• Giovanna (8/5): Relax, avventura, buon cibo e romanticismo - Posizione, pulizia, gentilezza. La camera è grande e ha tutto cio di cui si ha bisogno. Letti purtroppo scomodi poiché molto duri bisognerebbe aggiungere un topper e la TV veramente troppo piccolina.

• Johanna (8/5): Prima! Goede roomservice en goede uitvalbasis voor uitstapjes en hardlopen. - Locatie. dat er elke dag werd schoongemaakt gemaakt en we ook schoon beddengoed en handdoeken waren. Keukenuitrusting kon uitgebreider (geen broodmes!) en de muggen.

• Michael (8/5): Gutes Zimmer - Liegt abseits der Altstadt in ruhiger Lage fast direkt am Meer. Zimmer sind groß und komfortabel. Die Parkplatzsuche ist schnell erledigt. ein Balkon vorhanden. Als Spaziergang kommt man zu Fuß gemütlich in die Altstadt. Es gibt eigentlich eine ausreichend große und brauchbare Küchenzeile. Es fehlten leider ein paar brauchbare Utensilien wie Töpfe und Besteck um vernünftig kochen zu können.
• David (9/5): Good location - Good location just outside of Chania. A short walk to the beach and taverns and about a 20min walk to Chania old town, but there's a bus stop outside the studios for 2 euros into the old town 😀.

• Helene (9/5): - Great choice if you want to stay in an equipped studio. It has dishes to cook & make coffee (Greek coffee, not a coffee machine). Very good location, close to the beach and short walk from the center, but Synka supermarket nearby. There’s no one at reception most of the time, so if you want to ask something it’s a bit tricky. If you’re sensitive to noise - book a room that doesn’t face the sea, cause there’s a noisy sports bar downstairs

Purtroppo il mare e le spiagge dei dintorni non sono all'altezza di Creta.
• Philipp (10/5): sehr schöner Aufenthalt in gemütlichem, sauberem Apartment - Super Lage, nahe am Strand aber auch in der Nähe von Supermarkt und zahlreichen Restaurants. Apartment nicht allzu riesig, aber es reicht vollkommen. Die meiste Zeit waren wir ohnehin am Strand oder in der Stadt.
• Irina (10/5): An unexpectedly wonderful holiday - The location is fantastic. For me, the location is of utmost importance. It was 1 minute from a lovely beach that was not overcrowded. It did have a beach café with sunbeds, but only one, the rest was a long free sandy space, there were trees for shade, a shower, a beach guard every couple of hundred meters, a kayak rental spot, a beach taverna... Yet, it was just under 10 minutes walk to the buzzing seaside promenade with restaurants and rows of sunbeds, and 15 minutes easy walk to the Old City and all its attractions. Excellent bakeries just across the street and a 24/7 supermarket. The apartment was spatious, fresh, well maintained and very clean. It had a long balcony with the north side always in the shade, with a sea view and never too hot, and the east side with the morning sun to dry the beach clothes. And it had white window sun shades that helped a lot. There were no moskito nets. It was a bit noisy from the street, but then there was a bus stop for easier access to the old city if you did not fancy a 15 minute walk.

Posizione periferica rispetto al centro di Chania, che si può raggiungere in auto in 10 minuti o a piedi, in circa 20/30 minuti, ma tranquilla, si riesce a trovare parcheggio nelle vie vicine. • Verified traveler (8/5): Bon séjour - Grand logement, bien placé, près de la mer et toutes les comodités. La grande terrasse est appréciable.
• Jaz' (9/5): Emplacement et prestations au top - Personnel accueillant, chambre spacieuse et très propre, bien équipée, avec balcon et vue sur mer - qui se situe à moins de 2 minutes à pied, ce qui est royal. Tout est accessible à pied très facilement (restaurants, endroits où prendre un café / petit déjeuner, supermarché, vieille ville et centre-ville de Chania...) Nous y retournerons très certainement ! Le seul inconvénient (mineur) est que la rue est un peu passante, donc prévoir des bouchons d'oreilles pour ceux qui ont le sommeil léger. A part cela, rien à signaler de négatif.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was more than clean. The only issue was the noise from the road which obliged us to have the windows closed and the air conditioning open in the afternoons.

