• Jean-Fabrice (8/5): Très bon emplacement, bon accueil. - L'emplacement est très bien, proche de Saint Pancras et au croisement des lignes de bus idéales pour visiter Londres. Propre et bon accueil. Garde des bagages à l'arrivée et au départ, merci. Cuisine commune, salle de bain privative mais souci de réglage de la température de l'eau de la douche. Isolation phonique faible.

• YE (4/5): A noisy room and several facilities were not as expected. - The room is spacious and the facilities are good. There is a microwave and a fridge in the kitchen, and there is also a living room. There is a laundry machine, but it wasn’t working, so I had to use the public one in the basement. The washroom is outside the room, although it is for our exclusive use. The room is very noisy — I could hear traffic all night. The wooden floor is also loose and makes noise whenever I step on it.

• Patrícia (8/5): Apesar dos percalços, se voltasse a Londres, ficaria neste apartamento. - Muito perto de tudo. No raio de 20/30min a pé dá para ir às atrações principais. O quarto era quente e confortável. A cozinha era 100% funcional. Tinha louça para cozinhar. Não tivemos problemas com barulho na rua. Tem supermercados perto (10min a pé). Funcionários super simpáticos e prestáveis. Deixamos as malas lá antes do check in e depois do check out. O apartamento era no último andar (3o) sem elevador. A nossa sanita não funcionava, tivemos de usar a do outro quarto - o quarto estava vazio, se estivessem lá pessoas ia ser mais complicado usar a casa de banho. Porém não conseguiram arranjar a tempo porque fomos no feriado. O chuveiro era difícil de regular a temperatura da água.

On entend tous les bruits interieurs et exterieurs. Fenêtres qui ne ferment pas bien. Pas de rideaux, réveillé par la lumiere. Bref des nuits peu reposantes.
• JOSÉ LUIS (7/5): - la ubicación es excelente. No había aire acondicionado funcionando, hacia mucho calor y ni siquiera se podían abrir las ventanas. Exactamente minutos antes de la hora de salida, llegó la gente de aseo y de muy mala gana nos corrieron del lugar, fue muy desagradable su comportamiento. No volvería por eso.

• Edi_O (8/5): Great location and comfortable stay - First and foremost, comfortable and pleasant accommodation. Excellent location - quiet yet central for our needs. The underground station is not too far away. The accommodation was tidy and clean. The price was competitive considering the location. I would gladly stay here again. The infrastructure is a little outdated.

• Virginia (7/5): Chambre dernière minute - La disponibilité des réceptionnistes. Ils ont été patients alors que j'arrivais sur place à une heure tardive sans même avoir encore réservé sur le site. Globalement la chambre et SDB propres La chambre au rez-de-chaussée, côté rue. Très bruyante et surtout le store n'est pas assez opaque pour bloquer la lumière du lampadaire juste en face. Dès 7h du matin il fait jour dans la chambre

• Gaspar (5/5): Decepcionante - Lo único bueno la ubicación Las habitaciones no eran como en las fotos. Todo es diferente y mucho más viejo, o por lo menos la habitación que nos asignaron. El edificio no está insonorizado a nivel de ventanas ni de paredes, y se escucha muchísimo ruido; cosa que no facilita para nada el descanso.

• Matteo (4/5): Basterebbe poco per renderlo un soggiorno piacevole. - Ottima posizione, se si avesse necessità di mangiare, la cucina e il salotto sono molto grandi! Tornando indietro, non torneremmo qui. Letti scomodi, camere essenziali: apparentemente “pulite”, ma con quella sensazione che non lo siano davvero. Il letto fa rumore a ogni minimo movimento e i muri sono sporchi. Eravamo comunque abbastanza preparati, viste le recensioni, ma a mio avviso il vero problema sono gli infissi. Dormire è stato praticamente impossibile: sembrava di avere il letto direttamente sulla strada, con il rumore che entrava in camera. Una notte, a tarda ora, alcuni ragazzi hanno iniziato a urlare e a giocare in strada; una ragazza ha continuato a urlare per circa 10 minuti. Non sapevamo nemmeno come farli smettere, anche perché le finestre sono praticamente blindate. Inoltre, alle 6 eravamo già svegli perché entra molta luce in camera, le tapparelle non svolgono il loro lavoro. Bagno passabile !

• Eva (8/5): - Vänlig personal, fint rum åt gården, tyst, enkelt. Egen toa/dusch i korridoren. Fyller basala behov utan överdrifter. Fantastiskt med ett kök, bra att fixa måltider själv. Inget att klaga på.
• Domingo (10/5): Imposible más por menos. - Aunque es un Hostel con baño compartido, la verdad es que nos sorprendió agradablemente que en la planta donde nos alojaron tan solo habían dos habitaciones y dos baños, señalados para uso independiente por cada habitacion, con lo que en realidad teníamos baño privado. Además, también teniamos una habitación muy amplia como salón, comedor, cocina, con todo lo necesario. Y la ubicación es inmejorable, a una calle del Museo Británico, y muy poca distancia de dos estaciones de metro, aunque está a un breve paseo del Soho.Y la gente de recepción, un encanto; simpáticos y serviciales, grandes profesionales. Inmejorable relación calidad-precio. Super recomendable Por rizar el rizo, les aconsejaría que cuando reciben las maletas en consigna (en la misma recepción) deberían hacer un recibo y ofrecer algún tipo de identificación para poner en ellas. Hay tantas maletas y caos que un error (?) puede ocurrir en cualquier momento.

