• Caroline (8/5): Close, elegant and convenient with old world charm - Excellent location right next to the Saint Lazaros Church. Beautiful, old architecture with high ceilings and traditional building materials. There was a faint smell of damp in the bathroom.

Everything about this trip was perfect. Thank you! Everything was perfect except for the sofa bed, which was a bit firm. Other than that, I was fully satisfied with my stay!

Not really a comfortable place, things weren’t working- shower fixture, almost no water coming out, water gets cold after 5-7 minutes, smaller lamp wasn’t working well, always had to turn on the big ones, no basic goods provided (ie salt, pepper, detergent- we got some salt&pepper from the lady taking care of the apartments then). Bed really uncomfortable, you can feel the springs through the mattress (2 separate mattresses with a gap). So, overall ok for a night, but everything rather basic.

• Ádám (10/5): Overall it’s a decent apartment for this money. I can recommend. - It was in a really good place in the downtown, close to the shore. A very good money/value. Plus point for the inductional cooking pad It had some problems with the electricity, sometimes the phone charged, sometimes didn’t, and it’s a little bit dark, because only 1 windows were there.

• Evgeniya (7/5): - Easy to collect the property keys, self-check in. Very close to St. Lazarus church and overall a convenient location. A building looks renovated from the outside, but when you get inside you realize that it needs more thorough approach to become comfy. An appartment seems to have issues with network of pipes and other components that collects wastewater, since at night some insects appeared in the bathroom. The ground floor apartment had little daylight.

Налази се све што је потребно за боравак. Локација је одлична, тик иза цркве Светог Лазара пријатеља Господњег. Домаћин нам је рекао да вода није препоручљива за пиће. Није сјајна звучна изолација, па се комшије које изађу у заједничко двориште врло лепо чују. 🤭

• Lana (7/5): Location is the best part of this property, wifi was good. - The best part about this property is the location, very close to the main promenade, shops and restaurants, couldn’t have asked for a better location. Host was available as well, although when you have self check in it doesn’t matter that much. I saw cleaning ladies bringing in fresh towels and linens for the apartments in sealed bags and that was very nice to see. Provided tea, coffee and biscuits. Coming from Bosnia, we have really high cleanliness standards. Apartment 201 is very outdated, needs to be freshly painted and outdated furniture needs to be changed. Bed was very uncomfortable and old. Floors at a first glance were very dirty so we decided to walk in flip flops the whole time. I very much dislike the floor mats on the floor, because they are the dirtiest part of any apartment and never get washed, which I confirmed when I moves them and it left dust and dirt underneath. Something in the kitchen was leaking and there was water on the floor. Underneath the sink it stunk so bad, probably mold from the leak. Toilet was ok, apart from showerhead spraying around. No salt or any staples for cooking.

The front door handle is almost completely broken off. The plaster in the bathroom is falling off. The baseboard in the living room is missing. The wall has been hollowed out along its entire perimeter and left unfinished. Ants insects present in the bathroom and kitchen.