• Andrew (8/5): A Cozy Beachside Base in Chania with a Local Feel - Kleanthi Studios – Chania, Crete I recently stayed at Kleanthi Studios in Chania and it really felt like a home away from home. This family-run property is just a few minutes walk from Nea Chora Beach and around a 15-minute stroll from Chania’s Old Town and Venetian harbour. For me, that balance of calm by the sea and easy access to the historic centre was perfect. Ambiance and Decor The studios are simple, clean, and thoughtfully maintained. Nothing extravagant, but everything feels fresh and cared for. The balcony became my favourite spot each morning to enjoy coffee and watch the day begin. Rooms I stayed in a studio apartment with a small kitchenette, perfect for light meals. The room had air-conditioning, reliable Wi-Fi, and comfortable beds. It is not luxury, but it is extremely comfortable and practical for exploring Chania. Location One of the biggest highlights is definitely the location. The beach is on your doorstep, lined with cafés and tavernas, yet never crowded. When I wanted more buzz, the Venetian harbour with its narrow streets, lively bars, and rich history was just a short walk away. Services and Extras There is no pool or gym, but the sea makes up for it. Nearby shops, bakeries, and a small café-bar downstairs make staying here easy and convenient. Parking was free and straightforward, which is a big plus if you have a rental car. Customer Service The service was warm, personal, and genuinely helpful. The high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail made the stay feel extra special. Value for Money For the location, comfort, and homely feel, Kleanthi Studios offers excellent value. It is the kind of place where you do not feel like just another guest. Final Thoughts If you want a clean, well-equipped base close to both the beach and Chania’s old town, Kleanthi Studios is a fantastic choice. • Luca (8/5): - La posizione strategica con una passeggiata di 20 minuti sul lungomare si raggiunge il centro. Abbiamo sempre trovato parcheggio gratuitamente nei dintorni. Struttura con tutto il necessario e pulita. Bello il terrazzo al tramonto. Dalle foto la struttura appare più moderna e spaziosa di quanto realmente è.

Voor de deur stopt de bus naar het centrum; voor 2 euro in 10 minuten stap je uit. Leuke strandjes op loopafstand. Heerlijk eten op de hoek.

• Tetiana (10/5): Гарні зручні апартаменти за помірну ціну на пляжі - Затишний невеликий готель за 20 м від берега моря. Номер був доволі великий. Прибирання в номері щодня , косметичні засоби і туалетний папір поповнювалися вчасно. Заміна рушників і постелі були кожного другого дня. В номері було велике двоспальне ліжко, розкладний диван і кухня з всім необхідним приладдям. Внизу готелю на першому поверсі ресторан, за 15 метрів супермаркет і пекарня, за 1.5 км старий порт Ханья. Поруч з готелем безкоштовна парковка і є місце на полі біля моря для паркування авто. В номері номер 9 був занадто слабкий інтернет. Все решта було ідеально.

• Valeria (10/5): Stra consigliato - La struttura si presenta molto accogliente e soprattuto pulita. Rispetta la descrizione riportata sul sito. Di gran lunga superiore alle.aspettative, hanno cambiato la biancheria e le lenzuola ogni due giorni,nonostante non fosse indicato. Inoltre, si affaccia esattamente di fronte al mare e la zona e' piuttosto tranquilla e relativamentr vicina al centro. Consigliatisimo!

La spiaggia sotto casa non è delle più belle ma molto vicina e ben servita, c'è sia con ombrelloni (che non ho visitato) che libera con doccia

• Sophy (9/5): Nice location good value - Thus is a great location if you don’t fancy being on the centre of chania, which, although gorgeous, can be very busy and just for tourists. I could see the sea from my room and it’s a two minute walk to the beach. Walking away from the town is a nice quiet spot to swim and the beach is fine and quiet in late April. There’s a nice cafe downstairs and a great restaurant on front right there. Feels local and local prices

• Mikko (9/5): Great location for your Chania / West island home base - Short walking distance from both Nea Chora beach & Golden beach and 15 min walking to Chania Old Town / shopping areas. Excellent restaurants on the passing street and Nea Chora walking street by the sea. Kitchen, AC and all the other needed basic amenities of an apartment. Grocery store on the same street around 150 meters to the center. Bus no 11 stops next to apartments. Free parking places on the side street. No big negatives - more like good to be aware that the morning traffic on sunrise Mon-Sat around 7.00-7.30 am will probably wake you up at the streetside / seaview apartments so bare in mind if you are a late sleeper. Some shelves at the bathroom would have been handy.

