- Emmett (9/5): Overall, this location and staff are a great stay worthy of a repeat stay! - The staff did a great job keeping the floors clean from the snow and salt outside, stocking the hot water, coffee, and breakfast bar, and checking in and out efficiently! The rooms were clean and well equipped. The staff were also friendly and communicative. The hot tub was out of order, which was a negative for some of our group who didn’t wish to utilize the pool and just the hot tub.

I observed her bring special orders to a person who asked her for something ( didn’t hear what). But Emma kept apprising the man that it’ll be ready soon and brought the plate out to him with a big smile. Then we noticed her cleaning tables all the way down to the floor. Very thorough. 👍👍👍👍

The only part that was less than optimal was that the A/C unit in my room made the room feel humid and damp. The whole faucet for the tub was loose, including the plug, and that made the water come up even faster if you didn't pay close attention. The bathroom needs an exhaust fan. The only problem was that there was a group of children running in the hall that sounded like a herd of buffaloes. Then there was the dog that was also running in the hall. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Instead of taking a risk and driving back home and wasting a sick day for the following day, I decided to stay close to work making my commute much shorter and better the next day.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing especially the waffles! The variety of breakfast foods was good! The staff at the hotel were fantastic, going above and beyond for customers- i was floored by the service everyone gave. From the front desk, to the kitchen to those who cleaned our rooms. I would love to give a special thanks to Rylan, Shannon, Drew and Lynn. You all made staying here an absolute joy. If i ever come back to visit Chicago and IL again, i know where ill be staying!

The toliet in our room never worked; there was no conditioner in the bottle attached to the shower; the furniture was older than most Hampton inns we’ve stayed at; shower was kinda ick.
- Lisa (5/5): Disappointed but definite potential - The room was beautiful. Staff was great. Nice, quiet location. After a long week on the road, I just wanted to sleep. Expensive but that was ok. Then, I got to the room, unpacked and found the ac was broken. Was switched to another room after troubleshooting was unsuccessful & being told the wiring was faulty on some of the ac units. Second room, ac was also broken. Ended up sleeping from 130-430 due to it being so hot and stuffy. Over $200 for a few hours of sleep was disappointing, to say the least.

The one and only negative was when we checked in(on a Wednesday night) we asked for housekeeping services every other day, and after them not coming on Friday I did have to ask for the services saturday and it was fine.Great parking and very close and convenient to restaurants and highways. Felt very safe, would definitely stay again

- Kelsey (3/5): Great location, friendly staff, but AC didn’t work. - Unfortunately, our AC was not working. It was blowing hot air which crept our thermostat up to 75. We turned it down and left to go to the concert. Upon coming back, our room was 77 degrees. We called the front desk and explained the situation and they said they would reset it and call back in twenty minutes. We called after 20 minutes and the temp was 78. They explained they had no other rooms and unfortunately there were no other hotels with rooms. My husband and I contemplating driving 7 hours back home due to how miserable it was but we stayed. We tossed and turned all night. The temp got up to 80 degrees. Unfortunately the manager was not available during our stay. When we checked out we explained our concerns and was told someone would get in touch with us. I got a notification from my bank that they charged us $30 more for the hotel room than what the actual receipt said. The staff were very friendly, the location is good and it was clean but the ac not working was definitely not an enjoyable experience. The AC was not functioning adequately in the room we stayed in.

- John (8/5): Would stay again but… - Liked the location — perfect. Breakfast wasn’t fancy but was adequate. Lady working the breakfast gig was a doll! Just a couple of picky things kept it from being perfect overall. The heater/AC blew right on me and prevented a good nights sleep. Also, the shower temp couldn’t be adjusted properly in Room 205. Beyond that, very happy with our stay.

- Rosanne (9/5): Superb - Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Awesome location for traveling off I 80 . staff friendly and helpful Pool was a little green. And key pass did not work. Should have signs bathing suits are required people were in pool with clothes and regular baby diapers not pool diaper.

- Roving27593562698 (10/5): Good place for value - On the road, booked a quick stay, needed good value. Clean place, very comfy beds! Breakfast had a nice variety, fruits, bagels, eggs ..etc (Waffle maker wasn’t the best, either the batter needed to be mixed better or the waffle maker wasn’t working properly..) Staff seemed nice and welcoming. Would recommend this location and would stay again if in the area.

- Feeney (5/5): Much needed respite but not able to fully enjoy the time there. - Didn't stay for breakfast but the location was close to where I needed to be. The room had an awful smell and the fan was loud and stayed on constantly. Didn't sleep.
