Room 111, my daughter was in 115 and did not feel humid at all. Do not know what was different between the rooms. - Verified traveler (10/5): - The staff was very friendly! We were there for a trade show and the area was very accommodating for several of us at once. Breakfast was great! A lot of options with hot and fresh food. I will definitely stay here again
- Annie (6/5): - The room was clean but smelled similar to burnt popcorn, as did the bedding. To cover this they used a plug in air freshener that was overwhelming and gave me a headache. The bed was too close to the wall/air conditioner making it difficult to walk past without bumping into it. The wardrobe placement in the entry way was obnoxious and inconvenient. Not the facility’s fault but there’s train tracks close and three trains came through overnight blowing their horns. Lighting was very dim-everywhere except the bathroom. Staff was very pleasant!

- Todd (4/5): - I reserved a pet-friendly room through Expedia fully expecting that upon my arrival. I was given a regular room and asked the desk clerk for a pet-friendly room as requested. She said that they don't receive that information from Expedia and that I would have been required to contact them directly for one of those rooms. Since none were available at check-in, I had to pay another $15 fee and agree to a $200 refundable deposit if the staff approved of the room condition at check-out. The staff person at check-out did not want to come view the room and said "I will take your word for it". I took pictures and videos to confirm no damage as a precaution. Our dog weighed two pounds and stayed in kennel unless carried outside for her walks. Also, there was a strong aroma of marijuana on the second floor and into our room during our stay. Outside, there was debris from an overnight storm (day before our stay) that littered the sidewalks. No one appeared to have attempted to remove the limbs, branches, etc from the sidewalks (still present at check-out). Overall, a very disappointing stay considering we reserved our room in good faith only to find out that wasn't good enough.

Out of our 4 day stay, they only came by once. I had to change the garbages everyday and go get more clean towels. I’m on vacation so I didn’t think I would be doing chores. I found a bug on my pillow and not sure if it was a bed bug. I had to leave my luggage in my garage when I got home. Scared that a bug was among my things. Also the room is very dim and needs more lighting. Overall, hotel needs improvements.

- Ashley (10/5): - Clean and comfortable room. Loved the larger microwave and refrigerator compared to other hotels. Only issue i had was the tub. Tub was slippery due to smooth surface.

- Amber (10/5): - Pros: Nice pool, huge hot tub, excellent breakfast & coffee. The pizza place across the street was good. The beds were comfortable & room was clean. Staff was friendly. Cons: Pool was cold, our room had broken Sheetrock and markings all over the wall. The air conditioner was noisy and didn’t work great so it was super humid in there. All in all we would probably stay here again.
- Verified traveler (4/5): THIS IS NOT A PET FRIENDLY HOTEL AS ADVERTISED!! - I reserved this hotel 2 weeks prior & in my search results I put “pet friendly” in my results area. Anyhow this hotel comes up as a pet friendly hotel. So I immediately booked 2 nights! I was met by a very nice front desk staff. I did what she asked (ID, Credit card on file for incidentals) ect. When it came to the part about the “pet friendly” hotel there is actually a difference between being a “pet friendly” hotel & a “pet friendly” room! Apparently this hotel is pet friendly with the exception that you need to B in one of the ONLY 3 rooms available for this 2 work. We have traveled all over & have used Hotels.com for years & this is the first hotel that was going to turn us away after driving 4 hours to get there & having absolutely no where else to go. I had a panic attack & begged them to let us stay & they could take extra money out 4 a deposit or what not. After 20-30 minutes they finally decided to let us stay. They had 2 put us in a top floor bc that’s all they had left. They said that they NEVER allow pets on the 2nd floor but we’re making a exception 4 us. So we went to go check into our room & long & behold there was a man & a lady in front of us that had dogs that ironically were staying next to us & across from us, however the room was clean & we had a decent stay. The breakfast is ok, the man at the counter in the early am is not friendly.I said Goodmorning 2 him & he grumbled. Would not stay again due to inconsistency of this hotel & the way they run it.
- Karen (8/5): - Our standard room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Lots of warm water and good water pressure for our showers. Breakfast was very good with lots of cold and hot items to choose from. Coffee was very good too! The icy cold lemon water was a bonus! The only issue I had was with the night desk clerk at check-in. He wasn't friendly or helpful. All of the other staff we encountered were both friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!
- Brian (4/5): Checked us into a room already occupied - The desk clerk accidentially put us into a room where another couple had already moved into. They were not there when we moved in so we did not know at the time that they had already checked and moved in. The couple and clerk came knocking on our door that night and basically accused us of breaking and entering the room. Was very uncomfortable and embarrassing. After we explained that she gave all of us room keys to the same room, the clerk basically said “sorry” That was the end of it. Beyond unacceptable and incompetents. No offer at all to make it up to us in any way.

- Joseph (8/5): Solid Accomodation Option - Solid option for accomodation. Stayed solo one night for business, and this place did the job. Homey, comfortable lobby and foyer, staff was extemely welcoming and let me use the lobby area for work after checkout. Complimentary breakfast was adequate, processed eggs and sausage were edible, but plenty of yogurt/fruit/cereal options. I'd certainly stay here again and recommend for a clean, affordable stay.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Needs some upkeep - Since we had our service dog. we were put in a room reserved for those with a dog. The floor had not been properly vacuumed as there was dog hair on the carpet, the bathroom floor had a dead spider on the floor. The landscaping upkeep was not as good as it used to be.
