• René (7/5): Great staff - stop micromanaging them. - Great amenities and friendly staff. Hotel is well designed and is comfortable. Shuttle service to the slopes works well. Breakfast is extensive and good. The staff is friendly and capable but it seems like they are not empowered to take ANY decision without asking for approval from their management. The level of micromanagement seems excessive sometimes, to the level that changing a wrongly processed drink order (which is something that can happen) took almost a week to be resolved, and sitting at another table (in a mostly empty dining room) needed to be discussed with management first. This comment is not on the staff (they were great) but on the way they are being managed. Rooms are a bit on the small side (I had a premium room by myself which was fine, but staying there with three or two would be tight) and the beds are a bit small as well. Bathroom is tiny and steam shower does not work. Location-wise: marketed as ski-in/ski-out, but in reality you should count on using the (well-run) hotel shuttle service. Long walk to the village centre.

• Frédéric (9/5): Excellent hôtel. Nous y retournerons très volontiers - Élégant hôtel, très bien situé (retour skis aux pieds) et jouissant d’un beau panorama. Belle chambre lumineuse bien équipée. Spa très agréable (sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, solarium). Local à skis moderne avec casiers équipés de buses pour sécher les chaussures. Restaurant accueillant avec personnel diligent et souriant. Petit déjeuner buffet très varié et copieux. Dîner avec vaste et généreux buffet auquel succèdent antipasti, primi, secondi et dolci savoureux. Belle carte de vins régionaux mais pas seulement. Seul péché (véniel): le prix excessif…de l’eau (micro filtrée) - plus de 50€ pour 6 soirs. À quand l’obligation en Italie de servir gratuitement une carafe d’eau du robinet (au demeurant exquise à Selva…) à l’image de ce qui existe en France?

• Johnny (10/5): Great place. Would definitely stay again. - The staff was so nice and helpful. Located about a 5 or so minute walk from the Col Raiser lift and then you can ski down to right across the street from the hotel. Plenty of parking. Hot tub, sauna, steam room, and spa. Great locker room with room key access to locker. Shuttle service to 2 lifts. Free access to local buses with your stay. Nice breakfast. Clean, lovely rooms and property. The only thing I would change is the hours for the hot tub. They didn’t open until about 2 or 3 and then closed at 7. Wish that was a bigger window. Also just so people are aware, it is a little removed from main part of town. Only 1 restaurant within reasonable walking distance, but a very short drive to plenty of other options.

• Hans (9/5): Great place , great location , great breakfast, Quiet , relaxing , nice staff, close to lifts - Good safe location , shuttle service to lifts , free parking, clean cozy rooms , spa and health club , ski room with boot warmers in the lockers was great ! 2 jacuzzi's , breakfast was great! "Ski in" (but not ski out) Shuttle and ski bus service great for "ski out "and well organized. Good to be informed of the shuttle bus and ski bus schedules. -I'm a senior so Elevator to the upper floor could have been a plus after ski days , (3 floors). -The evening meal deal was a full fare multi course meal at 40- 50 euros per person. Would have liked a lighter Evening menu with smaller meals like a goulash soup and salad ect. Mostly ended up going out for dinner at night. This was also ok though as we had a car and lots of places to eat in town as well as a pizza place within walking distance. Healthclub and jacuzzi only open from 15:00-19:00. Would be nice if one of the 2 outside jacuzzi's only would stay open later for late arrival guests. After an 8 hour overseas flight and 5 hour transit from Milan on our arrival day , a jacuzzi would have been so nice after a long day . Was a bit of a let down to arrive at the Jacuzzi to find it closed for the day.

• Matthijs (9/5): Top vakantie plek! Skieen is hier een paradijs. - Mooi zonnig terras en fijne welness op de eerste verdieping. Meeste personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt is goed verzorgd! We hebben er een heerlijke week gehad. Bus naar de skiliften vertrekt in de ochtend elke 10 min. Plek is ver lopen van het dorp en heuvelop of af ;-).

• GUY (9/5): Great place but our room was not as described - Location to skiing . It's a short shuttle ride to Colriser Gondola and on way back you can ski to door Our room was not as booked. We paid for a suite with a small living room, two queens and two twin beds. We got 2 queens and a closet with a roll in bed. We were told we were only 3 people and our room holds 5. That's not the point. They clearly gave our room to someone else. The place was great but confirm it's what your getting m.

