- Sandra (8/5): Mi experiencia fue - El hotel tiene comodidad regular. Solicitamos cambio de colchón. Solicitamos media pensión para adelantar la entrada y dijeron que no tienen esa modalidad, sin embargo a otra familia le dieron.

O quarto que fiquei tinha as paredes finas e não tinha muita circulação de ar, mas acho que foi falta de sorte. Café da manhã agradável. Tratam bem os gatinhos que ficam ali e achei isso incrível. Os funcionários merecem destaque, excelentes!!!!

After I arrive, I have to call an uber take me to another hotel by myself in the middle of the night. Terrible service and ignorance.

- EDSON (6/5): Boa opção em CDE, se estiver de carro. - Nós sempre ficamos no Asuncion Gran Hotel. O Staff é muito cordial, mas infelizmente, devido à taxa de câmbio desfavorável, tudo ficou muito caro. Além disso, tivemos um mal-entendido no check-out a acabamos saindo sem tormarmos nosso café da manhã, devido ao atraso na sua preparação. Apesar disso, recomendo o hotel, apenas se tiver um veículo disponível ,pois fica longe do centro de compras.

- EDSON (8/5): Ótima atmosfera - Staff atencioso e professional. O hotel possui uma atmosfera familiar e informal. Infelizmente o quarto que ficamos possuia um banheiro muito pequeno e o ar-condicionado parou de funcionar à noite. Porém, foi reparado na manhã seguinte. Apesar disso, ficaria novamente neste hotel. A café da ma nhã é saboroso e farto. O estacionamento concerto é bastante functional e concorrido, pois possui poucas vagas. Não há atrações próximas ao hotel, por isso,índico para viajantes com transporte próprio.

- Jesus (10/5): MUY SATISFECHO - En realidad el hotel es bueno, pero un poco alejado del centro de la ciudad. La habitación que me dieron era un poco pequeña, pero cómoda. Cama que permitía un buen descanso, televisión por cable, aire acondicionado, un baño bien amplio, ducha y lavamanos con agua caliente, escritorio, minibar y bien iluminada. Lo que no me gusto de la habitación fue el hecho de ser interna, por lo que me sentía un poco encerrado, ya que la única ventana que tenia daba al pasillo. Eso si, si se desea descansar y dormir mucho, esta es la habitación, pero yo prefiero con vista exterior. Las instalaciones del hotel son muy agradables, bonitas, sobretodo la recepción y el restaurante. Las áreas verdes, la piscina y espacios exteriores, son muy confortables. El personal es muy amable, desde el portero, pasando por las recepcionistas y terminando con los que te atienden en el restaurante. El restaurante ofrece buena variedad de platos, a un buen precio, por lo que se puede perfectamente comer en el hotel. El desayuno es bueno, pero se queda un poco en los platos de sal, ya que la tendencia es a repetirlo todos los días, pero en general se sale satisfecho con la gran variedad en el resto de los alimentos que se ofrecen. Deberían mejorar eso de los vasos y platos pequeños.

Confortável, bonito, com muito bom restaurante que apresenta carta variada e valores acessíveis, preços bastante razoáveis para o nível de conforto do hotel. Conta com estacionamento incluso na diária, café da manhã muito bom, staff muito cordial e solicito, piscina, academia de ginástica, mesas ao lado da piscina para um happy hour, enfim, na minha opinião uma das melhores, senão a melhor opção de hospedagem em Ciudad del Leste.Convém reservar com antecedência, é mais prudente.

Sometimes no power, no tv signal (they couldn't fix it), no wifi (because its raining). Nothing nearby, right at an expressway. Avoid. 4 stars is a joke. Employees always astonished that someone could be bothered by this. And this is not a Paraguayan issue...the Acaray, Marambaia and Gran Nobile are solid choices without any of these problems.

- Jackson (8/5): Hoteis no Paraguay - Os quartos dos fundos são menores mas mais silenciosos. Seguro e tranquilo, cozinha do hotel excelente. Diferente de hotéis que já me hospedei pelo mundo este cobra 10 mil guaranis para levar uma jarra de suco para o quarto.

- Americas (6/5): Ok hotel - Best thing is the breakfast and the restaurant has good food and good prices. The frontdesk are kind of clumbsy on checking you in and out. They need retraining. The pool is nice. The gym is very poor. Location is about 15 min from downtown. No food or grocery stores nearby. If you need a good taxi driver ask for Mr Cornelio he will give you great prices and knows his way around town. Very trustworthy and he is always parked outside the hotel.
