The rooms are spacious and clean. Plenty of linen. Beds are very comfortable. The highlight is the breakfast absolutely amazing. Such a big selection Jeff does an awesome job! This was our third time staying here and will continue when we visit Ohio.

Winter at the front desk was warm and welcoming with a great smile. I discovered that I had left my AirPods. I called when I got home and reached Natalya, who was extraordinarily helpful. She found the case and one pod. We are going to look for the other pod together when I come back. I was able to have a tasty and nutritious breakfast in the lobby.

He opened breakfast early, knowing that we had to leave for work prior to the actual time he’s supposed to open. The food was always delicious. Definitely recommending to anyone I know planning to travel here and will definitely come back if I’m ever traveling this way again. There was also another man that does the breakfast who also did this for us several times, but unfortunately we didn’t catch his name. Hopefully you know who I’m talking about and he also gets credit for his outstanding customer service. Keep up the great work Jeff and breakfast staff

Having a hot, fresh, and delicious breakfast to start your day makes such a difference for a family. And Jeff was so helpful and kind! Felt like we were staying with family.

On this trip Jeff (Breakfast)and Winter (front desk)made this visit extra pleasant. They have a high level of customer service and professionalism, but add a dash of fun and sincere friendliness that I do not normally see. Jeff’s constant attention to detail made the breakfast feel like home. His positive attitude and sense of humor was a great addition to starting the mornings. Winter continued the home feeling with her smile and greeting us by name when we returned from our daily excursions. If Hampton could bottle what Jeff and Winter have and give it to all of your employees, it would provide Hampton with an even bigger competitive edge.

My pillowcases looked wrinkled and unchanged. The light over the second floor ice machine blinks on and off and the trash bins in the hall are overflowing. Really poor upkeep.

We had a king size bed and a private toilet and shower room separate from the sink and mirror area. The coffee preparation area was wonderful! To top it off, Jeff was the breakfast king! He fixed our food and was very attentive to make sure that I had a to go box for breakfast. He was so kind!

Very clean rooms, comfy beds, and wonderful, incredibly friendly staff. Also, the breakfast is TO DIE FOR. I used to work as a housekeeper myself (NOT with Hampton/Hilton) and this is by far the best continental breakfast I've ever seen. Jeff, the gentleman responsible for this delicious masterpiece, is wonderful and incredibly friendly. I would definitely put this place at the top of my list of places to stay.

The best part was the friendly staff member Jeff, who cooks the Continental Breakfast, the food was quite literally some of the best breakfast I have had. The potatos o'brien were absolutely 💯 divine. If you're around Columbus, come here!

The a/c filters were filthy. Hadn't been cleaned for months. You could smell it in room. Also mold all over vents on a/c.

- Tour40200634840 (10/5): Pelotonia weekend hotel stay - We were in town for Pelotonia and we enjoyed our stay at Hampton Inn New Albany. The breakfast was great and Jeff was very helpful to both me and my daughter. We would stay there again.

- Erin (3/5): 👎🏻 - Reserved a queen room with 2 beds to accommodate 3 adults. Only king size available. Disabled traveler had to sleep on rickety pull out sofa. Toilet wouldn’t flush. Constant screeching/screaming from A/C unit, which didn’t cool down room. Bridal/bachelor party on premises. Lots of screaming & fighting, felt very unsafe. Entire hotel reeked of weed, alcohol & vomit.

- Brenjinelly (10/5): - My son and I stayed here while in town for a baseball tournament and overall, we had a great experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff at the front desk were all incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. That was definitely appreciated after a long day of travel and games. The breakfast exceeded expectations and was actually quite good with a nice variety to choose from. The location was another big plus. It is very close to plenty of restaurants and shopping options, which made grabbing a quick bite or something we ran out of super convenient. While there were a few downsides; only one washer and dryer for the whole property, a very echoey indoor pool area, and no outdoor seating space, we still felt like the value for the price, location, and the excellent customer service made up for it. We would definitely stay here again for future tournaments or visits!

The only thing we did not like was the elevator was right next to our room #212. It was a great room just took the first night to adjust to the noise. The 2nd and 3rd night it didn't bother us as much. Thank you for your service.

- Meritt (6/5): - Unfortunately, our room was not clean upon our arrival. They did give us a different room which was cleaner. The drapes could not close completely therefore the room could not get dark and had light very early in the morning. The air was stale. The towels and toilet paper were very thin and no at all what I am used to from previous Hampton Inn stays. But I did enjoy the pool, which seemed to be well maintained. I thought the breakfast was great and the breakfast area was very clean. The staff were as helpful as they could be given it was a holiday weekend (4th of July) and we were told no manager would be on site from Thursday- Sunday, which I found odd.
- 402shailap (10/5): Yummy breakfast - Breakfast was good and different from a lot of hotel breakfasts I have had before! French toast sticks, ham and cheese scrambled eggs, nicely seasoned potatoes. Very yummy! Jeff was kind and friendly making sure we had everything we needed!
