- Daniil (10/5): - It was a great hotel: huge rooms with a nice view on the city, best breakfast I have ever tried in a hotel and very friendly personnel (they were very kind and helped me to order taxi multiple times) The only issue is that I had an issue with a sink drain plug. It was always closed and I could not fix it. I asked guys on reception to send someone to fix it, but the problem was not fixed.

- Mary (3/5): Poor - We loved the staff. They were very prompt and professional We couldn’t use the pool like a pool for our kids to play in. The pool was used for swimming lessons… even when our kids were in the “bigger” area they were still told not to interrupt the swimmers. The sign says no diving, my kids jumped in feet first and were told not to. Paying this much, you would expect your kids to be able to play nicely in a pool. The rooms only go down to 23 degrees Celsius, when moved to another room we had the same problem and explained it was uncomfortable. At this time we were told the aircon could only go down to 23 degrees. We live in China and have stayed a lot of places and never had heard of this.

- Jennie (4/5): I really disappoint for this time, it's bad experience. - First of all thanks to the cleaning staff of the room, they give a clean space. I ordered a meal in the middle, and the delivery staff expressed their satisfaction with the service. I completed the booking and payment through Booking. Still, when I arrived at the hotel, I was told by the front desk that I would have to wait for a long time, and when I asked the doorman to give me a luggage cart to load my luggage, they were very indifferent and asked I pushed the luggage by myself. When I waited for nearly half an hour and there was still no response from the room, I went to them to discuss it, but they said they were speechless and arranged a space for me randomly. The room I booked before was queen size bed, but they placed a full-size bed for me. In a five-star hotel, the Wi-Fi cannot be connected at all, and the hotel did not inform me that the Wi-Fi in the lobby is separate from that in the room, and when I want to write, I can't find any paper or pen.
