- Jean-Luc (5/5): Bien pour un cours séjour - Proximité de restaurants du côté de Delfhaven et du Q Park à 1,5 Km pour pouvoir échapper au parking devant l'hôtel, à 6,30 € de l'heure, impossible à payer sans l'application ou avec une carte de crédit en sachant que la police contrôle souvent. La chambre mériterait un rafraîchissement : marques d'infiltration au plafond, poignée dévissée, pas de prises de courant au niveau de la tête de lit. Prix du parking à un coût prohibitif. L'accueil parfois inégal suivant sur qui l'on tombe, les jeunes maitrisent plus l'anglais et la communication devient plus facile.

De had även bröllop på restaurangen en tisdag vilket höll på till efter 01 med dunk musik…förstörde hela min nästkommande dag. Fanns ingen information på booking sidan om att detta var möjligt.

Nur Palstikbecher im Bad... Kein Teebeutel, kein Kaffee im Zimmer! Sorry, auch für ein 3 Sterne Hotel heute weltweit Standard! Und trotz Hinweis, habe Foto, auf der Homepage, gab es keinen Kaffee an der Rezeption! Die Frau heute um 9.35 Uhr sagte, sie geben keinen raus. Ich antwortete, dass es steht, ne, das machen die nicht. Auf mein Insistieren ging sie weg und sagte, die Maschine funktioniert nicht! Plötzlich... Ich fragte ja wie, Wasser füllen, alten Kaffee rausnehmen, so kompliziert ist das nicht. Wollte sich nicht bemühen. Daraufhin wollte ich den Manager sprechen. Sie wollte ihn nicht anrufen! Wahrscheinlich würde er schlafen, meinte sie! An einem Montag nach halb 10 schläft kein Manager. Sie wollte mir auch ihren Namnen nicht nennen, damit ich weiss, mit wem ich es zu tun habe. Si geht das nicht! Sehr, sehr schlechte Erfahrung! Das Hotel ist das Geld nicht wert

- Johanna (7/5): Prijs kwaliteit prima. - Prijs deze was vrij goedkoop vandaar dat wij hiervoor hebben gekozen. Hierdoor kun je ook niet het beste verwachten maar alles was aanwezig. Handdoeken, drinkbekers en waterkoker en tv en douche shampoo. Bedden daar in tegen lagen prima en waren ook netjes opgemaakt. Het was iets gedateerd maar nogmaals gezien de prijs niet erg.

Deed wat sleets aan,bruine vlekken op beddengoed en in gordijnen,halflege fles cola in een kast.

Кімнати бажають покращення та ремонту. Ми їхали компанією та зупинились в 3 номерах. У одному не було чайника. В іншому був розбитий телевізор і зламане підвіконня. У всіх 3 номерах були пластикові стакани. В жодному номері не було фена. Біля готелю не має безкоштовної парковки. Це великий мінус!

The only issue was the parking, if you go with a car it’s a problem. There are parking restrictions from 9am-11pm Monday- Saturday and Sunday 12am-11pm. If you have a car then it’s fine but if you don’t then it’s expensive

- Tamara (4/5): - Check-in and check-out was fast, the room was spacious and the bed was really large with a good mattress. Location is good, there's a water taxi stop nearby (can recommend!) and several restaurants. There was a €50 deposit for the room key (not a card, a physical key). Parking is really expensive, about €60 from 4pm until midnight. We were lucky as the next day was a bank holiday with free parking, otherwise it'd be more expensive. The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, especially in the bathroom. There was a large hole in the bathroom door and a massive dent in the floor near the entry of the bathroom door. My kid was enthusiastic after seeing the outside of the boat and some Asian ornaments in the hallway, but was disappointed that the room itself was standard and plain. I felt the room was overpriced (€130 for one night) as everything was a bit dated, including several ash trays in the room.

Wat me tegen viel was lastig te bedenken, want voor deze prijs, was het zeker goed. En als er iets was, werd het meteen verholpen.

- irene (5/5): Zeer simpel hotel, weinig luxe, armoedig en gedateerd. - Als je een relatief goedkoop hotel zoekt in het centrum, of dichtbij de Euromast en niet veel waarde hecht aan comfort en luxe dan is dit een prima hotel. Het voordeel is dat het hotel een al you can eat heeft. Daarnaast is er ook een Aziatische supermarkt in het hotel aanwezig.. Wat het meeste opviel is de hele entourage. De kamer is zeer minimalistisch, echt aan een opknapbeurt toe, badkamer is heel minimalistisch, verroeste douche, bed was afgebladderd, het doet heel smoezelig aan, er is verder helemaal niets op de kamer. Er staat een waterkoker maar die zou ik echt niet gebruiken, er is ook verder niks om te gebruiken voor de waterkoker, dus geen thee koffie niks je betaalt € 50 borg als je de kachel aan zou laten staan dan ben je de € 50 kwijt, het is echt een hotel waar je voor een nachtje even bijvoorbeeld voor werk of een goedkoop snel hotel zoekt en verder geen wensen hebt qua luxe. Wij waren met vier mensen, allemaal een eigen kamer en iedereen had dezelfde opmerking..
