• Alain (8/5): Bonne adresse, bon rapport qualité-prix! - l'accueil est sympa, notre chambre donnait sur les toits de la ville et sur le port, le petit déj était varié et excellent. chambre et salle de bain plutôt petites, mais bien suffisant pour une nuit... Avantage de l'emplacement près des rues piétonnes et donc grand calme! Il y a juste un problème d'accès par un escalier raide (quand on est chargé, c'est sportif). Il faut laisser la voiture sur le port, mais ce n'est pas un vrai problème et bien d'autres hébergements sont dans ce cas...

I didn't pay to have breakfast included but when I checked out around 6am the staff gave me a free sandwich, much appreciated. When I arrived, I asked the available staff to help me organise transport to my next stop and they said "we'll do it later". Ended up having to figure it out on my own.

• Dylan (7/5): Okay experience - Great location, nice view from the room which was also very clean. The stairs are a nightmare. We had to carry all our luggage to the second floor. The room is quite small. We booked a double bed and got two singles instead. The worst part was the hotel is very loud. The walls are paper thin and we were awaken by the noises around the room.

• Nora (9/5): Extremely charming hotel, very quiet yet right in the heart of the old town. - Very beautiful view of the city and sea, extremely central location, close to restaurants and shops in the old town, sweet little hotel. Extremely friendly staff, luggage could be left behind. There is a very nice place to sit in the summer (not open now in December). The room with two beds was a bit small for two people. There isn't much room left to move around. But we knew that beforehand. Fine if you're just sleeping there. And there is a small hallway when you enter where you can change your clothes. Perhaps a chair would be nice for when someone wants to write something or use their laptop.

Room was quiet and comfy. The location is great, very central, and the staff are really friendly. Only two minor things; Bed was quite soft, but this is a matter of preference. I would’ve preferred a buffet-style breakfast and a cereal option.

• Lebloch (9/5): Gerne kommen wir bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in Nafplio wieder ins Hotel Byron. - Das Hotel Byron ist ein feines kleines Hotel mit sehr persönlichem Flair, den die Gastgeber verbreiten. Das Frühstück wir von ihnen sehr liebevoll zubereitet und selbst serviert. Die Matratzen waren angenehm, aus unseren Fenstern sahen wir den Himmel über den Dächern von Nafplio und genossen die nächtliche Ruhe.

• Helen (10/5): - Nafplio is a charming old town and a great base from which to visit the antiquities of the northern part of Peloppones such as Mycenae. The Byron Hotel also has a lot of charm as a small family-run hotel in the old town - warm and helpful staff, views of the sea and harbour, and period atmosphere. We loved it. You do have to be mobile enough to manage walking in to the pedestrianised old town and up quite a lot of steps to reach it, but it's worth it! There is plenty of free parking beside the harbour and it's only a few minutes' walk. That's the nature of Nafplio.

Colazione davvero imbarazzante: il vassoio per due persone era insufficiente per una sola persona: quantità imbarazzante e qualità quasi sufficiente. Alcune persone dello staff, tranne una, sono state molto poco disponibili; esempio: al rientro pomeridiano, mentre il soggetto annaffiava le piante adiacenti alla porta d'ingresso della struttura, alla mia cortese richiesta delle chiavi della camera, il tipo ha sbuffato perché evidentemente scocciato dalla situazione... la cosa si è ripetuta il giorno seguente. Altra nota negativa: ben 84 GRADINI E SENZA ASCENSORE PER ARRIVARE ALLA CAMERA AL TERZO PIANO.

• Aline (10/5): Très bien - Hotel très bien situé au centre de la vieille ville, mais néanmoins très calme. Un peu vieillot ce qui lui donne du charme, mais néanmoins bien équipé et très propre. De plus le personnel est très aimable et disponible. Il n'y a pas de parking à proximité, mais on peut se garer sur une petite place en contrebas le temps de décharger les bagages et ensuite garer la voiture sur le parking du port, gratuit, à quelques minutes de là et facilement accessible à pied depuis l'hotel.
