- Adrian (4/5): Good accommodation let down by non-existent wifi - Friendly staff, central to various locations in Washington PA, room clean and had a kitchenette. The supposed 'Wifi in all rooms' was pretty much non-existent, even the staff were embarrassed by the poor service. Thank goodness for the unlimited eSim with hotspot purchased for the trip.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. By the way, we do a bedbug check at all hotels/motels we stay at and your beds passed our test with flying colors :)

- Kirk601 (1/5): - I had booked this hotel many months in advance as it was very close to a music festival I was attending. A week prior to the date I was flying out, I was called and told some rooms were "under maintenance and would not be fixed in time so my stay was being canceled." Why would my reservation be canceled when it's safe to assume there were many others booked after me? I think it's safe to assume it's due to the rate I was able to book the room at so far in advance. No accommodations were offered for me other than "there's other hotels in the area with availability", completely ignoring the fact the prices on these hotels a week out from a music festival were now three to four times what I was initially booked at. I am disgusted that this was done and have been sure to let friends and family know the companys name and business practices as you cannot believe your reservation will be kept if they believe they decide they can make more money.

(Bring your own coffee pot , cups and plates.. those are not in the room) but there was always coffee down in the lobby! - Cat (10/5): Give this gem a try! - This hotel was extremely quiet in the evening. There are signs posted enforcing quiet hours with zero tolerance for any noise past 10 (11?) to 7am. It was exactly what I hope for - a good night’s sleep. The room was very clean. The entire property is clean. It was a pleasure to be there. There are people who stay on longer than a few days for what clearly looked work related. It’s a nice mix. One thing I didn’t expect was the lack of silverware, even plastic utensils. I do think that should be noted for those who are one or two night stays. The kitchen area has a dishwasher and microwave as well as a small two element flattop stove. There are spacious cabinets for food and supplies, and a full size refrigerator as well. I was very comfortable, and I had a good night’s sleep on the no frills but very comfortable mattress. Initially, I almost changed my mind because of how inexpensive it is. I am glad I gave it a try. I will most definitely be back!

- Pipetti (2/5): Awful dog smell, oily residue, and overall unclean property - The location was very close to the venue we were attending. Upon arrival, the room had a pervasive, unpleasant odor and a visible presence of dog hair on the floors and surfaces. The floors also felt unclean due to an oily residue. While the staff did send someone to briefly mop, it was not a thorough cleaning, and the issues persisted. The linens appeared to have been laundered properly. The dog odor was so strong that it made sleeping in the room impossible, forcing us to leave the property to purchase deodorizing spray, which did not resolve the issue. I specifically booked a room with two queen beds through Booking.com, but we were assigned a room with a single bed. The front desk staff attributed this to a recurring issue with third-party bookings and claimed there were no other rooms available. A request for a cot was also denied. This required us to spend additional time and money to purchase an air mattress to accommodate the two of us. While I understand this is an extended-stay property that allows pets, it is essential that rooms are thoroughly cleaned and deodorized between guests. Additionally, there needs to be improved communication between the hotel and third-party booking sites to ensure guests receive the accommodations they have paid for.
- Heather (2/5): Avoid this hotel - The room we were given smelled so bad of smoke and this is supposed to be a smoke-free hotel. We requested another room. The beds are metal frames and not 'real' beds. The room had crumbs on the floor, the AC barely blew cool air and smelled musty, the trash cans in the stairwells were overflowing/smelled for our entire stay and the parking lot was full of trash. The night we checked in, an ambulance and police cars arrived for a wellness check. The dispatcher message states that a guest was not seen in a week and there were maggots in the hallway for a few days. One of the managers opened the door to the room and immediately closed it due to a foul odor. The second day, the fire alarms went off and we had to evacuate the building. The 3rd day, the elevators didn't work. When we checked out on day 4, no external company had arrived to clean the room where the body was found. In my opinion, that entire room needs to be gutted and redone since there were maggots everywhere. This hotel is an extended stay hotel and there appears to be a lot of guests that live there. They hang in the lobby, right outside the front door and all around the parking lot. We stayed at this hotel 3 years ago and it was ok which is why we chose to stay here again. It really declined in 3 years.

- Shandi (4/5): Pass! - The beds were not comfy at all. Under the beds hadn't been cleaned in quite some time as there were clothing items, and tissues, and an inch of dust. The outlet in the bathroom didn't work. Half of the outlets in the room itself didn't work. Each time we left, we had to walk past piles of garbage in the hall that people had set out. Room service only comes once a week, so it becomes unsightly and smelly fast! The rooms are not quiet at all! The guy on the floor above me woke up every morning at 3:30am and stomped around, slamming cabinets, cooking and setting the smoke alarm off. I could call his every move by the third night! There was an incident where the parking lot was full of cops and an ambulances for hours. I had my kids with me, and was concerned. The front desk refused to give me any information at all. I didnt need details. Just enough info to know it was an isolated event would've been nice! Obviously, I didn't expect a stay at the Sheraton, but I feel like I ended up somewhere between the Bates Motel and Motel 6. 10/10 would not recommend if you have kids with you.

