• Krawchuk (2/5): Very very disappointing. Dirty beds and old linen and absolutely 0 service - all below average nothing outstanding and road noise because of the busy road. Paper thin walls in very poor condition and a very bad area. Carbage all around. The pool was very dirty and hasn't been cleaned for a long time. Kitchen of poor construction and old. The pictures we saw on the website were not even close to what we saw. Like two different Worlds.
• Angela (8/5): - Well equipped apartment, clean and comfortable good situation we walked everywhere. Excellent value for money would stay again. Road noise could be annoying, bed was comfy but creaked everytime you moved, no real complaints.

• Faitbienne (3/5): Cheap and cheerful but you get what you pay for. Couldn’t stay here for more than a few days. Could be a really nice pla - The location of this property is perfect! You’re right opposite a large bus station with regular buses to the airport, the water park, the larger beaches, the harbour. Pretty much everywhere. There are also brilliant restaurants, a pharmacy shops all within a one minute walk. The cleaning isn’t up to standards. While the bed linen and towels are fresh, the comforters and blankets are clearly not cleaned between guests. We could visibly see stains on them and unwashed marks and then our fears were confirmed when we saw the room was being cleaned and no fresh comforters/ blankets being brought in. The apartment was generally tidy when we arrived, but not deep cleaned between guests.

• Małgorzata (1/5): - Lokalizacja to jedyny plus Bardzo słaby kontakt z recepcją – praktycznie ciągle nikogo tam nie było, więc nie było komu zgłosić problemów. Mieszkanie było brudne, z pajęczynami, a aneks kuchenny zaniedbany i zanieczyszczony. Wiele rzeczy nie działało, w tym również Wi-Fi. Dodatkowo toaleta była zatkana, a w mieszkaniu panował chłód. Cały pobyt oceniam bardzo negatywnie – zdecydowanie nie polecam.

• Rashel (8/5): - We stayed in the apartment for a week in early March and overall had a very pleasant experience. The apartment fully matches the photos everything was exactly as expected. We especially loved the balcony with a view of the pool, although unfortunately the pool was closed during our stay. At the beginning, it was a bit cold at night, but this was easily solved ; we requested the air conditioner remote (it costs €5 per night), and after that the temperature became very comfortable. A nice bonus was that the towels were changed regularly, which we really appreciated and made the stay feel more comfortable. The location is great we were able to walk to all the main places, and at the same time the area is quiet and peaceful. The host was very responsive and quickly answered all our questions, which made everything even smoother. Overall, a very nice place to stay - we would definitely recommend it 👍 As for the downsides, the water pressure in the shower is not very strong, and it takes about 30 minutes for the water to heat up. However, this didn’t cause any major inconvenience, and we got used to it quickly.
• David (9/5): Za ty peníze super - Apartmán byl velký a plně vybavený vším, co je pro pobyt třeba. V okolí je spousta restaurací i obchůdků. Za ty peníze naprosto skvělé. Chtělo by to nové postele, protože ty co zde jsou, hrozně vržou. Jinak je vybavení sice starší, ale docela obstojné.

• Tomek (8/5): Blisko na bulwar, blisko na plażę, blisko do autobusu, w około dużo knajpek, do Lidla 1 km - Obiekt (sypialnia, kuchnia, łazienka i spory taras ) spełnił moje oczekiwania, zawsze można się do czegoś przyczepić, ale ja tam tylko śpię i jem śniadanie. Wymeldowałem się o 11 Wylot miałem o 22, bez problemu można było zostawić plecaki bez opłaty . Słaby kontakt z obiektem, odpowiedzi na SMS, WhatsApp, @ z dużym opóźnieniem. Brakowało mi dużych kubków, ale zawsze można zrobić dolewkę. Małe ciśnienie wody.

• Petr (8/5): - Skvělá lokalita. Je to pár minut pěšky k archeologickému nalezišti, k moři i ke Královským hrobkám. Apartmán je prostorný s velkým balkonem. Apartmán je hned u hlavní silnice, takže večer a ráno je slyšet provoz. V koupelně chyběly dveře od sprchového koutu, nefungovala wifi.

