- Lara (3/5): Chose no to stay. Service from the staff was surprisingly low grade. - Looked clean. Service was poor. Wait time to get service was longer than anticipated. Wasn’t very accommodating and willing to come up with a quick solutions that would not be an inconvenience for the guest traveling out of state. For example one of the staff didn’t assist with helping me locating the manager. She only mentioned he’s somewhere walking around here.

I accidentally booked the handicap room which was smaller than last year’s accommodations. Ladies at the desk were not able to let me pay for an upgrade.

We spent our 37th Anniversary here in the Woodlands and she brought beauty , comfort, and warmth. The room was beautiful decorated for our celebration 🎊. Next the Management-Staff is awesome ! Please if you get a chance to stay you won’t regret it.

- karsonm386 (10/5): 10/10 experience - My husband and I had never been here before so we decided to stay for our 1 year anniversary. We got a surprise room upgrade with wine, the sweet personal note, and a sweet surprise upstairs waiting for us! All the staff were extremely helpful, and the breakfast has plenty to choose from. Environment was clean, and easy to navigate. We will definitely be going back again!

Everything was wrong from the ice machine not working rude customer service at the desk to not being able to get into our room several different times having to have the key lock changed out. lt was just bad all the way around I do not recommend.

Der Teppich hat auch schon bessere Tage gesehen. Das Zimmer im allgemeinen ist in die Jahre gekommen und könnte etwas modernisiert werden. Die Kissen auf den Betten waren furchtbar. Sehr unbequem. Für den Preis haben wir deutlich mehr erwartet.

Without asking she went above and beyond to get the room fully decorated for my daughter’s special day. Ann you yourself are above awesome. We were so kind to speak with!!!! A big shout out to ANN !!!! Nice hotel….Great breakfast. One to remember.

- karengL9542WJ (10/5): Wonderful Friend-versary Celebration - My friend and I were celebrating our 15 year "Friend-versary" and it was amazing!!! Ann decorated the room, had balloons, lovely flower shaped towels on the beds and a bottle of champagne waiting on us. The beds were so comfy, the shower had great water pressure and the room was beautiful. We requested a lake view and we were given a beautiful corner room with an amazing view of the lake and skyline. Cocktails were good and the breakfast was so delicious. All of the staff were helpful and courteous but Ann was the best. She made sure we had everything we needed, left us a cute note in our room and just added so many lovely touches. We certainly felt special. Thank you Ann!!!

- Adriana (9/5): Very good location and view. Friendly staff. - The staff was very courteous. The view from the room (lake view) was beautiful. The surroundings were exceptional for walking, jogging or riding a bike. Great location. Very safe and family-friendly. We couldn’t get a room with two queen beds, we were three and one of us had to use the sofa bed, which isn’t ideal. The room wasn’t very spacious, especially with the sofa bed open.

I had let them know in advance that we were celebrating our anniversary and they prepared our room special -- rose petals and hearts made from towels. So fun and surprising. And everyone seemed to know it was our anniversary and said congratulations. The food at breakfast was very well done. The pool was unfortunately cold -- i was hoping to have it be heated but apparently not. No hot tub. The bar and social hour (free drinks and snacks) had a great selection and the food was tasty. Would definitely stay here again.

Anna was very kind to us and made sure to keep us informed on the exciting events happening around and within the hotel. I certainly look forward to returning in the near future!

X - This hotel is wonderful and all, and I absolutely love The Woodlands, but that's not what I'm on this site to discuss. I'm honestly just meeting the minimum character limit. That being said, if you ever find yourself staying here, find your way to the hotel's atrium. There, you will find the L'Eterie. Once there, order yourself the Mason Jar Chocolate Fudge Cake. I had two. This is some of the best cake you'll ever taste in your wildest dreams. I'll be dreaming of this cake. I already want more. Jamie x

The hotel staff were absolutely magnificent; very friendly and courteous. They made our stay very pleasant and enjoyable. Strongly recommend staying at this facility if you are visiting the area, or if you just want to spend some quality time with your partner or spouse.

- 315jaylag (10/5): Great location, hospitality and clean room. - This was my and my husband's first time staying at this hotel. I chose it because of the beautiful location to spend our anniversary. When booking the hotel, I put in the special notes box that we were celebrating our 12th anniversary. When we arrived, there was a lovely display of champagne and glasses, a beautiful note from Ann and some awesome swans made from towels with rose petals and a tea light with "happy anniversary". This made our weekend getaway so special! Thank you, Ann for seeing how we liked the room. We also liked the complimentary breakfast and evening social. We will definitely choose to stay here again!
