Very well-maintained in a beautiful neighborhood. Extremely convenient to the city center (10 min walk). Breakfast was amazing every morning with homemade granola and fruit jams from their trees in the backyard. Everything was perfect.
- pascale (10/5): - Everything I expect to find in a Bed and breakfast was offered. Warm welcome, very clean room and house, nice and quiet neighbourhood, proximity to shops and restaurants, helpful hosts and a delicious breakfast tastefully presented with homemade products. Nothing
- Julian (10/5): Excellent stay - Very good breakfast. Comfortable beds, and peaceful. Unfortunately, only an overnight stop on drive from Napier to Auckland, but may visit the area and stay here on a future trip. Hosts were friendly and welcoming. No negatives.
- Geoffrey (10/5): Perfect in every way! - Everything
- Morten (10/5): High quality B&B in nice area. - Very nice owners and a quiet and cozy home. The breakfast was next level with homemade marmelade and granola, prunes from the garden etc. excellent eggs and bacon. We hope to come back.

- Cathy (10/5): Comfort in Cambridge - We enjoyed our stay at Grosvenor House B&B, located in a quiet, leafy part of Cambridge, in walking distance to restaurants and shops. Our bed was super comfy and the breakfast with homemade granola and jams was delicious. Thanks Renata and David for being such welcoming hosts. Nothing
- ALATHEA (10/5): Peaceful stay in a beautiful home in picturesque Cambridge! - David and Renata's house was absolutely beautiful and they were so kind and welcoming. We stayed in the room with the bathtub and it was such a nice luxurious treat while travelling. Cambridge is a very picturesque town with a great variety of local shops, cafes, and restaurants. Breakfasts were so delicious! I really enjoyed the home-stewed plums and home-made jams. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
- Lee (10/5): To stay at Grosvenor House is just like home with the added bonus of being treated as guests. - exceptionally clean and comfortable. Quiet and private. Hosts so friendly and professional. Beautiful breakfast options and cooked to perfection. Nothing

- Emily (10/5): It was perfect for our time in Cambridge. Comfortable, quiet, great food. - Lovely bedroom and ensuite bathroom at one end of the house. It’s private and quiet. Short walk into Cambridge. Right next to the Hidden Lake park. Delicious full English breakfast cooked by the owner. Nothing.
- Amanda (10/5): Wonderful luxury B&B. - Fantastic luxury B&B. Easy walking distance to town. Wonderful, cooked breakfast supplied, and the hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating. Lovely bathroom. Comfortable bed. A small bar fridge in the room would have been great to store milk for coffee etc. Although the hosts offered space in their fridge if it was needed.
- Marise (6/5): Delightful however no sense of privacy . - New build, clean fresh and modern . Generous breakfast . I’m a bookabach owner so appreciate these details. Your accommodation is entirely within their home. No separate entry. Owner enters your room while you’re away from the property.eg. Taking away milk jug to wash it despite saying leave it . No fridge in bedroom.Hot water set at 42 so had to ask for increase to have a hot shower. An expensive boarding house.
- Jenny (9/5): Superb -
- Julie (10/5): A very comfortable, friendly home to stay in. - Great choice of homemade cereals, jams and cooked food if wanted. Felt comfortable in Dave's home. He was friendly, attentive and easy going.

- Lou (10/5): Very hospitable hosts who made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. - Well worthy of the high star rating. Grosvenor House is in a very quiet neighbourhood only minutes from shops and restaurants in Cambridge town. This single storey home was purpose built so our delightful double room with a comfortable super king bed and bathroom facilities was set away from the host's accommodation. Beautiful cooked breakfasts starting with home grown fruit and cereals were a great way to start our day. Parking was just out from the front door. Thank you David and Renata, we enjoyed our time with you (and wee Harley was delightful too!)
- Andrea (10/5): Wonderful! - Lovely home with warm and welcoming hosts. Spotlessly clean, modern and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and included homegrown fruit and homemade granola and they even catered to my gluten free requirements. Highly recommended. Everything was perfect. No complaints at all.
- Nina (10/5): I would come back - - Modern, clean, privacy and very comfortable, walking distance to downtown, great hosts and excellent food.
- Judith (10/5): Exceptional - Our stay at Grosvenor House B&B was nothing short of amazing, thanks to the incredible hospitality of Renata and David. Despite arriving in the middle of the night due to a flight cancellation and subsequent delay, they went above and beyond to ensure we could check in smoothly, even providing clear instructions on how to access the house and our room.
The next morning, we were treated to a fabulous breakfast. Although I'm not typically a granola person, their homemade granola and muesli were absolutely delicious and so were the homemade jams. The attention to detail and care put into every aspect of our stay was evident.
We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend Grosvenor House B&B to anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming place to stay. Thank you, Renata and David, for your outstanding hospitality!

The hosts David & Renata have created a welcoming and well thought out space for guests, with en-suite rooms and a separate guest lounge. The breakfast offered really sets you up for the day and included continental choices as well as bacon, eggs, mushrooms, toast, preserves and coffee, with many of these being homemade and organic. The room was exceptionally clean, the whole house is presented superbly and the breakfast was delicious.
