- SHEYIN (10/5): - This was my second time staying at this hotel. Compared to OneFive Villa, I would prefer OneFive Terrace for its overall experience and comfort. It would be better if the room cleaning service were more comprehensive, such as including bed tidying as part of the housekeeping service.

- Nagano (5/5): 朝食以外は満足 - 設備が綺麗手入れは行き届いている 朝食の時案内された席を料理を選んで戻ってきた時別の客が座って食事してた スタに問い別の席が案内されたが気分はよく無いしオペレーションの仕組みに欠けていると感じた。 従業員教育を強化するかオペレーションの仕組みを変えてこの様な事が無い様にして欲しい ホテルの設備が良いだけに残念に感じます。

- MITSUKO (10/5): コスパが最高！ - 料金がとてもお安いのに、お部屋がゆったりでダブルベッドのツインでしたので、のびのびと休むことが出来ました。 朝食は、お隣の系列ホテル「イル・パラッツォ」の高級感のある落ち着いたレストランで頂きましたが、大変美味しくて大満足でした。 事前にチェックインの手続きが出来て、当日はQRでしたので、スムーズに入室出来ました。 強いて言えば… スリッパが薄すぎると思いました。

- Kathleen (7/5): Great location, Great breakfast - Overall the location of the hotel is good, breakfast is served on the hotel next to it. It was great, room was big the bed was not super comfy though but modern hotel overall. The one thing we did not like was a member of the staff, we think his name was Ramesh. We did the automated check in so we were walking to the machine and he just yelled at us "passports, passports" no greetings or anything, one of the female employees saw that and approached very nicely and helped us with the check-in. This other guy was just rude all along during our stay.

- Lee (6/5): 방 넓은곳 찾으시면 추천! - 나카스강 근처라 캐널시티 가깝고 텐진하카타 둘다 가기 좋았어요. 방도 일본치고 넓고 좋았어요~! 직원들이 좀 친절하지는 않아요~ :) 방정리도 매일은 안해주고 엘리베이터가 진짜 좁고 짐보관은 만원주고 코인락커에 해야해요~
