- Lance (7/5): Overall our visit was ok. But we probably won’t stay here again. - The property is fairly new and clean. The fitness room was nice and breakfast was good. The lights are all a harsh glaring bright white. I appreciate the goal to be environmentally friendly, but LED bulbs can still be soft and warm. The furniture is cheap and likely to break soon. Most of the drawers wouldn’t close correctly. The mattress was ok but not super comfortable.

Call the hotel 5 times, tried calling booking.com the same day. Nothing!! Today i get a bill. Be very careful using these people. It's a scam

After notifying the front desk 2 times regarding the problems we decided to sleep in it because we had no other options. My husband had an asthma attack because we had to have the ac on and the fan was blowing particulates from mice droppings. It is now the 9th of October, and he is finally well. Next morning, I went to the new desk person and she IMMEDIATELY moved us to a room on 3rd floor that was clean, fully functional, no mice, no smell. We stayed happily. We talked to manager Nicole who agreed that we should not have to pay for the first room. I have tried multiple times to contact booking and NO ONE RETURNS EMAIL OR PHONE messages. This is totally unacceptable. I want someone to call me and Manager Nicole who has said to have you call her. Scott Estes

We were in Tulsa for an event, and this was one of the stay options so it was pretty busy. The staff did a great job of maintaining the breakfast stocked with how busy it was during breakfast hours.

- Chris (8/5): - We had a great stay! The only things that could have been better were cleanliness...the pull out couch was supposed to be grey, but it was very brown. It appeared to be stained. The carpet turned our feet brown and the arms on the desk chair were peeling off. Lastly, we have two small children and there was no lock on the bathroom door. It was a sliding door which is a fun concept but not with children. On the surface it appeared great, but it could use a little TLC and a good carpet cleaning.

This is legitimately the cleanest hotel I've stayed in during my travels. Their gym facility was clean and had fresh wipes for the equipment, I find most hotel gyms do not have this. Their staff was also genuinely friendly and welcomed me back each day I returned. Cleaning staff was polite and efficient. I'm looking forward to my next stay.

Had to call him in the phone. Breakfast shut the doors at 9:00 even on Saturday & Sunday. Meager & out of eggs. Had to peel eggs. Very unfriendly hotel. Won’t return! I set up the Hilton Honors yet they’re only in my husband’s name! This was the one by the airport.

I never left my room and when I called to get information about who and why my room number was provided to a stranger the clerk was rude and unprofessional. I was kicked out of the hotel with no refund. I called management and was treated the same way. I called corporate and nothing was done. I have attained an attorney. If you book with this company do not trust this hotel or branch with my safety.

We were very tired when we got there, but liked it so much that we booked and stayed at the Home2Suites in Bentonville/Rogers for several more days, once we got to our destination area in Arkansas. That hotel did not have bathtubs, which was a little bit of a disappointment as I needed to soak after several days of long drives to get there.

- 61SharonH (10/5): A Good Choice - I wasn’t really sure what to expect after reading some of the reviews and seeing the traveler’s pictures. I took a chance anyway and it was a good choice. The young lady at the desk and one of the breakfast attendants provided nice and friendly service. Our room was very clean. No bed bugs and no broken or taped fixtures. I do agree that the contractor who did their remodel did some shotty work and should never be used again. Nevertheless the hotel is updated, clean and bug-free, which was my biggest concern.

- kes1639 (6/5): Shoddy construction - Love this hotel concept. From the outside the hotel looks shiny and new. While our room was clean the contractor who built our room must have been drunk, the freezer door doesn’t open all the way because it it too close to the wall. To turn on the shower you will get wet. The faucet is at the far end of the shower on the opposite side of the sliding door. The grab bars are by the faucet so nothing to hold while you get in and out of shower. The grab bar sticks out so tough to get completely under shower head. The mounted soaps and bath wash are right by the shower head so the water takes the soap off your hand immediately why jot Mount it towards the back of the shower? The bathroom faucet was either mounted too far back or it is too short,. The water comes out almost outside the sink. The dresser doors won’t stay shut. The silverware drawer only had one fork and two spoons. Don’t know if all the rooms are this shoddy or just room 424.

- Angel (10/5): - Breakfast was excellent, the property is new and well kept. Nice place to stay for a few weeks. Really close to a lot of restaurants and shopping.
- Vanessa (10/5): Great place for family - Clean, quiet, comfortable, close to restaurants, groceries, biking trails. Good vibes among staff. Better than usual breakfast compared to other hotels.

- Joylyn (8/5): Very good - It was spacious, basically everything anyone could need was in the room including a dishwasher! It was super clean and the staff was beyond amazing. The beds are NOT comfortable. They are stiff as a board and I have a bad back so I woke up in agony and I couldn't really sleep to begin with. My husband even woke up with a painful back and he has a good back. So if you are looking for comfort it's not this place but if you need somewhere in a pinch 100% recommend this place
- Ukrix (9/5): Total recommendation. - Everything, starting from the check in, over the room, breakfast, location, gym, check out. Just one thing was missing in our room and that was the promised dish washer. But no biggie since we didn't need it.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Not so Pet Friendly - I'd say paying almost as much for your 5 pound dog to stay a night as you did for the hotel room = not pet friendly. I paid 75 for my dog to stay 1 night but the hotel room was picky 125. Ridiculous.
