Le personnel est charmant, adorable, salle de sport peu fréquentée entre 12h et 14h, à 5 min à pieds du Hall of fame Basket ball et un restaurant type dinner sur le chemin tout à fait excellent L'hôtel est situé au bord d'un quartier un peu mal famé, (des gens visiblement camés, des tonnes de detritus par terre ), pas dangereux non plus.. évitez la rue "main street " si vous pouvez

Maids loud as can be in hallway. Not clean, mold covered with chalk, no toilet paper, no just disgusting

• Grace (9/5): Well located and clean - A hotel is very clean and seemed to be recently updated the staff was friendly the beds were quite comfortable and the rooms well appropriated. Breakfast was good all things in stock helpful staff comfortable places to sit with a variety of areas including charge ports for sitting and charging. I realize there was snow which probably reduced some of the parking spaces however there didn't seem to be enough spaces for the amount of rooms that were in the building there was a large group of teenagers there probably from some sporting event they were well-behaved I'm not complaining about the teenagers but that might have accounted for some extra cars parking was very difficult to find.

• Ashley (10/5): It was perfect for a small family getaway! - The breakfast was AMAZING! Great variety to choose from we were there for 2 nights, the room was very clean, the pool was so relaxing and the kids enjoyed it. The pool was also clean and Noone was there so we got even extra family time of having fun! The basketball Hall of fame, Dr. Seuss Museum with 4 other museums attached all for one price and the MGM all within a mile or less radius! There wasnt many restaurants next door so we had to drive about 4 to 5 miles for places like Walmart five below and places to eat but it still wasnt the worst thing to do! It just brought us into more areas to see different things.

• Monique (5/5): Disappointed and angry - Location was convenient for our stay Property was under construction when I arrived for my one night stay. I had reached out to hotel to ask for special request, that we have a room on first floor and closet to elevator. As father was have surgery early in morning following day and could barely walk. NO one contacted me to share that hotel was under construction. All they told me was we don't have 1 st floor of room only 2nd and above. Well when I arrive to my surprise the hotel was under construction. Closest floor was 4th due to renovation. Now if someone had contacted me and was honest about situation I would have canceled my reservation. When I called to let them know how disappointed I was, they said they contacted customers and I shared with them that no one contacted me about construction period. Otherwise I could have made better arrangements for us! This hotel failed to be honest with our very important visit to area!
• Ledwin (5/5): Overall, the location and breakfast were good, but the uncomfortable sofa bed and lack of support fr - The location was good and convenient. Breakfast was also good. However, the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable—you could feel the metal frame under the mattress, which made it impossible to sleep. I had to cut my stay short because of it. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable—you could feel the metal frame through the mattress. It was also hard to communicate with the hotel staff because I booked through Booking.com. Anytime I had a concern, they told me to speak to Booking instead of helping directly.

• Johnson (9/5): - The front desk woman in my time of need she was great..ne and my brother needed a place to stay and she helped us..told us everything about the location even though we are from the area..next morning the staff were the same..Great nice people I know one of them..but it was great too sleep on a mattress again being in a situation..thank you for your help Nothing I can say bad honestly..I would like an application..

• Jack (8/5): Good hotel near freeway for overnight stay - Large, clean room. Breakfast excellent. Comfortable night's sleep. Insufficiently lit bedroom. Bathroom problems: sink's water drainage too slow and not adjustable; toilet seat would not stay up without holding while being used by male.
• Keaveney (8/5): Solid budget stay. - I liked the ease of getting here right off the highway. Also the staff was very nice. I also felt like the property was very secure. The room was pretty clean and I felt comfortable and safe which is top priority for me. I felt that the bathroom wasn't the most clean, could have been better. Also the elevators seemed like they could use some servicing. Finally, the noise levels within the hotel were not great. Walls felt like they were paper thin which isn't entirely their fault just something to think of if you're a light sleeper.

Did not visit but proximity to Basketball Hall of Fame is .01 mile! Need some type of carpet/rug in front of elevators to “catch” the dripping water of guests waiting for elevator after leaving pool. Floor is tile as was slippery.

Staff is also very nice in relaxed. The curtains in the shower were not cleaned properly. That really leaves a bad feeling about it.

• James (5/5): OK property with no pet area even though the claim to be pet friendly and charge $75 per night to have a pet stay with y - The property was in the right location for an overnight stop on our trip to the East Coast. The property claims to be pet-friendly, and they charge $75.00 per night extra for a pet, but they have absolutely no pet area on the property. When I asked the manager where the pet area was she said I could walk my dog in the rocks along the edge of the property. I ended up having to walk my dog off of the property so she could relieve herself.
