Terrible communication to tell us where the keys were to pick up, meaning I could not get ready for the show and had to head straight there There was no bedding for the third guest at the start, had to request this once we already arrived.

• Swann (1/5): Title: Ideal Location but Unlivable and Unsafe - The apartment’s location is excellent for staying in London, and the size is generous. Unfortunately, the sealed and deformed biggest door window in the living room (which was also the place the lod was supposed to sleep in the sofa bed) made it impossible to ventilate, with indoor temperatures exceeding 28°C during our stay. We contacted the provided number immediately upon arrival and kept trying throughout the entire stay. Communication is entirely without human contact — only via WhatsApp, with key collection through a code and lockbox. Despite repeated messages, we only received false promises, no alternative accommodation, and the problem was never repaired. No refund was given during the stay — only a later offer of 9% after formal complaints, increased to 19% after further escalation. These amounts are far below legal requirements and, in any case, were never transferred as the property withdrew from discussions. The sealed window also created a serious fire safety hazard, blocking potential emergency access to the balcony and an external fire escape route in the event of a fire. Unacceptable treatment of guests, especially with a child, and a complete disregard for duty of care.

There was a loud humming from the cupboard near the main bedroom which had the water heating unit and other equipment making it hard to sleep at times .

• Ken (6/5): Overall a decent property, but the key collection was very poor and the Internet did not work. - Location is great I had to go to another property approximately 1 km away, at midnight, to collect the key to enter. The property would not give the key to my friend earlier that day to facilitate my late arrival. Also, the Internet was slow and stopped working completely after 1 day. Despite several messages to management, there was no response during the 5 days - on this issue.

• David (5/5): Good location, good space, not great management response to AC issues in the middle of summer. - The location and setup was great. It was very comfortable. The AC didn’t work and when I got in touch with the management team they didn’t do anything to help solve the problem. The temp went from 23 to 25 overnight in the apartment and made it difficult to sleep. We used the fans but still was just blowing warm air around the room. We rented two apartments and both were too warm. For the money I spent I would have expected better.

• John (8/5): A nice clean apartment with nearly everything you'd need. Noisy street life and no air con - Covent Garden location was ideal for getting around including plenty of Underground stations. Very easy access to and from London Waterloo. There are plenty of places to eat (book for a place though) plus a local Sainsbury's for supplies. A well laid out kitchen with everything you'd need. The apartment was very hot and, for the price, should have had some air conditioning. Opening the windows wasn't ideal as the night life was directly below and went on until 03:30. The main room lacked one of the pull down roller blinds, making it less than ideal for my daughter sleeping in the pull down bed i.e. very exposed. The remaining roller bling wasn't a blackout and there were no curtains. Some tea towels would have been a nice addition.

• Shaw (9/5): Excellent base location for a few nights in London - Great location and a really clean apartment. Very comfortable bed in the master bedroom. Nice kitchen facilities and great to see recycling bins. Good shower. The sofa bed in the sitting room wasn't all that comfortable, I was glad my 10 year old was happy to sleep on it, he seemed happy enough with it.

• Maria (9/5): Great location, clean apartment, felt safe and lift to our 4th floor apartment. Would return again. - I hadn't received my final email which gave instructions. I had to attend another property to collect keys. All in all that wasn't to bad as only a 5 minute walk away but if I had known in advance then I would have gone directly there. My mum is in a wheelchair so anything to help that experience is always useful to know. The telephone service colleagues were very helpful. I had to make about 5 phone calls. Eventually it was agreed that I would return to Cove St Martin where someone would meet us to hand over the key. The apartment was great and certainly ideal for a few days and 2 people staying. Great sized bedroom, sofa bed in living room was comfortable. Great size bathroom. We did have a balcony which looked out to the back and offices, no view, but was great to be able to open the doors and pop out there. All utilities were available for the kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and utensils. Smaller size TV and we didn't have an issue with the wi-fi. Dishtowel, some cleaning materials and starter tea/coffee and milk for arrival. Great towels in the bathroom Excellent location with a few restaurants right below us. We usually stay in Covent Garden as a good base for most places to visit. One suggestion please from observation. It would be helpful and safer, for those who need it, to have a grab rail when having a shower. Noise from the cupboard in the hall was quite loud. I thought it was the fan in the bathroom to begin with but was some other kind of unit. Not enough to keep me awake but was just present. I had requested a sheet for the sofa bed which wasn't dropped off. I hadn't mentioned in advance that I would be using the sofa bed but would have been good to have this once requested.

