- kylie (3/5): You get what you pay for - reasonably close to where we were working the toilet leaked over the bathroom floor and the beds were so uncomfortable it was better to sleep on the floor

- Brad (7/5): -
- Alexandra (8/5): - Le personnel Le bruit de la rue
- Antwinette (10/5): - Very friendly and would go back there again
- Julie (8/5): Good value for money and location excellent - You didn’t have to go into the pub access to get to room ,location and car parking with a camera Car park didn’t get locked up at night no sercure , bed not comfortable to hard . Bad view out the window . No microwave or tv
Kein Fahrstuhl. - Monique (4/5): Desperate for a quick bed it works, but won't stay again. - Beds felt comfortable enough for one night. Was the best part of the rooms. Staff were friendly, met them once while booking in. Can't say much more than this, as other aspects about the place weren't notable and a little off putting. Good parking around the back, spacious, only for hotel and off street. Mold in bathroom and fogs up quickly. Water gets onto floor near sink if you don't put the shower curtain across properly in the shower-bath. Poor drainage in sink. Dusty cups and saucers in tea and coffee station. Poor blinds let light in from the streetlights. Very noisy being on a main four lane road, so now and then you get woken up by traffic noises. There was only one single chair in a four-person room, one more chair and a little table would be useful. Tricky to access the building. Have to walk up stairs from the back car park, or walk around the side road with oncoming cars to get back to the main road front.

- 814sameerk (10/5): If affordable location is the Key - Excellent location, buses and trains all walking distance. Super duper for halal food as Lakemba is app 10 min walk and then you'll come across heaps of restaurants seving different cuisines but most of them are Bangladeshi and dont forget to eat at hangoutz just a min walk from this hotel
- Jouja (1/5): -
- Treadwell (2/5): - The check in staff were welcoming and helpful.
The fridge was a good size and clean. The ensuite bathroom tiles were mouldy and broken. Floor tiles were broken and there were no bedside tables to put the lamp on.The chest of drawers was grubby inside.
The restaurant had closed 6 months ago (this was not stated in the property description)and there was only bar snacks like party pies and sausage rolls available. Many of the shops/cafes in the street had closed down and there was very little food on offer close by.
- Jay (9/5): Clean and comfortable - Comfortable

- Matthew (7/5): Pretty good stay - Good service All pretty good
- Tanjim (1/5): Never had a bad experience like this. - Location but nothing about the property Everything. The mattress was terrible, all the springs of the mattress are out and can feel badly while sitting and sleeping.
Lots of flys inside the room dead and alive. Manager told pictures of dead flys but did nothing.
The room doesn’t match with the pictures. When asked the manager, he straight away told me to get refund and find another accommodation. What a terrible service. They also charged me extra $5+, even they don’t know why.

- Esmee (7/5): - Erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel! De bushalte was erg dichtbij. De (bad)kamer was erg oud en de ramen lekten. Het was fijn geweest als ze ons van tevoren hadden geïnformeerd dat het schoonmaken van de kamer en verwisselen van de handdoeken op verzoek zou gebeuren.
- Marwan (8/5): -
- Fu Ho (8/5): Budget location, especially for a short stay for flight transfer. - Very friendly and helpful staff. I didn’t realise the train station was closed for changing to Metro, and the service was replaced by a free rail bus, but which is OK. No lift, but understandable, light travellers would be more suitable.
- Lily-rose (7/5): -
- Nicholas (7/5): Good value for money if passing through - Location, price, free parking and friendly staff. Property is close to a busy road so a bit of noise but didn’t disturb our sleep.

- NickCanberra (8/5): Location and price hard to beat for a basic room traveling through Sydney - After reading some reviews before we stayed here, we were a bit unsure what we were walking into but the location and price was great so we gave it a go. Honestly, we thought it was pretty good. The rooms are basic, but have everything you need if you’re just traveling through (we stayed the night so we could pick someone up from the airport early the next morning). Staff were friendly and parking was free, which is pretty rare in itself. Sure, you get plenty of traffic noise as it’s right next to a busy road, but we all slept well so noise wasn’t a big issue for us.

- Antony (7/5): - Cheap and good value. Reasonably quiet. The door of the room got jammed and was very noisy and difficult to open and close.

- Kaif (1/5): Unpleasant Experience. - Location was pretty good. Very disappointed with the hygiene standards of this property. The sink was blocked and took 6 hours to fix, the shower head was faulty, and no tea or coffee was provided. The worst part was finding a cockroach on the wall at night, which was extremely embarrassing in front of my friends and made the stay very uncomfortable.

- Benjamin (1/5): Don't visit - Absolutely nothing It was super trash the Bart threws were not even clean properly and the tiles were all broken there was no mirror to look on and no bathroom joint and the guest the shared bathrooms with terribly disastrous we had to literally wash and clean it that was a service it was it was catastrophe.
- N (5/5): -
- Mitchell (10/5): I didn't want to go home. - The full continental breakfast was provided by an in house 4 star Michelin rated chef. Every cubic centimeter of the scrambled eggs contained exactly the right amount of butter to ensure a silky mouth feel and consistent texture. The fruit had been harvested freshly from only equatorial farms, and flown by jet express to location, and was so fresh that I could still smell the jungles and the sweat of the workers who picked them. The sheets were thousand thread count Egyptian cotton and had been hand woven by blind seamstresses who were handpicked by the aristocracy of England, and were selected because their blindness enhanced their tactile sensation which helped to improve the method by which they spun the fabric (so you know it's good). The pokies room had carpet that felt like a cloud, and I was provided with every amenity that would have been available to royalty. I slept the finest night of rest in my lifetime and awoke fully refreshed.
- Stark (2/5): -
- KERYN (1/5): We booked two nights and left after one and found better accomodation - The receptionist was lovely and that’s the only good thing about our accomodation Beds very uncomfortable
Cockroaches in the room
Whole room in need of renovation
- Branden (4/5): -
- Jino (4/5): The pictures on the website should match the room. I am very disappointed with the state of the room - The pictures shown on the website and the room in real life were completely different. There was no fridge in the room and we had to keep going to the bar to grab milk, water and lemonade which had to be left on the table in the room
- Monica (4/5): -
- Susan (1/5): -
- Chesa (1/5): - Staff at the bar was rude and not helpful
- Eleonor (5/5): -
- Moana (1/5): I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, unless you’re really desperate for a place to stay. - Staff were lovely and helpful… that was the only positive Room looked nothing like the pictures. From the outside, it looked promising, but, once you enter, it’s very dated, smelled like toilet air freshener as if to try mask the dated smell of the hotel. The beds were also uncomfortable, could feel the springs in the mattress, which led to a sleepless night, we left as soon as the sun began to rise. Another negative was we could smell cigarette smoke from our room, as we like to sleep with our windows open. Shower curtain was mouldy. The whole place needs a major facelift…
- Bukhari (10/5): -
- MARTINS (10/5): - Nice and comfortable room Nothing
- Jai Michael Loong (9/5): -
- Yashoda (5/5): -
- Marilia (4/5): -
- George (6/5): OK for a night or 2 for work. - The beer was cold and the room was clean. OK for a pub. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Air conditioner didnt work and the bistro has ceased trading.
- Jason (10/5): -
- Wood (9/5): - Friendly and helpful staff, close to public transport Sydney traffic
- Jack (1/5): -
- Mason (1/5): - The staff The naked man who was trying to break into our room at 3:30 am
My wife was not happy and scared
We would like a free night or a refund