I will say that the room smelled like cooked food the whole time I was there and a couple light bulbs were missing. But other than that, it was a great stay. The area around the hotel isn’t the greatest. If you’re solely staying just to visit Pittsburgh and save some money, this is your place. Otherwise I’d probably just spend the extra money and stay in Pittsburgh for the convenience and better atmosphere.
- james (6/5): - There were roaches in the room we were in but we arrived late in the evening and had a very important event to attend the next day so we put most of our belongings back in the car and went to sleep. We were gone for most of the next day and When we returned to the room we just went to bed and left very early the next morning. What was supposed to be a nice and easy stay at a hotel with a kitchenette for our convenience turned into an anxious, uneasy, and unpleasant few days

- Gregory (8/5): Clean the air conditioner filters - Only issue I had was that I don't think anyone had ever cleaned the air conditioner filters since they built this place. There was dirt hanging off the from the front of the unit where the air was being sucked in and the filters were clogged solid. I took the filters out and cleaned them as I have allergies and they were really acting up in this room. Overall, it was a nice place to stay.

It turns out to be an "extended stay" type of lodging and that many of the patrons were road crews working on the nearby highways. The room above me sounded like a herd of elephants tromping around and it seemed to last all night. Not a very restful place to stay on a long drive.

The only complaint would be, and I stayed here on 3 different occasions, there always is a group of people hanging by the front entrance and smoking cigarettes and other things. Not a fan of the smoke and smell. Wish the staff would tell them not to hang in the front
- Rachel (7/5): Clean, comfortable with minimal extras - The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was easy to find right off the freeway and close to gas stations and food choices. They were able to put our two rooms next to each other. The fitness room was small but offered a good choice of workout equipment after a long day of driving. Very minimal toiletries and small towels. There was no coffee maker or ice bucket. There were also no cups for rinsing or drinking. While our room was clean, a forgotten waste paper basket under the bathroom sink was disgusting and left unused by us.
- Chalmers (10/5): Good value hotel near Star Lake Pavillion - Visiting for the Ke$ha concert in Burgettstown at Star Lake Pavillion. 30 minute drive and budget friendly room on a Saturday night. The room was comfortable and spotless.
- Cheryl (8/5): Overall a nice stay, you’ll just need to either bring something to fix for breakfast or plan on going to the local resta - Convenient for exiting the highway and the price was great! This is the second time that we have stated this location. The floor in our room was either needing to be mopped or too much mopping solution was used because the floor in both the restroom and the kitchen area was sticky, and the carpet felt like it needed to be shampooed it felt gross to be honest. Needless to say, keep our shoes on. Also, there was trash outside some of the rooms when we arrived and the it was still there when we left the next morning at about 11:30.

The inside of the hotel smelled like weed most of the time. The front desk staffed seemed nice and attentive. The room itself was fine. I will say there was hair and a dead bug smashed on the wall of the bathroom. But other than that the towels were soft and the rest of the room felt generally clean. For the price, I think it was worth it.

- Sean (1/5): The hotel that don't accept changes for 3rd Party (booking.com) - Nothing. They wouldn't except my date of change of stay. I spoke to their front desk before my original date of stay who told me the change of date was accepted over the phone but when i got to the hotel they did not honor it. They didn't tell me they didn't accept my date of change of stay until i got there and I end up booking with a different hotel. The front desk informed me they don't do changes for 3rd party (booking.com).

- Cheryl (10/5): A great experience and value. - Overall, everything was excellent. We had never stayed at this hotel chain before, and to be honest for the hotels that we typically stay at this exceeded many of them the location was excellent as well, regarding accessibility from the highway and our destination definitely a do over. The complementary coffee was not good. When we arrived, the regular coffee appeared to have been there for quite some time because it was so dark that I threw it out And didn’t take the chance of trying again when we were leaving plus, powdered generic creamer is gross, just saying.

- Matthew (6/5): - Didn’t sleep well at all. Residents are remote workers, made lots of noise at all hours. Highway was SUPER ANNOYING having to listen to traffic all night. Oh yeah, then there was the guy in the elevator with a bottle of booze at his feet, along with his pants and underwear, no joke! Safe to say I’ll find someplace else to stay next time.

- Teresa (8/5): Overall, it was a good place to stay and we would stay there again. - Easily accessible from I-70. Clean and well maintained room and bathroom. Shower had plenty of hot water and pressure. Would have liked some glasses in the room to get a drink. The coffee bar was not kept clean and stocked the next morning.
- Haley (1/5): Stinky, musty and dirty. - The vents need cleaned desperately. Most likely mold and allergens being pumped into the room. I told the man at the desk why I was checking out early. I said my asthma and allergies are flared up and I’m really sick. He smirked and I told him it’s not funny, I’m very sick. It costs me $200 to go to med express which I can’t afford that at the moment. So it’s unfortunate that my health was compromised during this visit and the staff was incredibly insensitive. The picture didn’t save from my Snapchat story but I had multiple replies whenever I posted the photo of all of the flower petals left over from Valentine’s Day behind the bed. The manager also refused to give me a refund because I was upset that the staff adjusted my reservation from Sunday to Saturday because I needed to add an extra night. He argued with me that because I needed an extra night that somehow that means they moved my checkout date. Adding an extra day doesn’t mean that it removes another. Whenever I called choice hotels they saw that there are multiple complaints of cleanliness, but the manager doesn’t want to take responsibility.
