- Isla (10/5): Wish we stayed for longer! - Kind staff, very spacious and modern room, nice pool area. Delicious breakfast. Location a short walk from main streets, also quite close to grocery store. Hotel can also arrange airport pickup, Angkor Wat tour etc. Wish we stayed here for longer! Our balcony was facing the pool, and noise from outside could be heard quite well even with the doors closed.

- Noemi (10/5): Accoglienza straordinaria e relax perfetto in Cambogia - Soggiornare in questo hotel in Cambogia è stata un’esperienza davvero piacevole. La piscina è un valore aggiunto perfetto per rilassarsi dopo una giornata sotto il caldo torrido. La stanza era molto bella, sempre pulita e con un’aria fresca e piacevole che permetteva di stare benissimo in ogni momento. Anche la sala della colazione era climatizzata, un dettaglio non da poco, e la colazione era varia e molto buona. Ciò che fa davvero la differenza, però, è lo staff: dalla ragazza della colazione, al personale del bar, fino a chi ci ha accolto e aiutato con le valigie. Tutti sono stati fantastici, sempre gentili, sorridenti e disponibili. Ti fanno sentire davvero coccolata, anche nelle piccole attenzioni, come portarti un bicchiere di acqua fresca mentre aspetti il tuk tuk. Un servizio impeccabile che rende il soggiorno ancora più speciale.

- Rutledge (10/5): This was the best hotel experience I have had in a very long time. - breakfast was adequate but with so many options nearby, breakfast was purchased elsewhere. The room was perfect, had a nice balcony, large room and nice view...location couldn't have been better with a short walk to pub street, night market, other restaurants. Each staff member was amazing and very attentive to everything, and always with a smile. Internet was poor at best - I never ended up getting my personal work done but since it was a working holiday, it became a holiday only. The breakfast wasn't the greatest so we chose to eat elsewhere for the most part.

Everything was great and we recommend the hotel. Great location too. We were surprised to find the sink outside the bathroom separate from the toilet and did not find it functional. The bathroom sliding door could not fully close.

The staff are so friendly and happy to assist with questions and provide help Great breakfast, I like how it was not a buffet as the food is always fresh, there is no wastage and I don't over indulge in the tasty food. We did the airport transfer to and from the hotel with their excellent driver. The beds were comfortable, the amenities great. I loved the pool

You won’t be disappointed with a ground floor suite. - The hotel was so nice and the staff were so friendly and accommodating always had a smile and warm greeting. Our first room was so nice but we decided to upgrade to the larger room. We had a ground floor room right next to the pool. The location was amazing far enough away from all the action but close enough 5 min walk to everything. We had an awesome stay here. The bar fridge only kept your drinks cool not cold. This was the case with both room. Decking around the pool was loose. The bed was hard but we stayed at two different hotels in 4 rooms and I think this is just a Cambodian thing.

Das Hotel liegt super und nah an allem, ist aber dennoch weit genug weg, um etwas mehr Ruhe zu haben. Das Personal ist super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer geräumig und sehr sauber. Auch den Poolbereich haben wir sehr genossen, um uns in der Mittagshitze zwischen den Tempelbesuchen zu erholen und abzukühlen. Ein tolles Hotel. Als kleine Anregung, es wäre super, wenn es zum Frühstück noch Milchalternativem gäbe (Hafermilch, Cocosmilch, o.ä.)

The service was outstanding from start to finish — all staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We really appreciated the early check-in and complimentary room upgrade, especially as we arrived earlier than expected. The hotel was exceptionally clean and very well maintained throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Siem Reap. Cambodia has left a lasting impression on us — it’s a beautiful country with beautiful people. We’ll be recommending this hotel to others and hope to return in the future to explore more of the country. Minor point: we would have preferred refillable shower gel and soap dispensers instead of small single-use toiletries, purely from an environmental perspective — but this did not affect our overall experience at all. - Paul (8/5): - tout, particulièrement le service, absolument adorable le seul petit point negatif, c'etait les petits dejeuner. les vienoisseries etaient pourtant pas mal ( seulement deux petites). la quantité aurait pu suffire, si le pain associé a la formule etait bon. la quantité de beurre ne permet de beurrer a peine une tartine sur les 3 de la formule. mais bon, pas loin il une boulangerie française, avec des viennoiserie excellente. ça regle le probleme.

