Guest Reviews
- DIDIER FABRE (8/5): Étape du raod trip - Le rapport qualité prix .
Un bon petit déjeuner pour commencer la journée.
- Barrett (9/5): -
- Applegate (9/5): - The staff was very friendly and upgraded our room to handicap once they knew I had a broken knee cap and damage to my other knee from a fall I couldn't get a receipt for our stay to present to insurance since they had sent us there for a doctors appointment. I still need that receipt emailed to me, we arrived on May 7th and checked out May 8, 2026, Room 108. Email address is ;
Mimi23tutu255@gmail.com.. Please help me get the receipt so I can get reimbursed for the stay asap.

- Treadaway (8/5): Enjoyed my stay and will be back - Clean and quiet Nothing
- Emma (9/5): - We showed up and no one came to the front desk for 15 minutes and there was no way to ring a bell or anything so we had to wait
- Gabriel (9/5): -
- LORNA (7/5): - The room size Phones were all disconnected had to run downstairs when i needed something when i had first got there. No extra pillows and the pull out coach sjeets were dirty

- Lindsey (8/5): -
- Cross (8/5): Clean and comfortable. Worth the money. - Clean, beds were dry comfy with clean linens and plenty of pillows.
Coffee and Breakfast provided. Friendly staff. I requested a ground floor and was given one. We smoke and I was given a room close to the exit so we could go out and smoke. The only thing I really didn’t like was that I tried to call the front desk several times and it was always a busy signal. There wasn’t enough towels and there were 4 of us. I finally found the cleaning person and they went and got me 2 more towels. They should put more towels and be available to answer the phone when guests call. Our key wasn’t working when we arrived the second night.
- Alma (8/5): Convenient but not comfortable. - The breakfast was good and everyone was very polite and friendly. The room was very clean. The bed looked inviting, but when we laid down the mattress was so lumpy. My husband had to go to a chiropractor when we got home. He even slept in the chair part of the time.
- Jessina (8/5): Overall it was acceptable - The staff was very friendly The door to our room was open when we got there.
- Julia (3/5): - Mostly, nothing. Room is shabby, lighting was terrible. Woman at the desk didn't answer the phone when I had a question so my husband went down to ask and she was on her personal phone. Absolutely, no counter space in the bathroom. I asked for a printed receipt at checkout and the clerk said that they had no ink for the printer. Really a disappointment.

- George (10/5): Finally a Hotel where you get more than what you pay for - The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and the shower worked well and it was easy to adjust. There was an updated TV that was convenient to use and had a variety.if channels. The furniture also looked new and had space. I can't think of one negative thing to say about this place. I definitely want to say that I look forward to returning and staying again soon. My rating for this hotel is an A+++! It was the complete opposite of terrible places that I have stayed and lodged at like Super 8 many times for me has been a terrible nightmare and I am so happy I have found a hotel that is the polar opposite and great where I can stay now. Thank you very much Quality Inn Big Spring, Texas! I loved everything!
- Lindsay (6/5): - Carpet was not clean
Walls a little thin, could hear everyone in the hall
- Carol (10/5): Very satisfied with my stay. - Very clean hotel and comfortable beds. Friendly, helpful staff and full breakfast with several selections.
- Kevin (9/5): Best bed ever. I've stayed in some very high-end hotels and your pillow to bed are much better. - One of the best I've had, fresh at 7:30am, good tasting, hot, made that morning, cooked not just heated up, the Breakfast is one reason we will be back. Ps i notices a lot of oil workers stay there they know the good places to stay!!! Bath tub is very slick. We put a towel in the tub when showering to not slip and fall.
- William (5/5): Good experience. - Location was affordable. Staff was helpful.room was clean. A/C was noisy.
- Pamela (1/5): - Not much. It was clean Was put in wrong room type. Reservation was for a king suite and only got king room. Broken lamps and lamps without lightbulbs. Plugs on lamps didn't work. Didn't have enough towels in room. Pillows were very small. Staff while not exactly rude they just didn't care and I felt like a bother. The luggage carts are about to fall apart. All I can say was it was clean.....
- Abril (10/5): Good location, clean, Good Services - Clean
- Lana (10/5): Exactly what we needed! Very comfortable! - The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were a good size. It was very clean. Everything was great!
- Donna (10/5): -
- Michael (8/5): -
- Rosie (10/5): Would stay here again. - Very nice! Traffic noise was a bit loud.
- shannon (9/5): It was a nice place for the one night we stayed. -
- Terry (9/5): -
- syreeta (10/5): - Staff nice , breakfast,great ,beds comfortable All great
- keith (7/5): -
- Luis (8/5): Restful clean and freindly - The smiles It was all good
- Kenny (4/5): - Location There were stuff all over the walls. The toilet seat was lifted. There was pee in the toilet
- H Jay (7/5): It was a nice room. Lots of booming and banging noise till early morning from oilfield workers in rooms above me. It was - The bathroom in my room was so immaculate and set up so well, I even took a picture of it. My bed was fine. A little poofier than I expected. The perfect amount of pillows. The microwave and fridge were great touches. And I used the fridge. Hmmm the hotel itself is in an odd place and kinda tricky to get to depending on which direction you’re coming from. But you can’t move the building! LOL! When I arrived at 3 trying to find my room down dark hallways and me not the best eyesight and wearing glasses was a bit of an issue. And then the key cards didn’t work for two different sets. Finally one did as the girl at the front desk went to my room and opened my door and I don’t even know she had left for a few minutes until I heard her slam a door in the hall and I assumed I should follow her?? Imagine my surprise when I came out of my room the next morning and there were actually lights in the hall! And other issues I already addressed with staff. The dead rat or whatever it was that greeted the guests just outside the front door, entrails hanging out, blood, etc. AND quite frankly, the setup of the food area for the continental breakfast just doesn’t work. You have us cross-crossing ourselves to get back to napkins or the toaster etc…Maybe it’s a shortage of electrical outlets that force you to do it this way? It just seems it needs to be reworked. My breakfast was great, I had the sausage gravy on freshly toasted white bread instead of the biscuits, they were hockey pucks at 8 am when I was there, and the scrambled eggs, which were very dried out around the edges of the serving dish. I thought it was melted cheese on them at first! So I ate just the middle part with. Was ok… with some added pepper and a pinch of salt. I enjoyed the apple juice. I wish you had a decaf choice for coffee. And maybe a bigger coffee cup than that small one that’s the same as in our room?
I also still don’t have an answer as to why my card was charged more than my booking price or my receipt says. The property said it was because Booking.com took it, but they said they didn’t take anything. But I’m still short about $11. And my card info online says the hotel chargers it.

