and all i wanted was just to jump in bed and sleep. Unfortunately for me, i managed to sleep only about an hour. I was continuously woken up and disturbed by other guests. I could also hear people, cars and noises from the street (my room was on the 5th floor) because like I said windows are single glazed. The switch in the room is too far from the door, so if you arrive at dark times, prepare to turn on the torch app of your phone to search better in the dark where the room switch is. The pillows are super thin but the mattress was nice though (the only thing I liked about the room). Internet wasn’t the best, I wouldn’t say “super fast” as advertised. I paid €80 for an hour sleep eventually. What a rip off! Horrible hotel and will never go back again. I had another reservation booked on 12/08/23 which i now cancelled. Better booking somewhere else. I literally couldn’t wait to leave the property. Lobby and patio areas are great though. Shame they don’t invest the same amount of money to improve the guest rooms too. I’d rather stay in a hotel with a horrible lobby but a great room experience. That’s what really count at the end of the day. At least for me. Big NO for me. Sorry!

• Marie-Christine (10/5): - Je recommande cet hôtel. La chambre est propre mais il manquait le savon de la douche que j'ai demandé à l'accueil. Les ascenseurs sont beaux et en très bon état. La nuit a été calme grâce à la présence du personnel. Les salle de séminaire sont conviviales équipées de fontaine à eau. Il y a aussi le restaurant ouvert le soir et un bar. Endroit agréable avec une terrasse externe et beaucoup de groupes de touristes.

• acorna (4/5): Bare necessity - Good points: convenient locality, quite comfortable bed, clean rooms, competitive price, pleasant check-in. Breakfast is tolerable. But that is about all that is good. Rooms as uninviting as you can imagine, no air conditioning and window do not open properly, door lock is broken, no toiletries - not even a smallest piece of soap, no teapot, in short nothing except bare furniture, bedding and one towel. WiFi is a joke. Checkout hours are crazy – you have to be out at 9.30.

I think if we informed the staff they would have found a solution overall it was a pleasant experience and I recommend this place..
• Patrick (8/5): - I have only stayed for one night, and didn't have time to take the breakfast; however, my first impression was good: tidy and clean room and nice people at the reception. However, for my rating to be more accurate, I should have stayed for at least 1 to 2 additional nights.
• Milène (8/5): - Séjour d'une nuit pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Chambre très propre avec 2 salles de bain et un toilette. Si je peux me permettre une petite remarque, la salle de bain dans laquelle se trouve le toilette est un petit peu compliquée car la douche éclabousse pas mal... sinon rien à redire, petit-dejeuner très correct, il y en a pour tous les goûts. Accueil chaleureux, une petite dédicace pour Fabrice qui connaissait mon prénom à l'arrivée (normal, nous etions les derniers 😁). Une bonne adresse, nous recommandons

• Jaime Arturo (6/5): - Esta bien ubicado, entre dos lineas de Metro que hacen la movilidad mucho más sencilla. El desayuno es bueno, muy simple y sencillo pero te quita el hambre. Lo malo es que me asignaron una habitación al fondo de un pasillo muy oscuro, un cobertor lleno de cabello, el calefactor no funcionaba muy bien, y un día no hicieron el aseo. Creo que en mi experiencia y de mi familia, la relación costo beneficio no corresponde
• Verified traveler (4/5): not recommended - The central heating is down in my room and they didn't fix it but only gave me a small heater that didn't really help. This hostel kind of hosts large groups of school students every day, so it's very loud and noisy at night and during the breakfast it's a long line and often run short of food / drink. Also, the checkout time and breakfast time are super early.
• E999CMtomh (6/5): Ignore the scurrilous reviews!! - The reviews of this establishment are a travesty of reality. The beds were very comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, there was a good view, close proximity to the Metro, and a relatively tasty breakfast. There was a lovely cat, who welcomed us warmly when we arrived! The staff were friendly and helpful. There were no problems regarding ants and the staff did not confiscate food. The bathrooms were clean and large; however, the door didn't lock. Our window opened well, which was great for ventilation. The only real downside is the lack of amenities in the room. It's a bare room with minimal furniture and is clearly designed for cost-effectiveness rather than comfort. But, this is to be expected at this price range - so this is a moot point. I should advise prospective travellers to take other reviews with a sizeable pinch of salt. For such a reasonable price, this hostel is worth visiting. #ViveLaFiap
• Verified traveler (10/5): 가장 친한 친구한테 추천하고 싶은 숙소 - 깨끗하고 따뜻하다. 스태프 분들도 모두 친절하셨고, 아침마다 나오는 조식도 훌륭했다. 2인실 전용 욕실이었는데 위치와 컨디션, 성수기라는 점을 고려하면 아주 저렴한 가격이었다. 그걸 다 떠나서 봐도 아주 세련되고 안전하다. 캐리어를 펼쳐서 침대 밑에 넣을 수 있는 것도 큰 장점이었다. 화장실과 샤워실이 분리된 것 역시 아주 좋았다. 다음에 파리에 온다면 이 숙소에서 또 묵을 것이다.

• Hugues (8/5): Hébergement fonctionnel mais services limités - Accueil impersonnel. Informations approximatives. La chambre double est propre, fonctionnelle avec une salle d'eau et une douche à l'italienne, séparée du WC. Pas de gel de douche et de shampoing dans les chambres. Mais les chambres sont mal insonorisées. Petit déjeuner compris et varié. Mais le prix est imbattable.
• Guy (8/5): Séminaire Parisien - Séjour fort agréable avec un bar/ snack ouvert assez tard pour revenir d'un spectacle et se sustenter... Accueil très pro. Petit déjeuner copieux et salle agréable.
• Armando José Antonio (4/5): Mala atención en la recepción - Después de llegar puntual a la hora del check in, tuve que esperar dos horas y media para que me den la habitación, siendo que el check out es a las 9 de la mañana, y nadie del personal de la recepción se hizo cargo y no sabían que respuesta darme ante el problema, intolerable situación.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Spacious and accommodating - The rooms were so spacious which was lovely, our room that fit 4 had a large bathroom with 2 sinks and 2 showers and a separate toilet room in the room. They had a fan and 4 windows so we could get nice air in. The lobby is huge and has a luggage storage with so much space. There is a security guard at the door making sure you are actually staying there. There are 3 modern elevators. The breakfast room is kind of hidden but they had a great selection of breakfast foods with plenty of food for all. The orange juice was weird tasting though. Staff were fine. No soap to wash your hands, and no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom.
• laetitia (8/5): - Great location and staff. Poor insulation, it was excessively hot and noisy. Breakfast was quiet good. There is a garden outside, which particularly pleasant when the weather is fine, especially in Paris.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Got downgraded and there was a bug in the bed - We booked a double room and got a shared-type of room for 6 persons. We got the room for ourselves though, but it was not that kind of room I had booked and paid for. This was a downgrade from what I actually paid for. The room was not nice. I paid more to get a private double room that looked more decent. When I asked if it was a mistake that we had received a shared room, the receptionist said we got that room because they were fully booked. Despite the room feeling clean, it was a bug on one of the pillows. We caught it in a bottle. This was nasty.