- Paulo Sergio (10/5): - La chambre avec balcon avec vue sur les deux piscines, dont une à l’étage, est vraiment un top. Ajoutez l’ambiance du quartier et les spectacles apsara alentours et vous avez votre soirée khmer avec réservation depuis la réception et leurs conseils pour le choix final. De plus on n’est pas loin de pub street pour un dernier verre. Le petit déjeuner nous a été servi sur le balcon de la chambre très copieux et complet. Rien à redire. Le personnel est aux petits soins comme partout où nous avons été au Cambodge

- Grace (10/5): Beautiful place to stay, beautiful room and staff, super accommodating and nice and close to pub street. - This place is absolutely amazing! The staff were not only super accommodating and helpful for the entire stay. They were also super friendly on arrival and throughout the entire stay. They were able to help with airport transfers, tours, and attraction transfers. Nice cold hand towels at the end of a hot day out and waters when waiting in reception for taxis. Definitely recommend this place. It is also nice and close to pub street which is walking distance. N/A

- StruanS_12 (6/5): Fair price for basic hotel with amazing staff. - Firstly, the staff and service was some of the best weve ever had. Amazing people. The location is perfect, so close to everything. 2 mins to river and markets, less than 5 to Pub St. The hotel looks a little old now, and certain things need attention. One example is the wooden deck around the pool area, many boards are loose and it feels very unsafe to walk on. The rooms are large and well appointed, but the bed is like concrete (typical Asia hotel bed) and the fridge is for decoration only. It was never cold, even in its prime... We booked direct with hotel and saved 75% over Booking.scam, and were then offered even more discount for extended stay. Again, great service but we went nearby for for less money and newer facilities. If you get it at the right price, it's 5 star.

- Clehner (10/5): Location, service, and good rooms for work make this a good choice - Great value. Charming staff. Location is one of the best areas in the city and convenient for business trips. Attentive staff with usable balconies. Spacious rooms with a few different but interesting layouts. In a city that is full of good hotel options, for expat business trips I find this one to be an exceptional choice.

- Henk (10/5): Prima hotel dicht bij het centrum. - Klein comfortabel hotel, wat gerund wordt door jonge mensen die hun uiterste best doen om het naar je zin te maken. Locatie is prima. Ligt in een rustige straat en op loopafstand naar de pubstreet waar veel restaurants zijn. Veel keus voor het ontbijt, wat prima wordt verzorgd. Als we weer naar Siem Reap gaan, komen we hier zeker terug. Een aanrader!

- TGunasekera (9/5): Exceptional location and staff - Exceptional location and service. The staff are all so kind and attentive, going the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable. The room was spacious and beds were comfortable. We were upgraded to room 401 which was fantastic but unfortunately the room has a slight unpleasant smell as there is no window/ventilation other than the door.

- karenbE3567KS (10/5): Amazing. Best holiday ever !!! - My friends and I stayed at the Apsara Residence Boutique Hotel for 11 days. I cannot fault our stay. All the staff are the loveliest people. It is a small boutique hotel in the perfect location to explore Siem Reap. Tuk tuk’s out the front or a quick walk into the main part of town. Plus amazing cocktails by the pool or on the front deck of the hotel to watch life go by. Highly recommend.

I had booked 4 rooms and they upgraded us and we had complimentary food brought up to each of our rooms and they also did my laundry free of charge! They went above and beyond in every aspect for all of us, will definitely stay there every time I go to Siem reap!! Love love love
- Candace (8/5): - This place was in a good location, about 10 minute walk from Pub Street, the night market, etc. I had a couple issues with broken things in the room (shower head not working, toilet leaking), but at least the hotel staff were understanding in attempting to fix things quickly. I was glad to be on the first floor, as there's no elevator here.
- RUBEN (6/5): - Mienten en los servicios incluidos. Se indicaba que el alojamiento incluía transporte desde el aeropuerto y al aeropuerto, y no es así. Indican que desde el cambio al nuevo aeropuerto no prestan este servicio, pero sin embargo lo indican en la reserva. Si pagas por el transporte lo hacen sin problema.

- Valentina (10/5): Ottimo, Consigliatissimo - Struttura moderna, pulita, che offre servizi a prezzi onesti ed in una posizione ottima. Abbiamo usufruito della piscina che era pulitissima e fresca e ci hanno fornito gli asciugamani. Abbiamo anche usufruito del servizio di tuk tuk per visitare i templi che costa 18$ al giorno, e direi che è un ottimo prezzo. Camera pulita, molto ampia e con balcone.
- Axel (9/5): - Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, Frühstück a la carte (auf Wünsche wird eingegangen), zentrale Lage gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Am Abend kann es etwas lauter werden durch die Musik aus den umliegenden Bars. Hat uns nicht gestört.
