• Marcy (1/5): Do not stay here!!!!!!! - We liked absolutely nothing. We should have never have checked in as we got a bad feeling as we drove in. But we did so got the rude desk guy. Liked nothing about the rooms or property. Did not feel safe for a second We did not like everything. Property was filthy. Two rooms had broken mirrors with glass falling on floor. The room smelled of urine and we’re filthy and seriously worried about bedbugs

• Connector48473881395 (2/5): Choose a different place - Room looked nothing like the picture. It has cheap worn down furniture. The comforter on the bed and stains and a cigarette burn. Pool area had 3 lounge chairs and some regular chairs so we could even lay out by the pool. Also the hot tub was cold. We ended up driving home the same day we checked in rather than sleep there.

• E7035GLlauraa (2/5): Do Not Stay Here! - I was given room 255 but there were roaches and a foul smell in the room so I was moved to a slightly better room (no odor of animal pee) but thenext morning received a text from hotel that I needed to be move again because my room had to be fumigated. Rooms are not only old, being old is ok but they are dirty, roach infested AND they kept my grandson's life jacket that I accidentally left in room 255. I decided to check out one day early anf they refused to credit me the one night after all the mess. Lesson learned
• Phil (3/5): Save your money and sleep in your car. Otherwise, spend another $100 for a descent chain hotel. - The water pressure in the shower was great. The pool was dirty, the jacuzzi was dirty. The floors in the room are cement. The fridge and microwave are stacked on the floor. The second floor stomping is loud. The air conditioning unit it very noisy.
• MFMetzger (2/5): Last Resort Resort - The hotel location was in an easy accessible part of town. Not in the middle of the main strip but an easy drive to get to it. The atmosphere was shabby. I wouldn't even say shabby chic. The hotel property was a bit scary honestly. The room we were checked into was really awful. There wasn't anything in that room that gave you confidence that it was clean. It was really kind of gross. The bedding was some patterned sheet. The top cover was thin and raggy. The floor didn't appear to be clean. The bathroom was also lacking. The noise level wasn't bad, but we had checked in during a "pirate convention" so the noise at the pool was bad and it filtered towards our room ande the smell of smoking was everywhere you walked. There service was almost nonexistent. We ended up staying for 25 minutes in order to book at a different hotel and we high tailed it out of there. Stay here if it only your last resort.

Construction and painting were happening. The room was marginally clean. Refrigerator was in the bathroom/sink area, broken mirror. Someone attempted to enter our room in the evening. The chain was on the lock, luckily.

This place was very quite no one bothered you. The floors need to be repaired as they're uneven. There was no phone or iron and iron board in the room (had to ask at office) very inconvenient. The sheets were old had a tear. The curtains were torn in several places and old. It needed pictures as there were none.

• jeffishish (4/5): It feels like they've given up - I've stayed here several times, and it makes me sad that they seem to have given up on the place. The rooms I've been in have always been clean, and the staff have always been extremely friendly. However, unless things really turn around this will probably be my last time at Delos Reyes. The power to one half of the room just didn't work. When we told them, they didn't offer to help at all. We didn't want them to bring in an electrician, we just wanted an extension cord or surge protector so we could have a functioning lamp on both nightstands, and have a place to plug in our phones on both sides of the bed. Eventually they went scrounging around and found a contractor-grade surge protector covered in gypsum that was too short to reach from any live outlet to anywhere near the bed. The curtains are literally shredded from age. The shower is small, which isn't a problem, but the shower head barely moves so it's hard to actually wash your whole body. Also, there's almost no storage in the shower, so you have to put your toiletries on the floor and bend over in a tiny space to reach them. It would cost $10 to glue a small shelf on the wall to fix this but they haven't bothered. What really made me frustrated, though, is our room's smoke detector was missing (which is kind of scary and probably illegal), and on our last morning the water was shut off without any notice or information. It sounds like the city needed to shut the water off to the neighborhood, which happens. That's totally out of the hotel's control. But the hotel never even considered knocking on doors or distributing notices about what was happening. They didn't even post a sign in the lobby (which was locked and empty during checkout). They kept saying "it was an emergency" except... it was a city emergency. The hotel didn't have to take any action except notifying the guests. Which they didn't do. There aren't any phones in the room so it's not like we could call the front desk. I really hope this place figures things out, because the location is decent and I want it to succeed, but it seems like they don't have any idea what they're doing.

• Veronika Petříková (8/5): - Po přečtení recenzí jsme se pobytu obávali a meli jsme z toho dost nervy. Palm Springs byla zastávka při naší ceste do Vegas a hledali jsme něco opravdu jen na přespání. Po check in jsme šli pokoj nejprve zkontrolovat, než jsme si tam vzali naše věci a s úlevu jsme zjistili, že je vše v pořádku. Nikde nebyli žádní brouci (koukli jsme i pod matrace), všude byl pořádek, na pokoji bylo pro nás dokonce až moc teplo, vybavení také skvělé. Samozřejmě se nejedná o nové ubytovaní, což je ale dopředu z fotek patrné. Účel přespání to ale naprosto splnilo.

Front desk staff was very friendly. The tv didn't work in my first room so the front desk person moved me to another room right away. I wasn't able to access the wi-fi, even with the code on my room key. The jacuzzi wasn't very warm. In general, though, I felt like it was a good value and I would stay there again.

There was a bad smell throughout the room that required me to leave the windows open all night. It smelt like cleaning fluids had been used to mask and underlying odor. It was also noisy from adjoining rooms.

I liked the colorful exterior and room access to the pool area. It was too cold and rainy to use but coffee in the morning outside was lovely The walls were paper thin. I could hear the people in neighboring rooms in their “intimate” moments and could hear their conversations. The hotel was far from full so I wondered why they didn’t leave an empty room between guests

There was an emergency , a fight in the adjoining room at 2am, screaming, slamming doors, threats, demands, furniture tossed around in the fight. No one at the hotel was on duty, no one to contact, no way to leave a message. Had to call 911. With so many rooms, there should be someone on duty.
