- glenys (8/5): Close to the botanical gardens, warm and tidy. - Well decorated rooms nice and close to the botanical gardens. Rooms had everything that we needed and were nice and warm with plenty of space. Both rooms smelt musty and there was obvious moisture damage in the bathrooms.

- Sadie (9/5): Great for what we needed - Room was great, facilities were just what we were after. A little loud as quite close to the main road and quite bright even though there are black out blinds. Nothing earplugs and an eye mask can’t solve though!

The bathroom was tiny and the shower clean but not very enjoyable. And the Wi-Fi connection was completely terrible, even staying in the unit right behind reception.

- Hayley (10/5): Comfy bed, cosy and warm accommodation. We needed a late checkout of 11am and it was no hassle at all. - Good location. Close to cafes, the botanical gardens and the New World is only a 2 minute walk.

He accommodated us in an apartment that had the main bedroom next to the bathroom. There is a laundry and dryer which was free of charge The parking was difficult to get out from and required backing out onto a steep road or a 3 point turn if there were other cars next to ours.

We are moderately light sleepers so having Room 1 close to the road woke us up at night. While we found the room layout fine, in a couple of areas a light touch-up with paint wouldn't go amiss e.g. bathroom.

- Nigel (9/5): Enjoyed facility and location but this is dependent on temperature. - The accomodation was very nice. One note is that sleeping area was up a somewhat steep set of stairs. Also we were there when the temperatures were not too hot. If the temperatures are higher than 25º - 30º C, it would be very difficult to get the sleeping area temperature cool enough to be manageable. Essentially no way to cool sleeping area if temperatures are high.