• Djordjevic (7/5): Skoro sve ima ali nije upotrebljivo - Lokacija, prostran apartman, blizu mora i autobuske stanice. Apartman je opremljen, ali su neke stvari teško upotrebljive. Naprimer, ima šporet a ne radi jedna ringla, šerpe teflonske izgrebane, puno plitkih a jedan duboki tanjir, prljave stolice na terasama pa ne mogu da se koriste, voda teče jedva, nedostatak svetlosti na stepenicama, poslednja tri dana nije bilo Wi-fi ... Doduše, mi smo bili u apartmanu broj 6, koji ne odgovara slici sa sajta gde je recepcija i bazen.
• Mikołaj (5/5): Dobra jakość do ceny - Świetna lokalizacja przy kluczowej atrakcji, kilka fajnych restauracji blisko i za ulicą przystanek autobusowy i sklep z jedzeniem. Było czysto i dostaliśmy bardzo duże mieszkanie. Super cena. Byliśmy w marcu i niestety było w nocy bardzo zimno, przez nieszczelne okna i bliskość głównej ulicy (hałas) ciężko było się dobrze wyspać. Pani która oddawała nam klucze nie wiedziała nic na temat wpisanych udogodnień jak np rowery do wypożyczenia a podczas oprowadzania sprawiała wrażenie jakby się nas bała i trzeba ją było doganiać do pokoju. Podczas tego cały czas miała telefon na głośnomówiącym nie wiadomo po co. Chcieliśmy też załatwić taxi na lotnisko ale finalnie się to nie udało i szukaliśmy sami transferu.

The location is great, the beach is a 5 min walk, the bus station is a 1 min walk, the mall is pretty near also, and there are plenty of good restaurants that you can eat. We would like to come back when the weather is warmer.

• Ariel (1/5): - The price Unfortunately, our experience at this property was very disappointing. The room faces a very busy road, and the street noise was so loud that we were unable to rest or even have a normal conversation. In the evening there was additional noise from neighboring rooms, including people yelling at each other. There were also issues with the bedding. There were no proper blankets on the beds. We found some old blankets in a cupboard, but there were no sheets provided for them. Heating and air conditioning require an extra payment. When we arrived, the room temperature was only 13°C, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. Even with wearing coats, we were cold. Because of these conditions, we left the property about five hours after checking in, despite having prepaid for a four-night stay. We contacted the owner to request at least a partial refund given that we left the same day, but this was refused. Afterward, the owner attempted to cancel the booking from her side, which would make it appear as though we never arrived at the property. The reception area is not staffed properly. It is dark, dingy and messy, and although there is a bell to call staff, we had to wait a bit for someone to answer. When a staff member entered, she was clueless about our reservation until she had to get confirmation from her boss. In our interactions, the staff were dismissive and the owner impolite. The Wi-Fi signal is very weak and unreliable. For context, I spend roughly 120 nights per year in hotels and apartments. This was the first time my wife and I were unable to stay even one night in a place we had booked. Given our experience, I find it difficult to understand how this property has received such high ratings. We chose it because of the reviews, but our experience was completely different.

Lodówka, suszarka do włosów, ręczniki na wyposażeniu. Przede wszystkim dostaliśmy nie ten pokój, który został zarezerwowany przez Booking. Miał być apartament z dwoma sypialniami, był z jedną z dwoma oddzielnymi łóżkami zamiast podwójnego. W płycie kuchennej działający ledwo jeden palnik, zagotowanie wody trwało ok. 20 minut, o przygotowaniu posiłków można zapomnieć. Brak czajnika elektrycznego, który miał być w pokoju. Sofy w salonie zapadnięte, wszystko mocno zużyte, część wymaga wymiany. Ledwo cieknąca woda w kranie. Brudne szyby w oknach, na tarasie pordzewiała suszarka, koc w wypaloną dziurą, deska do prasowania z dziurawym pokrowcem. Nigdy nie jesteśmy czepliwi, bo nie spędzamy urlopu w hotelu, ale tym razem niesmak pozostał. Dodatkowym minusem, brak odpowiedzi na wysłaną wiadomość.

