• Peter (9/5): Very good indeed. - Location was fine. Staff on reception were welcoming and efficient. The room, although a little shabby around the edges and very brown, was excellent - spacious, big comfortable bed, good fan and air con, spotlessly clean and had all you would need. Bathroom also very good - nice toiletries, good fan, excellent shower. Breakfast was superb - plenty of choice, delicious food, friendly and attentive staff. We enjoyed our stay. Some initial problems with WiFi but then all good - but you can only use 3 devices.

• Riccardo Fabiani 1965 (9/5): - Spacious rooms, well furnished, big bed, very comfortable. Staff at the reception very kind and helpful. Nice restaurant with very good quality food (dinner). For breakfast, good choice of indian dishes, and possibility also to get eggs cooked as desired. Availability of hotel car for airport drop, at reasonable price. Some cakes and sweets would have better completed the offer of food for breakfast.

Double payment, first requested full payment on booking 2 months ahead and then at reception too. If customer does not pay attention, I am not sure what is the outcome! Why such a reputed hotel should ask for a prepayment that too in full? and not just 5-25%?

• Sampurna (5/5): It’s an average place to stay if you are planning just for a sleepover - Location of the property AC of our room wasn’t working properly and even after informing the staff they didn’t do much. The breakfast wasn’t upto the standards. And someone stole a rayban sunglasses from the room

• Vijay (8/5): Great hotel, but bedding should be improved. - Great location, close to the railway station and within easy reach of shopping malls, ATMs, etc. Taxi and auto options plentiful. Good buffet breakfast, although small range, but usually with South and North Indian options everyday and tasty. Room was clean, of good size and had adequate storage. Staff were friendly and helpful. The entire hotel has only one size of pillow (thick). People with neck or spine problems can only get a rolled up towel as an alternative. This is completely unacceptable. It would cost the Hotel very little to have a stock of thin pillows.

We reached the hotel earlier because of our train timing, and we had to wait 6 hours before we were checked in. When we requested for another room for just those few hours, for charge, we were told that all the rooms are completely booked. Even if they did not have any rooms, they could have atleast asked us if we would like anything else, like breakfast
