- Daniele (5/5): Ottimo peccato per il personale delle colazioni/bar - Reception accogliente, stanze belle e pulite Personale della colazione/bar poco professionali, essendo giovani e intolleranti al lattosio facevano battutine e risatine alle spalle
- chiara (7/5): E’ andato tutto bene - La stanza , ampia e ben accessoriata . Il bagno ampio , pulitissimo e nuovo . La colazione . La gentilezza del personale . Senz’altro le rifiniture dell’ingresso . Le due piante di orchidee finte tutte impolverate danno sensazione di sporco e di roba vecchia . Mentre le stanze sono nuove e confortevoli . Qualche tocco di colore sulle pareti di ingresso e nella sala da pranzo darebbe un po di vita ad una location e che respinge l’ospite presentandosi squallida e triste .

Overall, it's a practical location as it is close to the train station and the Airlink bus to the airport, the room is comfortable, and the breakfast is fine. We had a lovely stay in Verona. When we arrived the room was very hot and the aircon couldn't be turned on at this time of the year. We had to open all the windows, and it didn't take long to cool (surprisingly, despite the closeness to the station, there was not much noise).

- Korinna (8/5): - Für einen Zwischenstopp besonders für Bahnreisende perfekt gelegen! Fußläufig in die Stadt, Busstation wäre auch direkt am Bahnhof. Frühstück war gut, nicht besonders viel Auswahl, aber alles dabei und sehr guter Cappuccino, Frühstücksraum etwas eng. Durch die Lage am Bahnhof und Parkplatz kein attraktiver Ausblick, was uns vollkommen egal war. Es sind helle Vorhänge vor den Fenstern. Sehr bequeme Betten, komfortables Bad, schöne Handtücher und kleine Kosmetikprodukte. Sehr freundliches Personal.

È stato difficile trovare la Struttura ( quasi assenza di indicazioni arrivando dalla stazione di Verona); inoltre é in una struttura di RFI una volta chiamata Ferrothel. Il contesto intorno la struttura sa di territorio privato , magari sarebbe trasparente dichiarare tutto ciò. Nel complesso comunque per una notte va bene. Faccio ancora notare che le finestre sono prive di imposte, sono protette solo da tende.

There is a large and comfortable bed in the room, and a bathroom with plenty of towels and toiletries. The room itself has a minibar, and you can have a good breakfast on the hotel's ground floor. Overall, I was left with a good impression.

Though the hotel signage could be more prominent to aid confidence. Reception cheery and helpful, especially the young lady on the evenings of day 1 and 3. Room good size, bed comfortable. The external lighting and air conditioning noise was muted by good curtains and double glazing. Breakfast was also a delight, assisted by the cheery breakfast manager. An enjoyable stay.

Asciugamani morbidi e di ottimo cotone. Pulizia ineccepibile. Calore della stanza adeguato. L'asciugacapelli della camera in cui ho soggiornato tendeva a spegnersi dopo pochissimi minuti dall'azionamento: alla reception me ne hanno comunque fornito un altro.

- Lianne (9/5): We would stay again - Our room was very nice. The rain head in the shower was awesome. I was very happy to see little toiletry packs and soap. The staff were excellent, particularly the pretty blond lady who gave us great instructions on where to go and how to get around, and the lovely man in the bar and in the breakfast area. The proximity to the station was an added bonus! The heated towel trail didn't work. We couldn't turn on the air conditioning so we had to sleep with a window open (which was noisy). Pillows were lumpy.

Lits confortables ni trop durs ni trop mous. Bonne insonorisation. La politesse, la gentillesse et l'attention du personnel. Le thermostat de l'air conditionné avec un minimum de 23 °C, nous avons dû éteindre le chauffage la nuit car il faisait trop chaud. Le petit déjeuner manquant un peu de variété pour la classe de l'hôtel selon moi, mais le café, préparé par le barista de l'hôtel, vraiment extraordinaire.
