• Claire (10/5): Great holiday - Great holiday park, lovely heated pool, cafe and small shop. Right by the beach and short drive to other local attractions. Apartment was clean modern, well equipped and very comfortable.

Le bord de mer est tres proche mais la plage n'est pas la plus belle de la cote occidentale ;-) pas de grande animation à Cervantes (pas de restaurant le soir par ex). un peu vieillot en deco extérieure
• Natalie (10/5): Perfect place for a relaxing stay, only 2 hours from Perth. - The cabin was large, clean and well- planned with a toilet/powder room and separate bathroom, large kitchen and outdoor bbq on the verandah. Relaxing location close to the lobster shack and the beach.
• Harris (6/5): As above - We have been to the RAC in Cervantes many times and always enjoy the view from the cabin and the pool is lovely. This time we walked into the cabin and noticed an oily smell straight away. I cleaned the cooktop which helped and then my husband put the extractor filters into the dishwasher. They had obviously not been cleaned and the dishwasher water was a browny/yellow colour. The smell was better after they were cleaned. We have previously had a problem with small ants and found that some had taken residence in the bottom of our dried foods container. We cleaned it out when we got home but their presence makes us unlikely to return to the RAC in Cervantes. Realise they are not easy to deal with but thought you should know about our experience.

• Sandra (9/5): We totally enjoyed our stay at the caravan park and the town of Cervantes. - Cervantes & the caravan park was better than expected. All of the cabins surround the pool and you can also see the ocean from there. The check in staff were very friendly. Loved that each cabin had their own bbq on the front verandah. There could be a little more cooking things in the cabins. For example spaghetti bog is a family favourite for many families but there was no big pot to cook the pasta.

• christinam543 (8/5): Hidden Gem - As a family we stayed 2 nights in a 2 bedroom unit. All units face the pool. Although the pool is to supposed to be heated, guests found it a wee bit too cool. Camp kitchen is extremely well set up and is a place to meet and chat with other travelers. Beach is a short walk over the dunes. The sand is white and very fine. A short walk up the beach you can walk along the jetty where the crays are offloaded. Very clean and tidy park and very popular! Plenty of privacy. Plenty of grass for kids and adults to enjoy.

Definitely worth a stay and much better than hotel options. Friendly locals. A small thing only. We could have used more kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery.

• Callum (9/5): Pretty much perfect. - The pool and camp kitchen is exceptional, and the cabin is modern, fresh, spotless and well stocked. Easy checkin, everything in good working order, loved the bbq on the deck of the cabin. I think site management need a pay on the back - they obviously care a lot and it shows in the quality of the work done on site. WiFi in the room didn’t really work. I had some work to do so that was a bit annoying but it worked on the balcony of the cabin which was sufficient. Not a big deal.

• G6839TLtraceym (8/5): Great but windy! - We stayed for 4 nights on an unpowered site with a tent. The site is great, fab camp kitchen, amenities all good. Our only issue was the tent sites were nearest to the beach and the site is surrounded by wire fencing, most of it has brushwood screens also, but the part where the tents are, it is just the fence and the wind howls through!

Entsprechend laut waren dann auch die Familien, die schon morgens beim Frühstück Kinder-Party veranstalteten.

• Marta (10/5): RAC Cervantes Park review - I recently stayed at RAC Cervantes Park and had a fantastic experience, especially with their outstanding customer service. During my stay, I accidentally misplaced my key and was understandably stressed about the situation. Thankfully, the staff went above and beyond to help me out. From the moment I reported the lost key, the team was friendly, calm, and incredibly efficient. They reassured me straight away, helped me retrace my steps, and provided a quick and hassle-free solution. Their professionalism and kindness made what could have been a frustrating moment feel like no big deal at all. It’s not often you find such genuine, helpful service especially delivered with a smile. I really appreciated their prompt response and how they handled everything with such care. Highly recommend RAC Cervantes Park not just for the beautiful location, but for the wonderful people running it. Thank you again for turning a stressful situation into a positive experience! I feel as if everything completely met our expectations. The resort & our experience was sublime.

• Simone (10/5): - Big apartment with full kitchen, terrace with view to the sunset, parking space next to the house. Café and restaurant in walking distance. Quiet location (apart from one bird that wasn't able to sleep). A bit cold, as outside temperatures were about 10 degrees only.

Staff mislead us making us rush out to grab milk for our tea. After even specifically asking about a small tetra pack of milk which is usually available at all accommodation, staff said they don’t provide milk , we rushed to the general store nearby to get some and when we entered the property there it was in the fridge. Next dirty dishes were stacked in the cupboard with a note on the table saying that they take pride in the cleaning by the housekeeping staff. We took pictures to specify that the dishes were used and not cleaned but forget about the apology, staff didn’t even acknowledge our concern rather just dismissed it that the stains were due to the minerals in the water.For a property we booked for $360/ night. It was very disappointing.

There is a dish washer why not say all dishes used must be placed in the dishwasher and the cleaner will empty. The dishes etc did not seem clean and we ended up rewashing everything before use as they had an odor. How often are they given a full clean. Already paying for two bedroom chalet that sleeps 6 only to be charged extra money to bring a third person to stay, so if we had decided to bring the full 6 people the cost would have been the chalet price for two plus another $20 per person for one night how is this a reasonable fee

• Heather (10/5): Best caravan park on the WA coast! - The cabin was the biggest & best of all our stays along the WA coast from Mandurah to Exmouth! Facilities were fantastic. Pool was heated & the grounds were beautifully maintained. Although we had full cooking capabilities in our cabin, the camp kitchen really lacked cooking utensils & pots/pans.