House keeping service was very nice Location was not ideal, it is not convenient for the the sky schools, even though they say there is a shuttle service provided they would not take us to the closest chair lift. So actually it was really inconvenient we had to drive every morning and search for parking

• Gesham (10/5): Exceptional - I very much enjoyed my stay. The hotel is situated on the hill with amazing surrounding views and in a quiet area. I really liked the interior and exterior of the hotel. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. Breakfast was excellent. The bed was very comfortable, and I really liked the shower with a built-in seat. Will be happy to come back.

Be prepared to take your large luggages to walk up 2 floors. No cups and kettle inside the room, not that friendly for those who want to have some hot drinks in a cold night. A bit far away from the bus station to ortisei.
• Andi (7/5): - My room was very comfortable and they have a big parking lot I got one of the most uncomfortable massages I’ve ever received there. The masseuse was rushing through it the entire time and gave me one of the worst massages I’ve ever had. Not to mention that he had my towel pulled way further down than it should’ve been and only helped move it up when I reached to do it myself. When I tried to tell the front desk guy about it he simply shrugged in a “so what? Not my problem” kind of way. I will never stay here again due to that.
• Preda (7/5): - Totul parea perfect… pana am ajuns pregatiti de sauna. Ca doar asa scria: spa + sauna in camera. Ei bine… surpriza! Sauna era oprita si functiona doar intre 15:00 si 19:00. Practic, un fel de sauna cu portia, ca la cantina. Apoi am zis sa incarcam bicicletele electrice… dar nu, n-a mers. Ni s-a explicat ca e ‘conflict de interese’, pentru ca ei aveau bicicletele lor de inchiriat. Am zis macar un pahar de vin in camera (vin adus de noi, evident). Raspuns: ‘nu va putem da pahare cu picior, conflict de interese’. Puteai sa bei doar vinul lor, la bar. Dimineata, trezit mai devreme de 07:30? Am cerut un espresso, chiar contra cost. Raspuns: ‘nu se poate, asteptati sa se deschida restaurantul’. Culmea, aparatul de cafea era pe hol, fix la receptie. In rest… numai de bine

• Cristina (Maria Cristina ) (8/5): Buon soggiorno peccato per la camera - Personale molto cordiale, ottima colazione e SPA più che buona. La ns. camera definita "con terrazzo e vista luogo di interesse" aveva uno spazio esterno condiviso con altre camere e nessuna vista.

• an (6/5): Te duur - Lekker en uitgebreid eten, locatie was top Afhankelijk van ober wanneer je je eten kreeg, duurde soms erg lang. nog hoge prijs voor drank aan tafel. Achteraf pas gezien dat we een pas kregen met vermindering voor activiteiten, dit hadden ze kunnen vertellen aan de receptie. Openingsuren sauna en zwembad beperkt. Zo zou het leuk zijn s avonds in de sauna te kunnen, maar dat is niet mogelijk. Ik vond het te duur voor wat het was. 3 bedden op 1 kamer, maar derde bed was zetelbed op 2 persoonskamer, niet comfortabel en niet veel ruimte op de kamer en dit voor toch ongeveer 500 euro per nacht !

• Alessandra (7/5): - Struttura molto tranquilla, accogliente e attenta al dettaglio (noi avevamo anche un bambino e un amico a quattro zampe) Il buffet della colazione e della cena ottimo; a seguire anche le 5 portate della cena ben bilanciate, direi il tutto molto apprezzato. La spa piccolina ma funzionale. Nulla in particolare da segnalare..anche se un po' datata la struttura, valuterei di aggiungere uno spazio nella zona benessere anche per i più piccoli ed un ascensore ai piani.
• Loretta (9/5): Eccellente - Ottima posizione, a due passi dalla cabinovia Col Raseir e dal centro del paese Santa Cristina. Personale gentile e disponibile, ottima accoglienza. Cibo e servizi ottimi. La camera pulitissima, unica pecca il bagno un pò piccolo, ma il nostro balcone aveva una vista eccezzionale sul Sasso lungo e Sasso piatto.

• Carlo (7/5): Piacevole ma migliorabile - Posizione molto buona, ma non eccellente. Colazione dignitosa.Personale gentilissimo ed efficiente. spa e piscina affollati ma di ottimo livello. La mia camera aveva una vista scadente, ma le altre hanno vista splendida. Ottima la pulizia. Manca l'ascensore e ha due piani, con le valigie pesanti...... La merenda è gratis solo per chi fa mezza pensione i B&B non hanno diritto.

• Michael Mario (9/5): Ein erholsamer und angenehmer Aufenthalt - Vom Check-In bis zum Frühstücksbuffet hat alles gepasst. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Im Zimmer war der WLAN-Empfang leider nicht überall gut abgedeckt.
