• John (6/5): Not good value for value and will unfortunately not return! - Whilst the apartment is very conveniently located, exactly opposite the Sassolungo cable car. The apartment was also comfortable, considering that we are a family of 5. Breakfast was decent, though quite limited! I was somewhat disappointed with our overall stay. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable, practically non existent, we were not permitted to use the kitchen facilities, even though I specifically asked for these to be made available, even if at an additional cost, though we were allowed to use the mircowave on our last night. We were also asked to check out at 10:00am, even though we were prepared to pay extra, when check-in is at 3pm and it would not take more than an hour to clean the apartment, which ruined our last day! The apartment and facilities are also tired and could do with an overall upgrade.

This has been very disappointing. After complaining, the owners offered us an other apartment with a private sauna, however, that was furthermore down, outside the central skiing aerea.

• MARIA (10/5): Great stay for skiing - This was the third time, consecutively, that we book this accommodation. We are 2 families with 10year old girls travelling for skiing. We are very happy with the property, the cleanliness, the comfort, the warmth, the location. Everything is every time great. The hostess Mrs. Maria is very friendly and helpful. We will book again for next year too.

• Peter (9/5): Sehr gute Unterkunft für Skifahrer - Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet, nicht super modern, aber komfortabel und hochwertig eingerichtet. Der Saunabereich ist sehr ansprechend und mit drei verschiedenen Saunen top ausgestattet. Der Skiraum bietet ebenfalls allen erforderlichen Komfort. Das Frühstück war vom Prinzip gut mit hochwertigen Produkten, aber ohne Abwechslung über die gesamte Woche. Da es außer uns kaum weitere Frühstücksgäste gab, war die Auswahl gering und änderte sich über die gesamte Woche nicht.

She was very flexible when it came to arranging for a gluten-free breakfast and helping us with our laundry. The place itself is very clean and well-equipped and comfortable. Nothing, everything was great.

• Tomasz (8/5): Super pobyt, w pięknej okolicy. Apartament super. - Lokalizacja była bardzo dobra, piękna okolica i dobrze skomunikowane miejsce przez komunikację autobusową. Apartament dobrze wyposażony i czysty. Obsługa również super. Zrobiliśmy rezerwację na booking w wersji suite więc właściciel odciął nam zasilanie w płycie indukcyjnej i zmywarce. Słabe jest takie zachowanie po prostu, tym bardziej że gdybyśmy chcieli dopłacić to cena była wysoka i nieakceptowalna. To jedyny minus.

• Laurent (10/5): Un séjour exceptionnel dans un cadre unique - Cet établissement est idéalement situé dans un site magnifique, parfait pour partir à la découverte de nombreuses excursions. Le parking à disposition a toujours permis de se garer sans souci quelle que soit l'heure de retour. Notre appartement était grand, parfaitement calme et superbement équipé : la cuisine permet de préparer n’importe quel plat comme à la maison. La résidence combine les avantages d’un appartement et d’un hôtel : personnel toujours disponible, ménage quotidien si on le souhaite, et rien à gérer pendant le séjour. Avec peu d’appartements, l’ambiance reste intime et reposante. La responsable de la résidence est remarquable : bienveillante, disponible et extrêmement sympathique, rendant chaque échange agréable. Autre atout : un petit-déjeuner de qualité servi dans une salle dédiée, avec un choix de produits sucrés et salés. Une adresse chaleureuse et pleine de charme… à ne surtout pas manquer ! Un grand merci à la responsable pour avoir rendu ce séjour inoubliable. Le commentaire précédent parle de lui-même : rien à redire, tout à apprécier.