• Aixes (8/5): Ottima soluzione per un breve soggiorno nel centro di Londra - Ottima posizione, accanto al British Museum. Pulito e abbastanza confortevole, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, una rarità per il centro di Londra. Pur essendo camera tripla e bagno in comune, l'appartamento condivideva soltanto la cucina con altri ospiti che non si sono visti, dunque è stato tutto per noi tre, compreso il bagno. Receptionist gentili e disponibili. Purtroppo sono in corso lavori di ristrutturazione della facciata esterna. Malgrado la strada non sia molto trafficata e a causa delle finestre non insonorizzate, è un po' rumoroso nelle ore diurne e notturne.

Las habitaciones tienen todo lo necesario. Camas cómodas y buena temperatura. Todo muy limpio. Muy recomendable por la relación calidad-precio. Las ventanas son muy antiguas y no tienen nada de aislamiento... por lo que si vas cuando hace frío es un fastidio, pero lo puedes solucionar poniendo una toalla a lo largo de la ventana que ayuda a aislar. Por el precio que tiene, algo "malo" tendría que tener, pero tampoco es tan grave.

• Bruno (9/5): Satisfaisant. - Accueil sympa, disponibilité du personnel, personnel arrangeant pour changer de chambre car celle que nous avions pour notre 1ère nuit avait les toilettes en panne. Notre chambre, à notre arrivée était petite pour 3 personnes et la chasse des wc ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons pu facilement changer de chambre pour un petit appartement. Ce fut très apprécié et correspondait davantage aux détails de notre réservation. Chambre calme. Chauffage ok. Propreté ok. Notre plus grand souci a été de trouver des toilettes avec une chasse d'eau qui fonctionne. Dans notre première chambre la chasse ne fonctionnait pas ce qui a motivé notre demande pour changer de chambre. Dans notre second logement, le petit appartement comportant 3 wc dont 1 seul avait la chasse d'eau qui fonctionnait à peu près. Ce serait le moment d'investir pour remettre à niveau les logements au niveau des wc et également au niveau des fenêtres qui sont encore en simple vitrage.

Mal insonorisé, on entend beaucoup les gens dans la rue. Alarme de feu qui dure 1h30 durant la nuit, ce n’était pas de leur faute, mais quand même dérangeant

• Rebeca (7/5): Genial ubicación - La ubicación es genial y fueron muy amables a la hora de hacer el check-in como el check-out. Nos cambiaban las toallas y nos dejaron el secador de pelo. La limpieza estupenda, y aunque compartíamos espacio con otra habitación, en ningún momento tuvimos problemas. Pese a estar en una calle que no es muy concurrida, al no estar bien aislada la ventana se escuchaba todo lo que pasaba en la calle, a parte de no tener persianas, que nos hacía despertarnos a la primera luz del día.

Room was advertised as having washing machine, Washing machine was in the basement, We where on top floor. The person in the next room kept making strange noises late at night, we reported to hosts who said they would have a word but nothing changed.
• David (8/5): Bra läge och nära till allt, prisvärt! - Receptionen var bemannad dygnet runt. Trevlig personal med möjlighet att förvara bagage vid tidig ankomst och även vid avresa. Den enda synpunkten jag har är att sänglamporna som var placerade på sängborden inte var möjliga att tända pga att det vid sängarnas direkt närhet inte fanns något eluttag att stoppa in kontakten i.

• Brañas Gouveia (2/5): DECEPCIÓN - Lo único que me gustó del alojamiento era la cercanía con el centro de Londres. No me gustaron varias cosas: 1. No habían cortinas, por lo tanto, me dificultó el sueño durante estos días. 2. Ponía en las fotos que había lavadora y no había. 3. No venían a cambiarnos las toallas ni a limpiar. 4. Las camas eran incómodas y estaba sucio. 5. Me comenta la chica de recepción que habían dos habitaciones y posiblemente vendrían otros huéspedes con los que tendría que compartir cocina y baño. Una decepción absoluta, nosotras pagamos por estar tranquilas durante esos días y no se informa de eso por booking.

El baño, aunque lo solucionaron cuando le comunicamos estuvimos como 3 días duchándonos con el plato de ducha estancado. Era un sótano, para nada lo que se veía en las fotos. La últimas dos noches se sentía mucho ruido en el piso de arriba hasta la madrugada. Música alta como que se estaban peleando, golpes fuertes que retumbaban. Me costó dormir