• Martin (7/5): Günstig mit alten Möbeln - große Wohnküche, auch für zusätzliche Gäste-Nächtigungen, geeignet. Flughafen-Bus-Station nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Guter Preis. Bei Wind klappert die Tür (Sessel hinstellen). Heizung kostet +5€/Tag, also habe ich mich mit einer Decke begnügt (mediterranes Klima).
• Lady Lisa (8/5): Handy for paphos - Good location Comfortable bed, clean bathroom /kitchen. Had provided extra blankets and had thought what you would need for cooking. Balcony with sea view. Parking is tricky to find and a pin or some photos online would be helpful to guests. We stayed in winter, so things were drafty, with no hot water. It hasnt good wifi and only greek tv. Its not very comfy sofas and would need to take blankets from bed to keep warm. They do offer aircon at £5 a day ,but no point using as the drafts from outside enter apartment, so all heating be lost and is only in the bedroom area of apartment. Beds are two singles pushed together, not a double that it says an option of. But im sure be fine in summer, or if you spend time out and just need somewere handy. You do get what you pay for and do feel its fair on cost, just abit more home comfort would make guests stay longer and be easier to use year round.
• Anna (9/5): - Apartament super, ok 40 m2, w centrum, świetna miejscówka: dookoła restauracje, dworzec autobusowy, bardzo komfortowy. Sypialnia i pokój gościnny, TV, 3 sofy wyposażona kuchnia oraz patio, basen. Sprzątanie, pościel i ręczniki wymieniane 2x w tygodniu, dobry kontakt z właścicielką obiektu. Niestety mieszkanie nieogrzewane, a było bardzo zimno w styczniu.
• Robi (5/5): Dobra lokacija uz 3 dana smrzavanja u apartmanu - Dobra lokacija Objekt nema grijanje u siječnju. Tj grijanje je eventualno omogućeno preko klima uređaja u sobi i to samo ako se dodatno plati. Isti klima uređaj nije dovoljan da bi se zagrijao cijeli apartman. Osoblje nas je dočekalo u izrazito hladnom apartmanu, bez grijalice, bez tople vode. Morali smo čekati vise od 30min da se ugrije voda u bojleru. Tuš ima jako slab pritisak. Gotovo je nemoguce isprati dužu žensku kosu od šampona. Tuš nema jedne stranice tako da voda šprica po cijeloj kupaonici kada se tuširate. Iz frižidera je curila voda kada smo došli .

• Kamila (8/5): Pro dvě noci se dá toto ubytování využít, ale nepohodlná rozkládací sedačka na spaní vás na více dní odradí - Ubytování je umístěno blízko obchodu i restaurací a kousek také pěšky na pláž Vybavení kuchyně je slabé, vaření na dvouplotynce i jen vody na kávu trvá dlouho a o větším vařeni nelze uvažovat. V kuchyni chybí i lepší nůž na krájení či pořádná pánev. Rozkládací sedačka je velmi nepohodlná a nedá se na ní vyspat, není úplně rovná a různé nerovnosti nenechají člověka dobře vyspat.
• John (8/5): We chilled in Pafos rather than being chilly back home! - The room we had (#3) was VERY spacious for just the two of us. It was very clean and comfortable. There was a lovely South facing balcony which got the sun pretty much all day and was also sheltered from any strong sea breezes. It was perfect for breakfast or just to chill with a drink early evening. Location wise, the apartments are very close to Tomb of the Kings bus station which can get you anywhere around Pafos and beyond, if you use Karavella bus station and the excellent Intercity bus network. You can walk easily from the apartments to the beach and promenade into Pafos harbour in about 10 minutes. They are close to a selection of tavernas, bars, cafes and supermarkets. The apartments are quite well equipped but lacked a range of cooking utensils. We only had 1 large cookpot and a small frying pan. There was a simple two ring electric hob and oven with grill. No toaster. You would very often have to use the 'boost' system to get any hot water and the water pressure itself was very low.