- tex2396 (10/5): No complaints. Great value. - Nice hotel. The desk clerk was pleasant. She gave me two more pillows which I requested. Room was very nice and clean. Bed was super comfy. No complaints
Note: this town books fast due to all the oil field workers. Make your reservations early or you might have to drive further.

- Sergio (10/5): -
- Joe (10/5): -
- Penny (5/5): We probably won't go back. - Breakfast was good. Location OK. Needed to replace light bulb in bathroom. The bathroom vent was rusted and the bath rim. Lighting throughout the room was dim. The window curtain rod was stripped do it wouldn't go up. Very little room to lay our cases out.
There was no receptionist at the desk when we arrived at 9:30 p.m. and the people in front of us had already been waiting for over 5 minutes to wait for someone to show up.
- Patricia (6/5): Was not for me! - Outdated and needs a major remodel. The rooms and bathrooms are very outdated.
- syreeta (10/5): - Staff was amazing front desk lady was awesome laundry was great breakfast delicious overall I choose quality inn every time I'm in town Everything was exceptional
- syreeta (10/5): - Great all around No concerns
- Karen (5/5): Fair - Location They did not do any room cleaning and deactivated key first day so I had to activate it again second day
- Walton (9/5): -
- Denise (8/5): Very comfy room and beds.perfect for an overnight and much nicer than another stay ata Days inn for the same price. Cle - Easy access from freeway, fairly quiet. Property well kept. No issues although you could hear people talking from other rooms and outside if voice’s were raised.
- Jim (7/5): - Breakfast was great. Location was great. Staff was very friendly. Lighting in room was less than would be desired. Luggage carts were terrible.
- Guest (5/5): Bed was good, everything else ehhh - The bed was comfortable One bed was dirty, the bathroom had so much hair on the walls around the shower like it wasn’t getting actually cleaned, no juice at breakfast, issues with computer at check in
- Stephen (7/5): -
- Mark (9/5): Appreciated the front desk staff, very friendly. - Comfortable bed, great morning coffee
- Hernandez (8/5): -
- Rene (10/5): -
- Rodriguez (10/5): We love everithing!! Ty - I love everything!! Thank you!!🥰 I like everything
- Garza (2/5): Won’t be back! - Breakfast was amazing — everything tasted great and the staff was friendly! I was really disappointed that our room was cleaned at 9 a.m. when checkout wasn’t until 11. We left briefly to drop off my daughter and came back about 10 minutes later to find the room already cleaned, our hygiene products thrown away, and our key no longer working. It definitely made the morning stressful after what had been such a nice stay.
- Rene (10/5): -
- Rene (10/5): -
- Travis (1/5): Needs updated - Nothing it was old patched with a band aid Walls coming apart in bathroom shower wall busted carpet cut and patched and was sticky
- Travis (1/5): Go down the road - Booked the wrong night didn’t realize to the next day the hotel was not fully booked instead of a no show fee or working with me since I had 2 rooms booked the next day charged me full amount of a room Has changed hands needs work our rooms where dark and blinds broken
- Art (7/5): Ok for overnight when on the road - Clean room The pillows were the side of small throw pillows, I’ve never experienced a hotel with such small pillows Hard to get comfortable with them
- Laurinda (8/5): - Breakfast was lacking. The fruit looked old and uninviting and it took awhile to find someone to get a coffee cup and he only put out 2 so I noticed the next couple of people that came to breakfast had to find him for cups also
- syreeta (10/5): - Great It was great
- Christine (10/5): - Le confort du lit et la propreté de la chambre était impeccable
- Damaris (8/5): -
