• Agathe (9/5): Magnifique Riad mais situé un peu loin des principaux centres d'intérêts de la Médina. - Très beau Riad avec de magnifiques patios et une très jolie piscine dont nous n'avons malheureusement pas eu le temps de profiter. Les chambres sont également très spacieuses. Nous avons eu un peu de mal à trouver le Riad dont l'emplacement est mal indiqué et nous avons trouvé l'emplacement assez loin des principaux centres d'intérêts de la médina. Nous avons également trouvé notre chambre un peu trop sombre.

Migliorare le condizioni igieniche, necessario avere biancheria letto e bagno igienizzata, stoviglie colazione da lavare in lavastoviglie.

Bon petit déjeuner, juste - Le Riad était vraiment très typique, j’ai adoré le bassin et le patio! Il était extrêmement compliqué de trouver l’entrée du Riad ! Nous avons cherché un bon moment, et quelqu’un nous a enfin guidé avec un pourboire bien sûr… Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas au minimum un panneau dans la rue centrale pour indiquer la direction de la ruelle du Riad.

Las habitaciones impresionan, una maravilla La úbicacion es la medina pero claro , está a 30 min caminando desde la plaza fna . El bus nos dejó en la plaza y con las maletas ir fue un poco cansado. Cuesta un poco encontrarlo.

• Fernández (7/5): - La relación calidad-precio es coherente, el riad es bonito, cómodo, el personal amable, el desayuno estaba bien ya que quedamos satisfechos, sin embargo podrían haber más variedades saladas. La experiencia dentro del riad fue agradable. La ubicación no es la más óptima. El riad está escondido y posiblemente no lo hubiéramos encontrado por nuestra cuenta propia. Está alejado de avenidas principales para tomar un taxi por lo que es mejor organizarte con el riad con antelación para transporte al aeropuerto. La zona no es muy agradable y si viajan puras chicas, en la noche da un poco de miedo caminar por ahí. Tener en cuenta que si esta en la Medina y se puede llegar caminando a la plaza principal pero son alrededor de 25 minutos.

Le stanze bellissime, grandi e comode. Il letto ottimo e il bagno era fantastico. Mai visto un bagno così bello. Probabilmente migliorerei un po’ la colazione in quanto il menu colazione era praticamente fisso, a quanto ho capito, e non sono riuscito a conversare con la gentile signora. Avrei fatto qualcosa di più abbondante o addirittura un buffet.

O wifi não funcionava no quarto e a água quente durava pouco tempo. O pequeno almoço era razoável mas nem um único dia foi servido chá nem ovos. Sempre panquecas.

Room had hair all around. Linen very all smelly and bedsheet had stain blood or oil not sure but quite yucky The room was just not cleaned only the bed was made however same stained bedsheet and everything nothing was replaced . Not a telephone, water kettle or any basic amenity was there. No one to contact in case of emergency. Breakfast was upsold in picture as it will be full breakfast but in face it was just bread butter and Nescafé we decided not to be bothered and wasted our money on that for no reason. We could leave if room move was not done but staff was not ready to accept that and also it was very hard to communicate as they speak only French or Arabic and not everything on voice translation was helpful. The room was definitely not worth of even 20£ . We pushed our comfort zone and forced ourselves to stay as no resolution was provided and we had plans. We are lookingg for full refund. We left just as soon as we got another place for our selves . This was disappointing as the expectation and comparison online was great but in reality it was only disappointment. • Théodore (10/5): - Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au Riad KA Hotel à Marrakech. L’accueil a été chaleureux et nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis à l’aise. Pour trouver le Riad, il faut repérer le numéro 108 de la rue : juste en face se trouve une petite rue, et le riad est au bout à gauche. La décoration est typiquement marocaine, et la terrasse qui surplombe Marrakech est très agréable. Le petit-déjeuner est très bon et copieux. Un grand merci à Leila, très gentille, arrangeante et réactive, que ce soit pour nos demandes concernant la chambre ou pour ses bons conseils de visites et de bars. Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

It’s a beautiful place we miss there alre - The host Fred was such an excellent host, he literally made sure my friend and I were comfortable all the time. Helped us booked taxi for every outing and made sure we got to our tourist centre and back to the riad safe.. Nothing really? I liked my stay there, although language barrier but we were to still understand a bit.

• Linda (7/5): Schönes Riad, gut gelegen - Das Riad liegt gut gelegen. Nur wenige Minuten, bis man in den Straßen der Medina ist. Bei Ankunft gab es erst mal eine Kannee Tee und Kuchen. Das Frühstück wurde liebevoll an den Tisch gebracht. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren geräumig. Leider waren wir Anfang Januar in Marrakesh, sodass es doch ziemlich kalt war. Das Schlafzimmer besitzt eine Klimaanlage mit der man heizen kann. Allerdings liegt man dann direkt unter dem kühleren Luftzug der Klimaanlage.

They just offered us bread and marmalades but I really don't like sweet flavours so I had to buy on my own some cheese and salami. They could at least offer eggs or omelet. So average breakfast for this beautiful Riad

• Monica (9/5): Precioso Riad en la medina, el personal muy amable - El Riad precioso, el personal muy agradable, buen desayuno, encantadores todos, desde el personal de recepción hasta las limpiadoras 👌🏻 La habitación tenía un poco de humedad en la pared cerca la cama, la ubicación un poco difícil para entrar en Taxi, te dejan fuera de la medina y tienes que ir andando, sólo en dos ocasiones entró el taxi y nos dejó en la puerta del Riad. Por lo demás todo estupendo.

• Marina (8/5): - The bed was super comfortable,and the breakfast okay. They made us early breakfast because we had a tour early which we appreciated a lot. The room had such a strong strange smell that didn’t go out the whole stay there. Bathroom didn’t feel super clean.
