This property makes you feel at home, safe and at peace, it definitely made my trip even more enjoyable because I knew I am coming back to an apartment where I feel extremely comfortable and cozy! absolutely beautiful! everything as expected from the photos!

• Xianrong (9/5): Wonderful - The location is outside the city centre and therefore really quiet. The apartment is spacious and clean. There is free water and coffee to enjoy. Parking is EUR 15/day in private parking place super close to the apartment building. Only thing is that the shower drain is clogged, we did not bother to contact the staff though.

Les voisins qui mettent le Lave linge en route à 11 h du soir.Malheureusement l'hôtel ne peut rien faire.Cela veut juste dire que les gens sont irrespectueux.

Tram hält beim Bahnhof, von wo aus man die Altstadt mit wenigen Schritten erreicht. Nahe der Unterkunft gibt es eine hervorragende und günstige Pizzeria Fuocchi e fiamme.

• BBOMMIDI (10/5): - Our Train to Florence got re-routed / delayed by almost 3 hours and we were not in a position to reach the location before their scheduled cut-off time of 8 PM. We were a bit skeptical about this, but the support staff was very helpful and understood our situation and communicated clearly and shared us all the details to reach the location & how to self check-in ourselves when we finally reached the hotel after 9 PM. The reception / support-staff, are very active on WhatsApp (during the operating hours) and instantly clarified and addressed all our concerns to make a smooth check-in / check-out process. As for the room facilities, we were really impressed with the size & facilities that were provided and we are extremely happy with our stay. Very close to the Tram stop & a nice Coffee / Bakery shop nearby the Tram stop to grab a quick breakfast / coffee in the Morning or even later in the Evening. :-)

We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel earlier than check-in time. The appart hotel is in a very nice residence district, with nice bakeries (prices are so much flower that in the city Center), there is a huge super market nearby. Also good connection to the railway station (several team stops). We really enjoyed our stay.

• Ayana (9/5): Sweet spacious stay near Florence center. - Nice location, easy 15 min ride into Santa Maria novella station and 35’ by tram to airport. Lovely breakfast nook for daily dose. Safe neighborhood. The hot water boiler is a big one inside bathroom but it is the only one and so using kitchen or any other tap was tough. Anytime we wanted to do a bath, the hot water was interrupted unfortunately. Other than that, no complaints!

• Alberto (10/5): A Firenze, come a casa - Praticamente un mini appartamento, moderno, ben attrezzato e molto pulito. Silenzioso e con tutto il necessario. Cortese il benvenuto.
• antonelli (6/5): Bien - El lugar limpio y cómodo. La parada del tranvía muy cerca. Hay un supermercado muy bueno cerca también. Lo que no nos gustó es que se escuchaban muchos ruidos y cuando nos duchamos la primera se ducho bien y la segunda ya con agua fría.

• Tamera (9/5): Professionally managed and quiet - Located on a quiet dead-end street, Residence Leopoldo is very professionally managed by a friendly front-office staff; checking-in was easy and instructive. Although outside of the densely crowded historical center surrounding the Duomo, the residence is very convenient for taking the tram -- but the 20-minute walk into the center and to the train station was too easy and flat for us to bother. A great supermarket, offering an extensive gluten-free section (and insight into what the local Florentines eat), is located only a few blocks away, so we were able to prepare most of our meals with high-quality products. The Residence was very clean, providing maid service and a change of linen once during our 5-night stay. The bed was comfortable, wide, and firm; extra pillows and blankets were available. Complimentary toiletries, teas, bottled waters, and slippers were generously provided, and filtered water was available in the front office. The washing machine, clothes rack, and balcony were definite pluses. Overall, a great place to call "home" for 5 days. The slippery bathtub was somewhat frightening while taking a shower, but plenty of hot water was available. More clothes hangers would have been useful.

• Pilar (8/5): Perfecto, nos encantó! - Perfecto para unos días, estaba súper limpio y tiene todo lo necesario! Muy cerca del tranvía que te deja en el centro en 10 minutos, es muy cómodo! Zona residencial pero con todos los servicios La cama no era del todo cómoda y la ducha no tragaba del todo bien, por lo que se salía un poco el agua

• Audrey (10/5): - 2eme fois à florence et 2eme fois dans cet établissement. Très accessible grâce au TRAM tout à proximité à pied. Les dames de l établissement sont à l écoute et très gentilles. Établissement tres propre et calme. Tout était encore une fois parfait.