Nefunkční některé zásuvky Nefunkční termostatická hlavice... málem se mi opatřilo dítě, jiné naopak pouštěli jenom studenou vodu. Nefunkční vířivá vana, pouze trysky. Rozkládací pohovka z kopce a vrzala. Drhly dveře. Nefunkční vodovodní baterie ( zatuhlá) 30 euro za den za použití staré el. Varné desky a trouby co je starší než sám Mussolini je prostě moc. Při odjezdu chtěl personál zaplatit peníze navíc právě za používání kuchyně, přitom jsme tuto službu nevyužívali. Plíseň v koupelně Prasklé dlaždice v koupelně. ( řežou)

• Elena (6/5): Cosy and well located but little service - Very cosy apartment, good location in the bottom of the slopes (Plan de Gralba, a very kids-friendly and beginner-friendly area with a good connection to the rest of Sella Ronda area). A nice little spa area (bear in mind the opening hours: 15.00-19.00). The apartment is clean and well-equipped. Minuses - for this price, in our opinion the place could have a bit more service: there is just one employee, she is I assume overworked and thus not overly friendly; thus there is noone at the reception most of the time even in working hours - don't expect you can do checkout or ask a question when you want. And please be warned about the absence of any luggage storage possibility if you are not leaving in the morning! (There is NO place to keep the luggage or change after skiing, and there is no bathroom on the public floor).

• Thoranna (9/5): Great location with excellent access to ski slopes - Excellent location, spacious apartment, very nice spa, good breakfast, friendly host. Dinner was served in another hotel quite far away.
• Tsuri (9/5): Superb - Clean and close to ski lift Kitchen appliances were locked and allowed only with extra charge. First time ever run into such operation.
• Ele (1/5): Avoid. Not worth the price and got scammed. - Sauna and position 200 mt from the slopes These should be luxury apartments and are rented at luxury fees. The house could be pretty. However, there was an awful stench on entering (possibly old or dirty carpets), the sofa bed mattress was awful, the bathroom fittings are in dire need of rennovation (possibly from the 70s or 80s) and kitchen utensils and cutlery are reduced to a true minimum (we were in 4 and everything was counted to a max of 4, including glasses, plates and cutlery). We found an empty vodka bottle from other guests left under our bed. When it snowed, ours was the only house on the road where nobody took care to clear the parking lot or paths, leaving us snowed in for nearly 2 days. The position is excellent for skiing (not ski in/ski out- around 300 m from the slopes), and the flat was a good size, but it was nowhere near the standards one would expect for the price paid. Sauna is NOT in the rooms but is a common sauna downstairs. On top of this , watch out for the scam. There is a local marketing initiative applicable for bookings before the Christmas week where a voucher is released by participating hotels and rental flats for a free night every 4 booked. This host participates, amongst others. BUT, the voucher is provided only after check-in, and when you ask them for the refund of the free night they tell you it was already calculated in the fee they initially applied, which is not true (I received a direct quote prior to booking AND the detail of the nightly fees through booking.com which were the same had I booked for 2 nights only, therefore with no applicable discount). Awful customer service then took 3 weeks to provide an invoice I requested immediately, and when they did at last send it, they didn’t provide the detail of costs per night to hide the fact they hadn’t actually applied the dolomiti superski discount voucher and were very rude overall. I will never ever book here again and strongly recommend you avoid them.
• Mt (10/5): Great stay with breathtaking view in the Dolomites - Perfect position, in front of the slopes. Beautiful scenery and panorama with view towards amazing Dolomites. Very clean. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Staff very friendly. All was great.

The space was nice, not as spacious as imagined but everything was there. The view onto the slopes was wonderful. The little heart chocolates on Valentine’s day were a very nice touch and much appreciated. The room got cleaned nicely every day too. Communication could have been a bit better and customer service- the price quoted for late check out was pretty incredible, especially as we just wanted to have a space to change, we would have not used the room and also there was nobody checking in that day. The ski in/ ski out as advertised is not correct. We get to literally put skis on and off just outside our door when we’ve booked this in France in the past.

Miinusta hotellissa oli puhdistusaineiden voimakas tuoksu, myöskään petivaatteissa ei oltu huuhteluainetta säästelty. Pussilakana ja tyynyliina viettivät ekan yön parvekkeella. Normisauna oli pieni ja 90 astetta aivan liikaa, löylyveteen oli laitettu eucalyptystuoksua niin että silmiä kirveli. Poistoon meni se vesi.
