Suvimol (10/5): - Beautifull villa and swimming pool. Very comfortable, good location near the Arcadia market and shops. The staff and the manager Nick are hepfull. A few minutes from the beach and walking street. Good value for cheap price in a villas residence in the center of Pattaya.

Debra (10/5): Comfortable, relaxing and quiet - Villa was great. Nicely furnished, clean and good amenities. Very nice pool. Quiet residential area. I was a bit concerned about the electricity cost from other reviews but Nick took a photo of the meter at the start and end and I thought for 3 people for 5 nights 1800THB was very reasonable considering we didn’t skimp on the use of the air conditioning. Restaurants only a short distance away and using Grab made taxi pick up and food delivery easy. We had 2 taxis getting back to the Villa that had no idea where to go! Not the fault of the property! But suggest if this happens pick a larger hotel close by as a guide for drivers.

Jim (8/5): Very good - The Villa was nice to stay in and it worked well that the 4th bedroom is in its own bungerlow seperate from the main house. Even though we had a hire car we used Bolt for our taxi's for the evenings to take us out to where ever we was going and average cost was about 80bhat per ride. It is well out of the way and quite so no loud noises to bother you at night but near enough to all the main places you will want to visit with a quick cab ride as to far to walk really.

However we was not told we have to pay for the electricity and gas and also we had to give £6'000bht deposit. The owner was really nice and helpful. Charged £2000bht for us to stay a extra 9 hours. He could of let this slide but guess he has to make money. Very safe villa. Very friendly. Derelict area. The electricity bill for 3 males for 5 nights was £2700gbh and this can't be right. I feel we got scammed. The beds was no good and a lot of bed bugs. Cleaning was only done once in 5 days. Overall was good but the location is horrible. No taxi can find the villa. We had to remember the route. Really far from everywhere. If we didn't have Bolt we would be stuck. This villa is more for old couples on a cheap budget. Not young lads that need access to clubs bars and girls. Pool table was a bit dogy. Balls chipped towels where nasty. Please bring your own towels.