Erst nach Anruf kam aber sofort jemand. Alles in allem ein Topaufenthalt !

• Sören Erik (3/5): Veraltete Unterkunft mit Potential nach oben - Die Lage war ganz gut und es waren ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Das Treppenhaus ist sehr schmal wenn man mit Reisegepäck hoch will und hinterlässt weiße Spuren bei Berührung. Durch die im EG liegenden Restaurants und die Mülltonnen ist ein permanenter unangenehmer Geruch vorhanden. In der Unterkunft ist vieles veraltet oder schlecht gepflegt. Das Sofa war durchgesessen. Der Balkon war extrem durch Vogelkot verschmutzt. Das Geschirr in der Küche war teils sehr schmutzig. Das Bett war bei jeder Bewegung am knarzen.

• Magdalena (4/5): Apartamenty - najgorsze wspomnienie z wyjazdu - Lokalizacja super, 3 minutki do dworca autobusowego skąd można jechać między innymi na lotnisko. Restauracje i atrakcje bardzo blisko. Niestety- tylko tyle plusów. W obiekcie zimno! temperatura w pomieszczeniach to 16-17 stopni. Do przykrycia prześcieradło a w szafie narzuty i stare koce. Klimatyzacja (płatna 5 Euro za dzień i trzeba o nią poprosić samemu) tylko w jednym pomieszczeniu. Naczynia tragedia, zbieranina i ani jednego talerza głębokiego lub miseczki. Ciśnienie wody masakra i jeżeli chłodniej na dworze ciepłej wody brak.

• Laura (7/5): Fine for budget - Apartment was in an excellent place to travel to nearby bars, hiking trails etc. Close to the sea and arguably best swimming place. Nice that there was a bath. There was a fridge and a small oven, with pots and pans so living there for longer periods is nice. Had some tea (but no sugar). Terrace was chill enough, view isnt amazing but is interesting to watch with morning tea. Parking was available on nearby street. Ammenities were lacking. Some things mentioned in description were missing - there was no hairdryer, apartment was definitely not soundproof. So the street-side apartments were loud. And because of the windows being summer-oriented, stay in +18 C was not a pleasant one, thankfully there were some additional blankets but too small for 2 peoples comfort. Bath is cool and all but the seal was not good, combined with a super bad water pressure, it would have taken some hour to fill the bath. The oven had burner rings, of which one did not work, pans were uneven so they wobbled on the already weak burner. No oil. There was lots of things like hairties and buttons under the bed as well as in couch. Terrace table was balanced by a pack of cigarettes. The bed was ... very creaky, mattress was fine. TV remote was nowhere to be seen. Tiled floors were very cold in this season. Lastly, when I wanted to return keys, noone came to reception for 10 mins, couldnt wait longer so just left. So I never met any of the staff.

• Luděk (7/5): Not bad for the price. - Price (this price range is usually not with equiped kitchen and swimming pool. Location is also good, archeological sites in 10 minutes, bus 1-2 minutes, Lidl 5 minutes, shopping mall in less than 10 minutes. It was not really clean (we got even some weird sex toy left behind in the bedroom table). We were here like 4 year ago and back then it was definitelly better experience.