- Tina (10/5): - It was so nice of them to upgrade us at their own expense since they overbooked. We had a nice suite!
- Menges (8/5): -
- Joan (10/5): - Breakfast ok. Fruit included
- Walton (10/5): - The staff was friendly, the bathroom in the room was very clean and the setup was very nice. Breakfast was great and ready on time. When staying more than 1 night, Shampoo and conditioner bottles are too small when you forget your necessities.
- Ligia (6/5): - Poor breakfast, Bathroom was missing few things, poor quality towels and not enough towels
- lanceg839 (10/5): Great Experience - Safe, clean and wonderfully simple hot breakfast. The room was ready when we arrived early and the front desk staff was friendly and engaging.
- Lance (10/5): - The room was ready when we arrived early and the front desk staff was very friendly and engaging.
- John (6/5): Inconsiderate Housekeeping!! - My husband drives long hours and finally had the opportunity to sleep in…. Housekeeping was banging on his door at 9am when check out isn’t till 11am. RUDE.
- Dan (8/5): Don’t take much luggage - Good except for the twobroken luggage carts
- Knight (10/5): -
- Knight (10/5): -
- Krisrin (5/5): - The staff was wonderful and very professional. The staff was very knowledgeable about the area. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable.
- Gary (10/5): - Very comfortable bed. Staff were very friendly and helpful
- Logan (10/5): The motel I always choose when I visit Big Spring. - Clean, helpful staff for my handicaps. Love having breakfast there. The man in the breakfast couldn't communicate with me. He was very courteous tho. Help him learn a little English please. He does a good job.
- Joshua Nicholas (10/5): -
- Jennifer (4/5): - Seems like a hotel used by traveling construction workers a lot. Parking lot very full of work trucks. Wall in room dirty. Carpet seemed perpetually damp and had stains. The box spring of bed had food stains could tell because the bed was off center a little of the box spring.
Overall ick place. Will not be going to Quality Inn again any time soon.
- Andrew (10/5): - Second time to stay and both times were wonderful from check in to check out. Breakfast staff very accommodating for everyone.
- John (10/5): - Nice
- Cory (10/5): -
- Brandon (10/5): - Honestly we had to drive around to find a hotel with enough parking for truck and 40ft trailer. We were skeptical but surprised with everything. No complaints! Would stay again!
- Mark (8/5): -
- Jorge (6/5): Cool to be a short visit - Clean and quiet for a short stay A bit of tobacco odor
- Stanley (4/5): Friendly staff & clean room, but won't stay here again due to the numerous negatives mentioned. - Cleanliness was adequate Bathroom sink stopped up, no television because control didn't work, only a couple items available at breakfast 30 mins before closing and orange juice was watered down. Manager stopped by the table to ask how breakfast was and when orange juice was mentioned she just walked away. There was no parking available.
- Monica (10/5): - The room was very nice. There is a problem with the blinds there. The one in the first room wouldn’t raise at all and I wanted to enjoy the sun coming in and going down. I switched to a different room, and half of that blind lifted at least. Breakfast was great, except they were completely out of juice.
- carlos (10/5): - The girls in the counter are super friendly and Nice !!!
- Anyssa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Daniel (6/5): - The only complaint I’d have to make is the tv had bad reception. I couldn’t watch it because it kept freezing up. Other than that it was great. Room was nice and clean. The lady at the desk was great. Oh and one more issue was there was no usb for phone charger. Other hotels have them built into the lamps or in the receptacle's.
