- Richard (10/5): Very good value in Miri - Check in and out was easy. The lobby was clean and had free English papers to read. The location is great as there is a good restaurant next door. The room was clean, had good bedding, good internet service, good hot water and was quiet. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Miri.

- Nur Nattasah (8/5): Please hire more staff for housekeeping !! - This is my second time stay at here but this time the hotel have problem prepared customer’room that already booked on time..my husband and I have to wait 1 hour for them to prepared our room but still the room not have been clean and prepared so we request to change room that already clean..please alert that end of the year is peak season and you need to hire more housekeeping !!

- Verified traveler (8/5): - This is a fine wee hotel; in easy walking distance of the town. No problem with a late check-in (late flight). Clean room with comfy bed. Unfortunately, very heavy quilt which was too warm & bottom sheet that was too small for the bed, so came untucked through the night & got tangled with the top sheet & my legs. Small shower room with plenty of towels, shower gel, shampoo & toothbrush/toothpaste. Drinking water supplied, but have to pay for internet. Would stay again as adequate room at very reasonable rate with friendly, helpful staff.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Hôtel entre marina et centre-ville - 4 nuits et 3 jours passés à Miri pour tenter de voir un peu de vie sauvage dans les parcs. Il reste un peu de forêt mais pas pu voir un seul animal. La plage est pleine de détritus. La ville sans intérêt.

- Jen (6/5): Hotel close to seafood cafes - English was quite limited at this hotel. Despite t-shirts saying we're here to help, staff were not very helpful. I suspect this was mainly due to their lack of English. We asked for a taxi for the morning of our last day and nobody booked it which was quite annoying as we needed to catch a bus. As it turned out the staff did order a taxi straight away and the taxi arrived in 10 minutes so we did not miss our bus
- Ng (8/5): Affordably priced hotel near Miri town - A pretty affordable hotel to look for when staying in Miri town. It has all the basic stuffs such as a fridge, water kettle, TV, hair dryer and others. The hotel does not come with free breakfast, but it has lots of local restaurants that are within walking distance to the hotel.
- Ahamad (10/5): Awesome hotel in town area - The hotel is awesome. Location, room, toilet, service, everything is excellent for the price paid. Location is in the mid of town, with ample parking space (and you might get it free complimentary of the hotel). Near waterfront area (although not much you can do at the waterfront area), you do get to see golf course and large vessels here. Room is clean with good amenities, considering it's a 3 star hotel. Bathroom is way better than most 3 star hotel I've been to. Service is good. Staff are friendly and helpful

The staff very friendly and helpfull the only poor sound proof can't sleep well during after mid night especially guest caming back at 3am laugh, talking at corridor and slam door. When we arrive the room very clean and tidy but unfortunately both new bath towel too smelly. I'm trying to call reception for couple of time but they is no answer until I have to call them late afternoon. There were good response and replacement both towels and the iron board cover badly torn off and need to replace new one. The rest of the facilities are quite ok for me and my wife. We will definitely recommend to others and would like to come back again in near future and overall nice and good hotel.

Staffs are friendly, courteous, efficient with good respond time. will definitely recommend to others and would like to come back again. Must have its own in house cafe or restaurant, especially package with morning breakfast. Overall Good hotel
- Hoon Loon (6/5): Reception no follow price on confirmation voucher - When I book it's room with Hotels.com I get 10% promotion discount for the room and I have choice "Paid at Hotel". When I arrive Ajang Hotel reception and I show my hotel check in voucher to theme, on the confirmation voucher clearly displayed Ajang Hotel will charge me the promotion discount price. But reception there no follow the price on the confirmation voucher and he ask me paid the amount of normal price!! I have try to explain to reception I get promotion discount from Hotels.com, but he no accept and no listen what I said, he told me he must collect a full amount normal price from me. I have already book the hotel room via Hotels.com more than 35 nights, this is the first time problem on me, what I feel is confused and spoil my mood because they try to despoil the promotion price for me by Hotes.com. After 2 nights when I check out they direct charge me the promotion price and no one explain anything to me.

- Stanley (10/5): Love The Space, Location and Staff - Hotel staff are very friendly and room are kept clean and cosy. Airconditioning is really good and easy accessibility to areas for good food and live music (marina) area is a few minutes drive away. Will definitely come back here again for the coming weekend.
