Melissa (3/5): Do not recommend - Only the location Dirty dusty display above bed filled with rubbish and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since it had been put there made us uncomfortable. The beds hadn’t been changed and sheets were making us itchy so I asked reception for new linen… the girl sighed like I was asking too much and then left me for 5 minutes standing while they argued in Thai until I asked again and one of them went to get it, for there only to have small sizes sheets so I had to layer the two sheets in order to have a non itchy hair covered bed. There were punch holes in the wall and the room smelt like damp as the shower has no ventilation.

Stef (1/5): Great hotel but horrible staff and management - The fact that the room is decorated in a unique way. Every room has its own theme. Nothing wrong with the room, facilities or location. Really liked the fake view from the balcony with the fake rocks 🙄 BUT. (And its a big one) The staff how they treated my Indian girlfriend when they saw her passport and the fact that they first tried to scam us for 5000 bath for supposedly smoking in the room (while on their own security cameras it clearly shows we went outside everytime we went for a cigarette), after we refused and pointed out the security images they tried to withhold the 500bath security deposit for the room "smelling weird". When we said we'd call the tourist police to figure it out we got our 500bath and we could finally leave to catch a taxi to the airport. My honest advice, search a bit more on booking.com because there are even cheaper stays which are also very unique with amazing hospitality
Wachinee (10/5): It's always my favorite!! - It's one of my favorite hotel. Not so expensive, surrounded by 7/11 and Mini Big C. Easy Togo around and not so far from the central pier Taksin. Negative is only one thing; the room isn't sound proof therefore you will hear everyone action , talking, Walking along the corridor. I have no problem with that, due to the reasonable price with Private bathroom. I'm fine with the noises anyway. The room isn't sound proof, but it's fine for me.

I shared a bathroom with the guest in the room next to me but that was not complicated at all and the bathroom was really clean. The hotel was a mix of old and new, with a nice vibe to it. There was even a fridge, and a Finnish moomin mug which was a cute, surprising detail.

Krisshnaveni (5/5): Terrible - Nothing When we checked in the lady at the front desk said we had a room only on first day and last day,whereas we had booked for 3 nights in a row and i received confirmation email that day morning. It was for new years eve.. We were waiting in the front desk for 10 mins when they were not even giving the room key as if it was our mistake and when i insisted that the taxi was waiting and we had to leave for sightseeing immediately after checkin. The lady said sorry, we felt really heartbroken. Had to say " should we stay in platform then, u have taken money_ u have confirmed room and now u r saying no.. then book another room for us or call the boss" she said No...no boss was called. They changed the name of the hotel after we booked the room not sure if they changed the name of the room also Then a guy came and asked the name of the room.when we said superior room they gave us a room where toilet was at the entry and we had to climb ladder for single bed and another one on top of it room had mould smell dead cockroaches in room floor .I dont remember booking such room.booking.com link took to the new hotel name and pics were changed. We contacted booking.com and received a message stating that thb zero will be given . Please find attached the pictures. We were not impressed at all. We were there without knowing when they are going to evacuate and were very much heartbroken. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

Flora (9/5): Comment un accident peut rendre un séjour mémorable - Endroit calme, à proximité de lieux d'intérêts et utiles, les lits très confortables, le personnel très gentil J'avais d'abord réservé une chambre avec lit en mezzanine, pas très pratique (je suis tombée pendant la nuit, me suis faite mal au pied)... puis demandé à changer de chambre, dans une suite. La suite est merveilleuse, calme, spacieuse, agréable, ce qui a rendu mon séjour mémorable !

Hop On vene lähti melkein kulmilta. Lisäksi Asiatiquelle pystyy myös kävellä, jos se kiinnostaa. Ei ihan "tavis" hotelli. Täytti kaikki perustarpeet, kun huonetta tarvi lähinnä yöpymiseen. Siisti. Suihku ja wc erotettu huoneessa lasiseinillä ja saattaa häiritä, jos haluaisi yksityisyyttä. Mutta kaikkeen tottuu :) Huoneen näkymä parvekkeelta suoraan seinään.

beauchet (5/5): Pas terrible - La taille de la chambre enfin le prix a été en conséquence On entre dans l’ hôtel , une forte odeur de fleur de Lys qui se rapproche à une odeur d’urine plutôt dérangeante. Les lieux sont froids et le personnel pas très aimable. Présence de cheveu dans la chambre, literie molle mériterait de remplacer les matelas. Le pire, c’est les bruits qu’on entends, des pièces d’à côté car porte murs peu épais et le bruit de dehors, fenêtres peu isolantes. Sur côté et quartier bof bof

The location is excelent with many street food restaurants around, a 7 eleven by side and walkable distance to public transport. It is a bit out of the beaten track of tourism but you can reach it very easily by public transport.

