• Frust (2/5): - 1. The property is not as per booking site. 2. No right information on the property. Totally different with what the page provided. 3. Outdated. 4. Not suitable for relaxing or stay. 5. Better to stay at home rather than stay at this property. 6. The cleaning charge must be briefly explain in the booking site..there are extra that future customer to be aware. 7. Once u make payment..then the charge explain in details.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Great location. Very close to Pavilion shopping with loads of restaurants. Close also to the Petronas towers. Had microwave, hob and kettle (kettle plug too high, the base wasn't flat on surface so didn't work intermittently, dangerous),no knives or glasses, bought our own. Security staff pleasant

• Verified traveler (2/5): - Checked in expecting a nice unit as this Condominium is one of the latest developments in KL. Unfortunately, it didn’t meet our expectations (we know it is not Westin or so) cause it was in bad condition and really worse than a hostel. We returned the key after an hour and booked another accommodation. I kindly ask the management to refund but they kept silent and didn’t care at all. Basically there is no customer service and they like to cheat on Guests! There are many better options in KL like Fraser!
• ERIC (10/5): Clean and comfortable stay. - It was indeed amazing and nice experience staying here. It is near to Bukit Bintang area and Petronas Twin Towers. Everything was smooth from checking in and out. Would come back again.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Spacious Apartment - Had a great stay at Vipod KLCC Service Suites. It was perfect for our extended family, the three bedrooms proving ample space for all. Very centrally located to explore Kualar Lumpar.
• MOMO (8/5): お値打ちステイ - 普通のホテルだと2部屋通常とって、部屋の行ききが面倒だが、今回は、家族のんびり過ごすことが出来ました。ジャクジーの浴槽が子供達が喜んで、ボディソープを入れて、アワアワにして楽しんでいました。 ツインタワー、ショッピングセンターも近く立地も良かったです。鍵の受け渡しが心配でしたが、親切で対応が良かったです。
• Verified traveler (8/5): very convenient stay to go around KLCC - very general stay, can only have good comment in very convenient walking around, price, clean, comfortable just regular.
• David (4/5): Great location,shame about the "Premium" apartment - Great location and easy access to the huge Pavilion Shopping mall. Security staff very helpful and diligent. Unfortunately the positives end there! On arrival there was only one coffee mug, no cutlery knives, three bowels (one of which was chipped) broken furniture, in all more like transit accommodation. On site support was something of a joke and I would strongly suggest that potential guest consider other "Premium!!) accommodation.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Good location to shop nearby - Stayed 2 nights in the residences. The representative of the apartment gave us a warm welcome and showed us around the residences. Nice view and walking distance to bukit bintang.

• Nancy (8/5): Perfecte ligging! - Nieuw opgezet gebouw met strenge Security (waarvoor nodig?) 1ste verdieping zijn zakenkantoren Je hebt mensen die er wonen en appartementen die te koop aangeboden worden. Let er op dat het gebruik van het zwembad NIET inbegrepen is, dit moet ter plekke extra betaald worden: 50 myr per man per week en schoonmaakkosten van 50 myr per appartement! Let er ook op dat je vanaf 22.00uur niet meer op het dakterras,/zwembad kan. Je wordt een paar dagen op voorhand gecontacteerd om iets af te spreken voor de sleutel overhandiging. Er is parking voorzien in de ondergrondse parkeergarage. De overhandiging verliep op tijd en correct. Het appartement was in goede staat doch de netheid van de badkamer kon stukken beter. Ligging van het appartement perfect in het centrum!
• Verified traveler (10/5): 가족여행에 최적합 - 아파트 형식이라 4인 가족이 이용하기에 적합했습니다만 화장실이 1개라 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 객실도 깔끔하고 건물 자체도 시내과 근접해 관광하기 아주 편했습니다. 주방 시설도 잘 되어있었지만 식기가 조금 부족했습니다 (젓가락, 숟가락 등) 그래도 세탁기가 있어서 아주 편했습니다. 다음 가족 여행에도 이용하고 싶네요.
• Sayed (8/5): - Had a good stay. Lack of cooking pots. Lack of large cooking spoons. Fry pan had broken handle. No rice cooker. I called and did get rice cooker next day. Dish washing soap was empty but did get later.
• Shaggy (8/5): Great Location - My family stayed there in a 2 bedroom apartment for 8 days and we really enjoyed our stay. Our room was facing the KL tower which was great. The view from the rooftop pool is just amazing. The living room is spacious. One bedroom had queen bed and the other had single(Expedia stated one King and one Queen). The staff are very friendly. There is a convenience store which is open from 7am till 11pm. Now to the negatives...the mattress was quite firm. Some amenities listed on Expedia were not available such as clothes dryer, toaster and DVD player(took DVD for my son but couldn't play it). Jacuzzi is stained(who needs a jacuzzi when u have a pool like that) and the TV works on Chromecast(please do familiarise yourself). 50RM for every person to access pool or gym and 500RM refundable deposit(Please always read the fine print. I was aware of it). All in all the positives outweigh the negatives. I would suggest it to everyone. After booking the apartment, do contact the person assinged to check u in. Ask them everything that u r not familiar with. Unfortunately I couldn't take pics of the apartment.
• Ulf (8/5): Very central and OK/good standard - You can hardly live more central in an apartment, than in The Vipod House. The Twin Towers, KLCC, Pavilion and fashion street are just around the corner! The Vipod contains hundreds of apartments owned by different companies and private investors. That means that the standard equipment in each apartment vary. But the general standard are high. Our apartment was modern, nice and clean. The only thing we can complain about has to do with the owner: the kitchen equipment was "poor" and there was not enough blankets (!) to all beds. We contacted the owner about that, they sent their maid to have a look, but we never received an additional blanket. To summarize: great standard for singles/couples, ok standard for families.
• たっくん (4/5): 長期滞在向けであり、短期滞在には不向き - いつもはホテルに宿泊していますが、初めてレジデンスに宿泊しました。サービスアパートで、ホテルとして機能しているところがありますが、ここは普通にレジデンスです。いわゆる他人の家です。それを仲介業者が客に貸しているものです。よって、スタッフが常駐しているわけではありません。チェックインやチェックアウト、その他何かあっても電話やメール等で、スタッフとのやり取りが必要です。だから、ホテルとは違って手間が掛かります。清掃、リネン交換は当然無く、滞在前に行われるのみです。その清掃、リネン交換に料金が発生し、チェックイン時に支払う必要があります。プールがありますが、使用する場合には、料金が別途必要になります。 正直言って、ホテルに泊まるほうが楽です。しかし、家ですので、生活が出来ますので、長期滞在であれば、アリなのかとは思いますが、そんなに安くはありませんので、微妙な感じがします。