• Nicolas (2/5): Non conforme - L'emplacement (proximité ligne de bus aéroport, plage à 10 min et centre à 20 min). Nous avons souhaité louer un logement avec 2 chambres et 2 lits. La seconde chambre était fermée à clé et nous n'avons pas eu l'accès. Un de nous a donc dû dormir sur le canapé. La première nuit, j'ai eu très froid (nous avions qu'un plaid pour deux couchages). J'ai demandé à avoir un second plaid. Nous l'avons jamais eu... Je trouve cela inadmissible et la prestation n'est pas conforme à ce que nous avons réservé.
• jens torsten (7/5): Ein toller Urlaub in einer Fewo mit super Lage, aber kleinen Mängeln. - Die Lage ist perfekt für Unternehmungen. Man kann vieles zu Fuß erreichen und der Busbahnhof ist gleich gegenüber. Auch der Pool ist schön an warmen Tagen. Die Entlüftung im Bad funktionierte nicht und dadurch roch es sehr unangenehm. Auch müsste die Toilettenbürste erneuert werden, da diese sehr unappetitlich aussah. In der Küche haben wir ein Brett zum Schneiden von Gemüse/ Brot vermisst.

• Dominik (5/5): Doporučujeme pro studenty, co jedou na prodloužený víkend. Low-cost friendly. - Super lokalita pro člověka, co chce využívat MHD a zároveň dojít si všude po svých. Pocit soukromí. Horši hygiena. Ale koupelna OK. Vše dostačující v poměru cena/kvalita.

• Andrew (8/5): Overall it's a good value for money place to stay. - Great location close to shops, bars & restaurants. Bus station across the street. Nice pool area to the rear and relatively quiet. Bit of a smell coming from the shower waste or drains in the bathroom.
• Val and Stuart (9/5): Worth staying for the location. - First and foremost the location was ideally suited for us. The apartment overlooked the pool, restaurants, coastal walk paths, the bus station, were situated perfectly. Evelyn was extremely helpful with our initial electric and shower issues. The pillows and mattress should be steam cleaned regularly with protectors on them -as they were stained…… We would suggest useful information be collated, into a folder with local information, wifi details etc… also.? The fridge needs to be serviced as, the setting was low, however the drinks and food froze.The entrance hallway to the apartment was dark in the evening, perhaps a sensor light could be fitted….?
• Bruscino (3/5): - The life lessons learned: resilience, patience Stay here if you’re into the following premium experiences: • Showering under a heroic little drip that really tries its best, • Waking up to traffic noise so immersive it feels like you’re sleeping on the road, • Sunlight so bright it could power a solar farm straight through your window, • Customer service so invisible it should win a magic award, • A kitchen equipped with just enough to remind you you’re not allowed to enjoy cooking, • And cleanliness that’s more “conceptual” than actual. To be fair, the Wi-Fi was solid and the location is decent. And yes, the price should’ve warned us… but , even with low expectations, this one still overdelivered in all the wrong ways.

• Mirek (10/5): - Obiekt położony w super lokalizacji (niestety trochę głośnej), blisko do pięknej plaży, zajezdnia autobusowa "pod nosem", restauracje i puby otwarte prawie cały czas. Na Cyprze urzekła mnie przepyszna kuchnia (a najbardziej w górach). Pobliskie biura podróży oferują bardzo fajne wycieczki, szczególnie godna polecenia jest wycieczka w góry 100% of Cyprus oraz Lagoon Beach. Cudowna pogoda (nawet w listopadzie), super woda w morzu :) Właścicielka bardzo miła i pomocna :) Dostaliśmy narożny apartament i w nocy było nieco głośno.

• Gianluca (4/5): Poca spesa... ma da sistemare e aggiornare... da evitare se si ha il sonno leggero - Appartamento molto vecchio e basico ma funzionale; completo di tutto ciò che serve posizione comoda vicina alla passeggiata sul mare. Pulizia idonea L'accesso al nostro appartamento era dal parcheggio, che è anche il retro di ristoranti, in mezzo a cassonetti per la spazzatura maleodoranti. L'appartamento è su una strada molto trafficata e piena di ristoranti, pub e locali in cui il rumore notturno è insopportabile. Per dormire obbligatorio usare i tappi per le orecchie. Materasso vecchio a molle: molto scomodo. Le foto riportate sull'annuncio erano molto diverse da quello riscontrato nel nostro appartamento. Abbiamo deciso di cambiare struttura per gli ultimi 3 giorni pe riuscire a riposare un po'