• Mariana (9/5): Ok - The apartment meets all the requirements of the most demanding customers in terms of equipment. Quality bed linen and towels, immaculate white. Perfect cleanliness, beautiful smell. A bathroom in a double bedroom and a second one in the hallway. Both equipped with a shower and a bathtub. Two terraces surrounding the apartment with a table and chairs. The position is phenomenal. You go down and you are in an absolutely gorgeous square with many restaurants and further other cafes and ice cream parlors. What is not specified is that there is no good collaboration with those who manage this superb apartment and where the bill is deducted. The keys are taken from another address which is nothing more than an entrance to a block of flats. You are given the entrance code in the hall and there is a safe with another code where you take the keys. You cannot leave your luggage there if you arrive before 4pm. There is no Wi-Fi in the apartment. They gave us 4 sim cards for 6 people which did not work in the apartment. The UK is not in the EU so it was very necessary to have Wi-Fi in the apartment. For those who want to leave their luggage after 11am, no solution from them. I personally found one 100m from the location at 20 Crambourg where there is a small grocery store, for 6 pounds per luggage you can leave your luggage without fear. I recommend it.

Large comfortable bed and sofa bed (for one or two small people) Easy communication with hosts. Met promptly to receive keys to apartment. A small confusion where to collect keys. Initially told Arne Street then property. However instant response from host resolved the situation quickly.
• Merav (10/5): Best area to stay at the heart of Covent Gardens - Great location and was very helpful to have a kitchen and washing machine. internet was very slow., but for the price and the value, I cannot complain anyway were were out and about most of the day. it was very convenient to have so many food options and restaurants and we walked almost everywhere to all the sightseeing and shopping areas. For theater lovers this is prime location next to so many theaters. First choice is staying in London loved the apartment and not being bothered everyday like in hotels but still got the room cleaned and stocked up every few days.

Very detailed instructions to access the keys. Very well equiped to cook . Extremely clean and modern. Not enough plates and cuttlery for 3 people, one of the shades of the livong room was absent, (difficuult to sleep with the light). I had to pick up and leave the keys in another building, 5mn walk from the apartment. A coffe machine woukd be great.

• Calder (9/5): Amazing location/property/host - Amazing location. Spacious 3 bed, top floor, apartment with large open plan living/kitchen. Front and rear balconies. The host was an excellent communicator. Shower water pressure was limited but I guess maybe standard for central London.
• Tara (10/5): - The one bed apartment is gorgeous and is very comfortable. It's close to restaurants, cafes, theatres, plus the underground and buses. WiFi is slow but we were mostly out sightseeing, so not a major problem. There is plenty of storage in the property, should you be staying longer term, and there are heavy curtains to block out the light - which is a thoughtful detail. Would be useful to be able to store luggage in the building before and after your stay.

Too late to inform once you are in the shower. 2. Wifi did not work when we checked in so had to speak to someone the next day. However the response was prompt and another wifi was shared. 3. Left luggage should be offered as a service even if it’s chargeable. Lots of options available outside however it would be a nice add on and convenient if the property offered the same.

• Martina (10/5): Exceptional - Wonderful big apartment with a lovely bedroom, lounge room with kitchen and small bath room. Everything you need and the location is amazing. Apartment is on 4th floor, so you even get a bit of a view and you can open the windows. Carpet floor wasn't 100% clean, but I guess that's pretty common in the UK and we're just not used to it.

