754missb (8/5): Check your room - I got a suite. I checked in, unpacked. The toilet would not flush. It was repaired. I completed my stay and check out. Whenever I stay at a Hilton hotel, I get a link to provide my feedback of my stay. I never received a link. I notified customer service, I was told they would contact the hotel to send a link. I never got one. Going to corporate.
Taryn (6/5): The location was good, close to Market District but my lower back still hurts from how uncomfortable the bed was. - I liked the location and the large parking lot right next door. The bed was not comfortable at all.

Misha (10/5): Right where you need to be! - The hotel is within walking distance to the Strip District Terminal. There are a lot of places close for entertainment, food, and shopping. The staff was VERY friendly and made us feel welcome. The sink lit mirror would shut off out of nowhere when I would use it, and would not turn back on for half the day. I tried to reset the GFI and that did not work either. Was not a big deal, just weird that it would happen after being on for 10 mins.

Angela (10/5): I'll be back again! - I've stayed here previously, love the location in Pittsburgh's Strip District, can walk to everything. The staff is always very pleasant and helpful. A little expensive this trip, but I was there for the Pittsburgh Marathon weekend, but so was everyone else!
Bernice (10/5): - The stay was good but I was overcharged by Bookings. There was an extra charge for a 3rd person when the hotel stayed that the room could occupy up to 4 people without an extra charge. The Saturday charge was only $350 a night. I’m so disappointed when I heard this. The personnel from your company would only say that the room was confirmed for 3 people and denied being charged extra. When you look at how rooms are charged, you can see there’s a difference when booking for 3 versus 2.

LaShae (5/5): - This is not my first time staying there, the staff are always friendly and accommodating. The location is great with lots of things to do and places to eat. My room was not clean to basic standards there was chapstick left beside the ottoman, crumbs under the couch, and on the pull out mattress. There was a vape beside the bed that had been there long enough to catch dust and hair, the bedding did not seem clean ( it was a late night check in and I did not realize this until the next day). The couch cushions were stained like they just flipped them rather than cleaning them.The carpets in the room and hallways need scrubbed and the windows need cleaned. I stayed here a few weeks ago with a group of boys for my son's birthday and the rooms were not as bad but the couch cushions were definitely stained. I did not say anything to the staff this time because we literally were in and out because we were there for a basketball tournament. I also knew the hotel was full so there was not much they would be able to do to accommodate. Had I been there longer and not running around to games, I would have definitely said something to the staff to allow them the opportunity to fix the issues. I only got one picture when I went to get the bed ready for my son.

701kathys (8/5): Nice place but you can’t get lunch or dinner on site - Good location near convention center. Website says there is an on-site restaurant but the staff admits this is not true. They have a good breakfast but there is a bar that is only open briefly in the evenings with no food. Rooms are only serviced on alternate days. It’s clean, and the rooms are nice but when it’s 10 degrees I resent having to get food delivered or go out. They do offer Grub Hub as an amenity.

James (8/5): Great location. Good free breakfast. - We were upgraded to a suite, which we really appreciated. It was nice having a separate living room and kitchen. We also enjoyed the breakfast, particularly the muesli and oatmeal. I didn’t like that we had to ask to have our room cleaned. For $350 a night, I expect daily cleaning. We had a lot of used food containers and dishes that were mounting up. Even when the cleaner came, he didn’t wash the dishes. It was also disappointing that we weren’t able to use the pool. It seems as if the only way to get to the pool was through the lobby. The hotel didn’t provide toweling robes and we didn’t feel comfortable walking through the lobby with a towel wrapped around us. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.
Konjit (3/5): Did not enjoy my stay. - The staff was great and welcoming. The facility from the lobby to the room was not good. The lobby couch was so stained with marks it was not good. The room, bed cover had stain, the bed was bad. Breakfast was OK, but could be better.

The employee at the front desk was so friendly, she let us know where to park and when our room was ready they would text me. PERFECT ! Kamanu (8/5): We would definitely stay again. - We enjoyed our room. Our stay included myself, my husband and 4 children ages 5-17. The room was very spacious and comfortable for all of us. We could have easily brought our Newfoundland dog along with us had we known we had so much space. The pool was clean and the staff was friendly. The coffee in the lobby during evening hours was cold and not kept stocked. It was NYE which may account for that. The dishes in our room could use some refreshing but we didn’t use much.

TruthTripNJ (4/5): Check your options - This property is nicely located because it is at the foot of the strip and also a decent walk to downtown. It was full of families with kids (assuming sports events, and definitely a cheer-leading competition, lots of sequins.) It is also pet-friendly. My room smelled like dog piss. I asked to change and they complied. However the 2nd room was worse, so I stuck with the first. I went out and bought a room freshener. The hallway carpets are dirty and stained; try not to look down when walking to your room. Somebody needs to call Stanley Steamer. The rooms were otherwise clean and in fairly good shape. I would spend few bucks and stay elsewhere due to the smell. The breakfast as compared to other Homewoods was lacking - pretty sad choices, not very well stocked.

The room was not made up completely bed looked as if it had been slept in there was no towels I called reception desk to only get towels cause there staff was gone for the day at 2:00pm when I arrived there was staff still cleaning rooms on my floor! Carolyn (6/5): very nice facility, we will return again - Room was spacious and clean. love the location. this is no fault of the facility, but there was a dog next door that barked for 3 hours. being a dog lover, it broke my heart to hear him bark and cry for so long. when the owners returned, someone from another room knocked on their door and had words with them. it was a bit upsetting, I couldn't get to sleep after that encounter.

Brought our dog with us, and we all enjoyed our time together! Garage space for parking was competitive (outdoor parking was available if no space in garage). Garage door was very narrow to get in. Saw many scratch marks on the side of the wall.

We were SO close (walking distance) to the strip, the restaurants, everything! The room was quiet, slept like a baby EVERY night! THE STAFF IS EVERYTHING!!! Super friendly, knowledgeable, professional and caring! Thomas, Corey, Alexis, and Maylene were amazing, went above and beyond for us. All with a smile! We were treated like V.I.P.! The entire hotel staff rocks! Loved that EVERYTHING is so close by, we got our daily walking, exercise in. Excellent experience. A+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Alisha (8/5): - Wonderful location! Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was clean and spacious. My only complaint and why I can't give 5 stars, the bed was so uncomfortable. May just be personal preference as I prefer soft mattresses and the bed was extremely firm. To me, it was like sleeping on a concrete slab.

The room we were originally given seemed fine when we dropped our bags off before the game but when we came back realized that everything was covered in white dog hair! Anyway, went downstairs to talk to the gentleman at the front desk and he was very quick to move us to a larger cleaner room for the night. Great customer service!

Pioneer719014 (10/5): “Fantastic Service, Clean Rooms, Limited Parking” - We had a wonderful stay at the Homewood Suites in Pittsburgh, PA. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff was absolutely phenomenal—helpful, kind, and always greeting us with genuine smiles. Their hospitality really made us feel welcome. Breakfast each morning was excellent. The gentleman overseeing the area did an outstanding job—he kept everything well-stocked, organized, and spotless, all while maintaining a cheerful attitude that set a positive tone for the day. The rooms were comfortable, and the furniture was clean and cozy, making it easy to relax. Overall, the environment was warm, inviting, and well-kept. The only downside was the parking. Spaces are limited, tight, and the cost feels high. I believe parking should be included for guests, which would make the experience even better. That said, everything else about the hotel more than exceeded expectations, and I would happily stay here again.
