The owners and staff are very friendly, and the facilities are convenient, including a microwave, kettle, fridge, washing machine, and free Wi‑Fi. They might also have a toaster, though I didn’t check. Overall, a very good value-for-money place to stay. .

Man får sikker overnatning med aircon pænt badeværelse med bruser med varmt vand. sengen er i god standard man sovet over gennemsnittet. kan anbefales Beliggenhed ved skytrain og stort område med butikker og en kæmpe Mall . Her mangler intet fedt kvarter.

Lovely place to see the fireworks with new years eve We were guided to the restaurant where there was a private party. They gave us room service. But the food wasn't to good. It all seemed a bit old... The shower was mouldy and no ventilation. The apartment was big but a bit scruffy, stains on the table and sofa. There was no coffee or thea. i would really change the lights, like you are in the spotlight, even in the bedroom

Johnson (10/5): Sweet dude - The staff was so incredibly nice they could see I was having a problem to my health and they went out of their way one man in particular to help me he walks me all the way to the mall to the ATM machine so I can get out cash to pay for the room so I didn't have to put it on the card even after the carry my bag for me. Who was the tall Indian man he shared me pictures of his boy in his girl who lived back in Pakistan really a nice guy so thankful for him helping me that night and the room was wonderful there were no smells of solvents or detergent fresheners it was just a clean hypoallergenic room with the king size bed just like I wanted the best sleep I've had in a while great convenient location to in the restaurant there is wonderful staff there excellent very friendly people I highly recommend it if I have to stay similar in Bangkok again I will be staying there freej by No complaints here

YIN FUN (3/5): Not a place I would return to or recommend. - Only 1 of the 2 beds was nice; the room is big and location was good only because we were going for a concert next door. The staff was friendly but there is a big language barrier. 1. It is NOT a hotel, so it gives a wrong impression to be listed as such because basic amenities which a hotel would provide are not available eg: no coffee and such beverages though there is an electric kettle; only one towel for everything; no hairdryer; etc that you will find in a hotel. 2. There is no security as anybody can gain access up to any part of the building by the lift. 3. Housekeeping is terribly poor: there is dust on the table tops and sofas (we have to wipe them), the interiors of the refrigerator and freezer were dirty; floors generally not properly vacuumed and cleaned; big stain on bedsheet; generally not cleaned properly. 4. The entire room including the bathroom was excruciatingly hot with no initiative to cool it down before our arrival and it took the second day before it was cooled down. 5. The layout of the room is terrible - where the tv and the aircond with the furniture were arranged illogically. It could have been a nice and pleasant place to stay if the above is improved on.

Adil (6/5): Budget stay next to Bangkapi Mall. - This is a serviced apartment located adjacent to Bangkapi Mall. The room and bathroom is clean but they provide only mini hand soap (2 bars) and single use packet shampoo (2 packets). There is no shower gel nor toothbrush (perhaps you could request from the reception?) provided. There is no breakfast as this is essentially a budget place. Tailor your expectations accordingly. This place was chosen because of a K Pop concert being held at Bangkapi Mall. For that reason alone, the convenience value is 5 stars. Everything else is average and acceptable. My room was facing the busy elevated expressway on the 5th floor. The traffic noise was audible all day and most of the night.

I also love the staff and thank you to mr Verachai for his helpfulness on answering and providing a good stay for us. 1. The hotel is nearby shop and restaurants. Those who want to search for halal can go to nearby and also kfc is nearby 10 min walk. 2. Im glad that i got a room with a view. We love to open our window just to see it while eating. 3. Room service is nice, the room is clean and we got amenities like water bottled everyday. I stayed for 4days and its worth it. 4. The price is affordable and reasonable with the facilities provided. Those that want a place to stay can try here. Will definitely book the hotel again in future trips. I somehow have trouble with the key card. But we got through it somehow after recognising the pattern of how it should work. But anyways everything is okay.

Qi (6/5): Honest Review - I enjoyed the fried chicken stand near the street side entrance of the hotel. Chan the owner was very kind. Asan was very helpful and kind as well. The bathroom had a very strong sewer smell. The room smelled and the noise from the street came into the bedroom on the 16th floor. Items that were breakable were not placed high enough out of reach of children. A pipe was sticking out of the floor. There was mold in the bathroom. . The lighting in the room was bright white.
