• Steven (10/5): Excellent value - Location ( short walk to beach bars and restaurants ) complex amazing very well looked after. Inside the apartment, the only issue we had was the bed almost lying on the floor and as we are not the youngest couple we found it very difficult to get ourselves out of the bed in the mornings due to it being so lowdown on the floor.

• Alcalde (7/5): - The staff was very friendly. The location is really good, close to the beach, but without the noise. The pool is not really big but enough to relax. The architecture of the complex is also quite nice. The bathroom was flawless. The terrace is perfect for a drink or a meal. Some room facilities should be renewed: the couch was hard on one side, the iron table was broken, and many light bulbs or cable didn't work, so there were no lights in the kitchen. The small balcony (bedroom side) was not usable due to the fact that a cat made it its home (and the pillows on the chairs can testify).

Beliggenheten er upåklagelig med nærhet til alt man trenger. Hyggelige og serviceinnstilte arbeidere. Anbefales.

Nice pool Big balcony that gets sun from 2pm Didn’t feel secure because there is a bar open to non guests so the front gates were open all day until 9pm The bed and bedding were a disgrace. One throw over cover to sleep in, no extra blankets. The bed was so hard that I wouldn’t go back there just on that basis

Everything you need is close by. The room we stayed in needed updating, but as far as we know it was taken care of right after we left.

Квартира с просторным балконом и видом на бассейн.В кухне достаточно посуды для приготовления еды. Удобное бесконтактное заселение и выселение. Вся необходимая информация была предоставлена за несколько дней до приезда. Диван в гостиной ужасно жёсткий даже для простого сидения перед телевизором.Думаю что спать на нём было бы некомфортно . Матрас в спальне нуждается в замене (с одного края пролёжан)

• Paula (8/5): Apartamento Perfecto. - Apartamento en complejo con piscina buena. Es un apartamento bonito, igual que en las fotos. Muy bien ubicado, cerca de las playas, de las tiendas y restaurantes. Lo único que recomendaría es que pusieran una cortina que no dejara pasar la luz en la habitación. Ya que amanece pronto y hay mucha claridad en la habitación desde temprano.

• Julia (10/5): - Die Ferienwohnung ist hell, gemütlich und angenehm eingerichtet. Zwar ist die Ausstattung nicht ganz neu, aber für den Preis völlig in Ordnung. Das Bett ist sehr bequem, das WLAN funktioniert zuverlässig und der Strand ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Wir haben die Unterkunft bereits zum dritten Mal gebucht und werden gerne wiederkommen.

• Edward (8/5): Lovely property in a superb location which made for a great holiday. Would definitely stay there again in the future. - Grounds were very well maintained and clean. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location perfect and close to a range of activities (beach, water park etc). During my stay a property in close proximity to where I was staying was having work done on it, therefore noise level was more than expected at times. Additionally, the mattress on the bed was relatively thin and harder than I’d like which made the bed slightly uncomfortable.
• Paul (10/5): We had never stayed in Fanabe but will return. - The hotel was easy to find very close to Fanabe centre and beach front bars and restaurants, approx 400 yards. The property was clean and had everything we needed for our overnight stay. The room had a balcony area with table, so great to sit out. Clean pool area with nice bar providing snacks, also the bar had WiFi and TVs for the punters. A well run operation by the bar team. Just an observation, but wonder if there is enough sun beds per guests? That said the beach with plenty of sun beds and brollies is a very short walk away, so not a drama.

• Arnardóttir (8/5): Nice location - Nice location. The advertisement say that this apartment have 2 single beds and 1 sofa bed. That is not true. It has 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. They assume that you will just use the double bed (2 person) so there were nothing to put on the sofabed to sleep there. You need to go to the pool at 9 to get a sunbed, althoug there are "pool rules" that say that you can't block sunbed with out using.
• Graham (8/5): good value for money will definitely stay there again. - the pool bar was very well run, without it the complex would be very very quiet. the bed was too low for me.
• Lorraine (7/5): Disappointing room 404 - Location on site was good. Sea view from a nice size balcony. Bed linen and towels very clean Bathroom ok. Brilliant washing machine. Very very tired room. In desperate need of redecorating, updating. Filthy marks all over, especially on the doors near the handles. I cleaned part of the bathroom door just to show how horrible it was. The beds were much like camp beds (although mattresses and pillows were comfy). We had double duvet cover each to sleep under at night (no duvet) The outdoor furniture on the balcony needs replacing as it is very rickety. The landing leading in to the property needs a good sweeping but I’m doubtful it ever gets done.

• Linda (5/5): Disappointing. - Sun all day on balcony. Washing up soap, hand soap and toilet paper provided. Location of complex. Complex very well maintained. Pool bar very good and friendly. Standard of accommodation. Lacked any comfort. Sofa springs needed attention. Curtains in living room torn with use. Bathroom door surrounds had chunks of wood missing. Dining chairs very worn and felt clothes sticking to them. Kitchen utensils, ladle, small fish slice and a plastic meat fork. No bowl or casserole for microwave, nothing to cook anything in oven. (3 pots, but all had plastic on the handles not compatible for oven). No ice compartment in fridge, shelf missing on door, no drawer for salad/vegetables. Lack of storage for food. Expected cleaning every 3 to four days, including linen and towel change. Only received linen, towel change and bins emptied. Beds, had new mattresses, but they dud not fit the bed and consequently, when moving the slats on the base moved and resulted in disturbed and uncomfortable sleep. Very dark and low lampshades in unusual areas, resulting in knocking head against them. Living area dark, even with lights on.

• Paul (3/5): This place is run on a shoestring - This complex is well situated at Playa Fanabe, close to the shopping centre and some 200m from the beach This place is run on a shoestring. After paying nearly £1500 a week, I was still expected to pay extra to use the safe and for wifi! Towels and bedding were only changed every 4 days; there was NO cleaning and we were expected to take the rubbish out ourselves (not to on site bins, but out to the street!). What's even worse - the wifi only worked intermittently ("connected but no internet" most of the time) meaning I had to create a wi-fi hotspot on my phone, which resulted in additional data charges from my provider. The on site bar also only opened intermittently, from 12 to 5pm (if you were lucky), and closed for 8 days over Christmas / New Year!
• Jill (1/5): Uncomfortable - The location was good ,just five minutes walk to the beach and a few mini supermarkets on the same road too . I understand that most of the apartments at Yucca Park are individually owned..therefore it really is a lottery what you get ! Our friends stayed at the apartment complex the same time and there apartment was new ,clean ,updated kitchen and showers (the owner even put up a Christmas tree before they arrived !) Our apartment had a dirty bed duvet (theY changed this the next day so we had to have a night of sharing a thin duvet )the apartment had a fridge outside on the patio that looked like it had been dumped there ..in the end we paid to get another apartment at another complex ..the bed was sooooo uncomfortable and when we mentioned it to the owner she said it was surprise as we didn’t complain earlier and we could not get a refund ..(we didn’t complain earlier as we had already complained about bed linen and just wanted a stress free holiday and I never even mentioned a refund !) It’s a shame as like I mentioned before ,I know not all apartments at the complex are like this and we used the pool one day and the pool area was clean and well maintained..but I’m afraid I will never go back .

• Julie (8/5): Great stay in an apartment in a great location. - Yucca park is a great location in playa Fañabé. The pool area is great. The apartment is a good size and has everything you might need for a stay in Tenerife. Good size, bed really comfortable and Susanna the host is lovely and very helpful.