Unser Zimmer hatte eine direkte und nicht sehr schalldichte Verbindungstür zum Badezimmer der Angestellten, welches auch Nachts frequentiert wurde. Die Türen piepen laut, wenn sie nicht geschlossen werden, was leider auch die ganze Nacht vorkam.

OLIVIA (6/5): Chambre humide et manque d’intimité - Son emplacement, plutôt sécurisé, avec commodités à proximité. Nous étions 2 amies. Nous avons réservé deux lits séparés, comme proposé sur les photos Booking. Malheureusement nous avons eu une chambre assez glauque, semblable à un cagibi, avec salle de bain et toilettes sans porte ouverte sur la chambre… Nous avons trouvé la chambre très humide, compliqué de ranger ses affaires du au manque de place. Un des deux matelas était aussi dure que le sol … Après réclamation, on nous a expliqué qu’il n’était pas possible de changer de chambre. Dommage pour ce manque de coopérativité.

Maria Lorena (9/5): Great unique stay - The hotel is very quirky, it feels like i’m staying in a museum. I stayed in the prison themed room. Initially i didnt know what to expect but my stay was comfortable. The room is clean and I had a good night’s sleep. While there isnt any barrier between the shower and toilet with, it didnt feel iffy or humid. They also have 24 hour reception area so if you arrive late night it wont be a problem. I love the location. There’s a 7eleven and mini bigC nearby and food options around are relatively affordable. None. I regret staying just one night. Next time I’ll probably stay longer.

Net flixs was offered on the Expedia wed site for this room but when I inquired about it I was told it was not included. That’s false advertising. & it should be changed because it is not being truthful. I don’t think I would stay again because of that. I feel I was lied to & management did nothing to resolve the problem. You lost my business.
omega123 (6/5): Take the better rooms on level 3 - Boutique is not the word for this hotel as it does not have the full fledge service of a boutique hotel. Stylish may be but is a misnomer fitted to make the room rather 'unique'. Stylish not really as the fixtures are pieced together to harmonize with each other. There is a small cafe, I did not try it thus no feedback on this. The hotel is about 9 minutes on foot from Saphan Taksin BTS station. Use exit 3 to road level cross the street, turn left and walk straight toward a glass front restaurant on the left hand side, turn left here and walk straight towards a grey color building on the opposite side of the street. The room's style is more like the Wacko Gang cartoon characters but fit in nicely. The hot water shower mixer can be difficult to get cold water at full cold water selection. Nevertheless the water pressure is good. No hand soap provided other than hair shampoo and shower gel. A mini fridge is provided, air con remote control needs extra trying to get the response. TV programs can either be Netflix or YouTube or local. Where the hotel is located, there isa 7-11 eleven on its left and mini Big C supermarket on the opposite side of the street. On the left and right are local food outlets and most of them closes around 16:30h

Neville (9/5): Loved it. I’d stay here again. - Breakfast well exceeded expectations. Staff were very accomodating. I loved the unique styling; the place was clearly an interior designers’ pet project. The nice polished concrete floors look great, but also acoustically reflective, such that I had to tell my children to whisper as I could hear them talking in their room from the floor below. It is a minor gripe. Also the seals to the balcony door had huge gaps and you could hear the outdoor aircon units cutting in and out at night. But hey I’d stay here again for sure