• Rachel (6/5): Excellent location. There are some easy improvements that would make it excellent over all. - The location is excellent. Within walking distance of the theatres. Bill’s is next door for a really great breakfast. We would have liked to pay extra to check in early. We were told that was “subject to availability” but we were told on the day that check in would be 4pm and that was that. We were then given the runaround to get the keys - told to get them from Arne Street. We couldn’t access the key safe at Arne Street so messaged them and were told to go to the property instead. So we ended up checking in half an hour later anyway after being sent back and forth. The wifi is very slow. There are no mirrors near plug sockets so using the hairdryer or straightening hair is difficult if you haven’t brought your own mirror. This would be easily fixed with a shelf and mirror in the bedroom where the plug socket is. The bathroom cupboard door latch doesn’t work so the cupboard door is open all the time and the washing machine door latch is also broken.

The place is lovely but as we all know, in today's world, 3 days without internet is just not acceptable. There is no way I could convince my family to return here given our experience. No tv streaming, no internet on our phones, terrible.

We were advised to go to a different property 5 minutes walk away to collect the keys only to find they weren’t there. We then were advised to go to the property and wait for someone to deliver the keys.
• Georgia (8/5): Very good - I can't really write a review about the property itself, as we were moved to their sister property SACO Holborn (which is also very good) due to a maintenance issue, just before checking in. Everyone was very polite and helpful though, we were upgraded to a two bedroom apartment and offered a 15% discount for the inconvenience. So everything was fine with our stay overall and I would definitely book both properties again!

We then needed to get a taxi to St Martins due to the amount of luggage we had travelling with an 8 week old baby. Quite a stressful start. A lock box at the property we were staying in would be preferable.

We walked to the point where the keys were supposed to be, in a safe, but the safe was empty. We headed back to the apartment block and by chance, bumped into someone who could let us in and he said he'd return with our own set. We eventually checked in at 4.45 despite being there at 4pm as arranged

Easy to contact someone to report issues. Issues rectified quickly. Bedding and towels were clean. Conflicting check-in information. I had arranged to meet someone with keys, but then got an email to state to collect keys at the other building which was incorrect. Also received an email with key code information for someone else’s booking. Shower door didn’t close properly so this leaked over the floor when in use and no bath mat provided. This was rectified on day 2. Grouting in the shower is in need of a deep clean or replacement. Bedroom carpet did not appear clean as this was marked in places. The bathroom door does not fully open due to the fire detector in the ceiling. Strange not to have a luggage rack to allow cases to stay off the floor. Only 1 pillow supplied for the double sofa bed. WI-FI code on the key envelope did not work. An alternative was provided on request.

• Holly (6/5): Great central location, but not the most comfortable or modern stay. No reception/wifi at all. - Location, fabulous. Walking distance of everything you'll need as a tourist. Check-in was not straightforward. Initially, we were told we could be met with the keys at 2pm. Then a message arrived to say we could not be met until 4pm. Upon arrival, the staff were not there and I had to call the phone number for an update. Only 1 key was provided. Wifi and data reception in the apartment was non-existent. It was impossible to look up restaurants, book taxis via app, or even use Google as there was absolutely ZERO signal. Apartment has seen a bit of wear and tear. Slightly dirty carpets, door handle hanging off, also visible mouse traps in the corridors don't look appealing. Weird smell in corridor of building. Apartment is in a loud area. If you're a light sleeper, this won't be for you. Sofa bed in sitting room only sleeps 1 person.

• Emma (8/5): - Great location! Check in was easy with good communication throughout. Met at the property by a friendly member of staff and much earlier than expected. Overall a good stay, only inconvenience is luggage storage after you check out.

• Hannah (10/5): Spot on! - Really gorgeous little apartment, beautiful designed and kitted out. In such a fantastic location too and surprisingly quiet for being so central. Communication was amazing (thank you Jorge) and all in all we can’t complain!
• Gareth (2/5): - No luggage store. Generic communication masked as assistance. Had to collect key 5 minute walk away. Broken lift. Noisy. Expensive.
• Jieun (5/5): Cove st martin - The location was so convenient The shower booths were weak and the hotel key was in another location so a bit of a hassle and it is not a hotel so communication and the execution was not so smooth

• Linda (6/5): Location is great but don’t stay in summer! - The location was brilliant. The air con didn’t work and it was hot. The place was overpriced. I originally needed a larger place but couldn’t change as it was non refundable. Having to pick up keys from from a separate location dragging luggage around Covent garden at night is not my idea of fun. This was an absolute pain at 10pm and was not detailed when booking.