• kwarten (10/5): Prima locatie, zeer schoon en bijzonder vriendelijke mensen ... - Gemakkelijk per auto te bereiken, gemakkelijk parketen op de openbare weg, oude stad gemakkelijk te voet te bereiken, strand aan de overkant van de weg, veel restaurantjes in de buurt ... Niets. Alles was perfect. Zal er zeker nog eens naar teruggaan.

The room had a beautiful view and nice balcony however had to keep doors close due the smell of cigarettes and noise coming from the street

• Celine (7/5): Logement spacieux - Le logement était propre et correspondait à l'annonce. Il y a un petit parking à proximité. Le quartier n'est pas attirant. la vue sur le jardin, correspond à une vue sur un terrain laissé à l'abandon en friche. Il y a eu un service de ménage sans que l'on soit averti de leur passage ce qui est limite à mon goût.

Gli asciugamani vengono cambiati a giorni alterni, tutti i giorni vengono fatte le pulizie e viene sistemato il letto Cucina un po’ sfornita e presenti briciole di pane dentro un cassetto

• Olena (9/5): - Bardzo miły pobyt. Czyściutko, codzienne sprzątanie. Blisko plaża, gdzie jest mało ludzi. Plaża trochę kamienista, ale nam to nie przeszkadzało. W pobliżu kilka małych marketów. Piękny widok na morze z okna. Klimatyzacja. Wszystko było sprawne. Może trochę było za głośno wieczorem, kiedy w barze na dole ludzie oglądali piłkę nożną w telewizji.

• Gabriele (1/5): Terribile - Albergo più sporco mai visto in vita mia, è la quinta volta che vado in Grecia e mi sono sempre trovato bene sotto questo punto di vista ma qua davvero sporcizia assoluta. Tenda della doccia nera, lenzuola sporche che davano prurito, asciugamani macchiati anche dopo essere stati cambiati. Esperienza terribile, abbiamo dovuto comprare alcol e guanti per pulire noi perché era davvero qualcosa di mai visto prima. Posate sporche con cibo incrostato, scegliete un altro albergo. Posizione scomoda in quanto dista a 25 minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei bus e a 20 minuti dal porto e non vi si può andare con mezzi.

• Bianco (7/5): - Appartamento spazioso, dotato di tutti i comfort, anche della lavatrice, e molto carino, con dei bei balconi da cui si riusciva a vedere il mare. Il letto molto comodo. La posizione ottima, vicinissima al mare e a diverse attività di ristorazione, caffetterie, Bakery e supermercati. Inoltre c'era possibilità di parcheggio gratuito nelle vicinanze e il centro era comunque raggiungibile a piedi con una passeggiata tutta pianeggiante. Non c'erano delle zanzariere e nella zona, forse per la prossimità ad un fiumiciattolo, c'era moltissime zanzare alla sera. Abbiamo risolto le notti successive chiudendo i balconi e accendendo un po' il condizionatore.
• Petar (9/5): Overall it's a nice apartment, I'd recommend it if you don't need to be in the town center. - The location is great - close to a nice beach if you want to go for a quick swim, you can park your car on the street, close to markets, bakery, restoraunts. It's in a quiet neighbourhood, 20 min walk from the center. It's cleaned every day, towels are replaced, the service is nice. The bed is nice and comfy, the balcony has a nice view at the beach. It's on the street that has some loud traffic at all times, so you can't sleep with the balcony open without the risk of being woken up by something that sounds like a tank at 4am. Bring ear plugs. Sound isolation is good tho, when you close the balcony. Also, the AC unit is old and really loud.