Val (9/5): IGood and quiet place to stay. Nice staff as well - Its closer to the shops and nearby malls and amusement centers. The industrial design is awesome. Just the one keycard they gave to us. Whereas neither one of us cant freely access the door without disturbing each other.
Hong (6/5): Big rennovation needed. - Location has a mini BigC and a 7eleven right next door. The room's aircon is cold, the bed and pillow comfortable. Very close to Asiatique and many other attractions and hustle bustle spots. Some staff did not know english and was willing to use translator apps to talk with us but it was not a smooth process. Price is very reasonable but we'd probably choose to pay more for better comfort. I have many complaints but the most disturbing one is about the mosquitoes. They hide in the lockers and will haunt you for nights. They prey on you in flocks. Also their restroom / toilet has no proper ventillation so they had to leave the window open and many more mosquitoes came in that way. Its so hard to sit still in the toilet with all those mosquitoes... Toilet had no bidet/sprinklers. And if its a toilet for 4 people with no water to wash, please provide a bigger trash bin, not the tiny cutesie one... The drain in the shower room was so tiny the water kept rising up and took a long time to dry out so we had to wait for a while and planned the our shower time ahead. Also maybe change the lightbulbs cuz the shower was so so dark and the floors and walls were also dark colors. The elevator is such a pain to take that we took the stairs instead. If someone on another floor forgot to close the elevator door, it will stop working. The staff didnt really seem to care enough to check this more regularly. And the door also needs a bit of oil, quite heavy to close. The lower bunk was no issue but the upper bunks are so hard to climb up to because of the staors design. The steps were so far apart and they were alternating. Maybe just add a normal ladder instead for easier climbing. The table provided was too high to use. Maybe a foldable laptop table can be a wonderful addition, cuz we had to use our suitcases as substitutes. Overall the property seemed to be a design-over-comfort place, but the designs are also getting old and dusty. We had the quadruple room (and the room size on booking.com was a lie btw) and stayed for almost a week.

Renz (9/5): Everything is good for me. Even the staff/receptionist. I also made new friends from the same hotel. - Its feels like you're a local more than a tourist. The toilet inside the standard room dont have door.
Stout (10/5): I have never been in jail, but it my jail cell was in Jasaen Boutique Hotel, I would be a happy inmate! - Unique accommodation. I think my room was a renovated jail cell? That might sound sketchy, but it was actually a nice room with upscale decor! Very cool! The morning sun shines through the windows and door has a window so the corridor light shines through.
Gilles (8/5): Convenient and efficient - Staff was really nice. Funky place with beds elevated on platforms. Location was ok, 5-minute walk to BTS station and mall with lots of services.
Amanda (7/5): Cool river hotel - Funky design. Great location: Near the river!...you can get to the temples and boats. Room too small. I.e. bed too big! Could not get out of bed easily....only 10 inches leg space!
Lauretta (7/5): No sleep gir 3 days. 😩 - Location great very clean bed really comfortable. hot water and good shower. But and this is a big but. It’s to noisy at night unable to sleep . It may be fine for young backpackers but as We are in our 60 we need our sleep lol price is good as well staff lovely .its a 10 min walk to the river pier to buy Hop-on off boat 150B for all day taxi 500b to airport Night time banging and loud aircon
Dale (8/5): Ok for the price - Out of the more touristy areas but still close by. Near train station which makes it easy to get around.
Michele (8/5): Very good - Comfortable bed and nice hot shower! There is a 711 right next door and a supermarket across the street for snacks or anything you need. Not a positive or negative but the hotel has very unique decor… each room is themed which is not very clear when booking on here. I saw people’s comments that the room they got was “like a jail cell” and thought they were referring to it being very sparse/minimal but I want to clarify for people that one of the room themes is in fact decorated to mimic the stale of being in a prison complete with bars over the windows and a bed chained to the wall. Not much to do nearby - need to walk 30min or take a tuktuk/taxi to get to markets or attractions

Andrew (7/5): Good - Quirky hotel with 80s eclectic decor. 10 minute walk to Train station. Taxi to places not expensive. Room a little cramped. No soap or spare toilet paper. Hard bed.
Terri (10/5): Great location, super shower! - Good location, close to Saphan Takin BTS and pier. Quiet area, not much open in the night, except 7-11 next door. The lady at the reception is extremely kind, efficient, and helpful. The hotel has interesting decor and theme rooms--fun! The reception desk is not open between 6 pm and 9 am. Make arrangements prior to arriving to receive keycard during this time period.
