Before the trip, detailed information about the tour program was shared and all my questions were answered. During the tour, the guide was very friendly, professional and caring. Juliet Tur met all our needs and the team took good care of us. We visited different cities, discovered beautiful places, and had the chance to taste delicious local dishes. Everything went well and the tour was very enjoyable. Thank you Juliet Tur for such a wonderful experience. I'm looking forward to attending Juliet Tur's other tours.

The hotel grounds are green, well-maintained, with many peaceful spots to sit and enjoy the wonderful views. The guest relations team was very helpful and friendly, assisting with all our questions — especially Almina. The hotel organizes a free excursion to the mountains for its guests, which was fantastic — everything was well planned, the views were breathtaking, and the picnic was wonderfully arranged. Cleanliness could be better, and the animation was rather weak — more suitable for a quiet, relaxing vacation.

• 521jamier (10/5): Great stay and great staff. - I'm currently staying here with family and can't fault this hotel, the staff are extremely helpful and can't do enough for you. We had an issue with the room configuration, but this was the fault of Jet2, I approached management on the reception desk and they sorted it immediately by allocating me another room that was far beyond my expectations. I don't know any names in particular, but the reception team is amazing. Food is excellent, and the drinks are some of the best we've had at AI hotels. The cocktails bar is brilliant and worth a visit.

Food is excellent especially in main restaurant and also I recommend croissant cafe - it is soo delicious. Cannot wait to come back next year!

• manipa2025 (6/5): SOME Tips for eliminating small but big flaws - The hotel is our heart's desire. However, it is clear from year to year that many good things have been broken - for example - the outdoor bars, why is it only served in the main outdoor bar - is the one next door something different? The bartenders at the smaller outdoor bar are not trained bartenders and unfortunately it shows.. The pools are cleaned less - they are vacuumed of sand. The beach is not cleaned as thoroughly as it used to be, or rather only minimally and there are leftovers of food, glasses, plastic from the previous day....

• niklasb968 (8/5): Good Service. Wide variety of drinks - The service was really good. The Place was always clean. Everybody was hard working and nice even though it was really hot (40°C) respect to everybody working in the outside food stations under these conditions. Multiple staff workers made an effort to remember our names, language and asked how it was going every time we met them. Shout out to Muhammed with his "rolling bar waggon" for delivering delicious drinks and having nice conversations. You could always get food and drinks were everywhere. Dehydration impossible. Patisserie very good. Many desserts and always the cooles room. Everybody in this hotel speaks russian and most guests were also russian so the default language was russian. Even in the City the default language was Russian. It was a bit weird for everybody speaking russian as I can only manage a few phrases. Many could understand English though. Things that could improve: - A Map to know where things are. There was a Russian map displayed at the entrance, a paper map in the room would go a long way. (Couldn't find the "Edna bar"/night club at first) - transparent prices: Couldn't find out how expensive the high speed internet was without actually putting in my room number ? Or how much internet was free. Spa prices. - The TV was not working. It was a very nice TV with Ambilight but no cable or internet connection - some kind of sunscreen application station would be nice. Yeah I got sunburn even though I stayed in the shade.

• Lydkaaa (10/5): Great stay at Kilikya Palace - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great stay at Kilikya Palace! We had a wonderful holiday at Kilikya Palace. The hotel is beautifully located by the beach with stunning views. Rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Staff was always friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and varied, with something for everyone. Pools were clean and there were enough sunbeds. Entertainment was fun but not intrusive. WiFi was available throughout the hotel for free, despite our travel agency saying there would only be 500MB per room – in reality, there was no limit after logging in. One small downside: family rooms are a bit far from the main restaurant and reception, which could be inconvenient for some. Great shopping options right across the street, plus a long shopping street nearby (about 2 km) full of stores and souvenirs. Highly recommended – we would definitely come back again!

The animation team is very good, there is a program every day. I really enjoyed darts with Yusuf and aqua gym with Alla. • Ollh987 (10/5): Returning visit - Our third visit to the wonderful Kilikya Palace. Haven't left a review yet and long overdue! The hotel has beautiful grounds and a large number of facilities if you just want to really relax and soak up some sunshine without too much adventuring outside the grounds It's only 21 miles from the airport so it's extremely accessible too. The rooms have always been sizeable and super clean. The food is highly varied so no worries over repetition or quality. Fatima in particular was so lovely ...sorry I can't mention you all! Every time we arrive we feel welcomed and looked after throughout our stay. Very consistent and look forward to our next stay

We were looked after by the team impeccably, and nothing was too much trouble when making requests, such as late check out and certain dietary requirements. The rooms were nice and spacious and the facilities were fantastic. Lots of space in the beautiful grounds and lots of spaces for the children to swim and play in. The food was varied and delicious and fresh every single day. If you do decide to venture out the hotel is in a great location close to many restaurants nearby. We had a really great day and are looking forward to coming back again.

The entertainment! The Kilya World team brings the hotel to life they’re fun, energetic, and made our stay unforgettable. Without them, the vibe wouldn’t be the same. • davidkZ9257UU (10/5): A luxury all inclusive experience - This is a stunning hotel. There is so much space in the hotel, in the beautiful gardens and on the beach. The quality of the food and the selection is impressive from 16 different types of olives to an extensive selection of pastries. The front desk were very helpful and printed off some paperwork I needed. The cocktails were professionally made and a server appeared on roller skates whenever there was the danger of a small wait at the bar. The hotel is set up for both romantic couples and for families as there is a kids end and an adults end to the extensive grounds. This is the best value and best quality all inclusive I have visited. They are planning to open in the close season of November to April which might be interesting for visits to all the nearby historical sites.
• 178ruslanas (2/5): Disappointing experience - I stayed at this hotel with my family in the summer of 2024. As someone who has traveled extensively and stayed in several excellent hotels in Turkey, I expected a similar standard here. Unfortunately, this hotel fell short in several key areas. ROOMS We booked two rooms: a family room for two adults and two children, and a standard room for my parents. Upon arrival, we were informed that our rooms were not ready, despite it being past the official check-in time. We were told to wait another hour, only to find them still unprepared when we returned. The staff’s demeanor during this process was rude and dismissive, with no apology or effort to make the delay less frustrating. When we finally received our family room, it was not what we booked. It was a standard room with only one child’s bed, very small, and had an unpleasant odor. I immediately requested a room change, but I was told the hotel was overbooked and that they might accommodate us the following day. After repeatedly following up, we were eventually moved to a better room the next day, but the process was unnecessarily stressful and time-consuming. FOOD The food was another major disappointment. I had high hopes for authentic Turkish cuisine, but what was offered was far below average. The food lacked freshness, and the selection of meat and fish was very limited. It was, without question, the worst dining experience I have had at a Turkish hotel. Additionally, the restaurant was small, poorly ventilated, and the air conditioning was rarely used, forcing guests to eat outside in uncomfortable heat and humidity. STAFF The administration staff’s behavior was shockingly unprofessional. They were rude, disrespectful, and made several inappropriate comments. After finally being moved to the correct room, one staff member sarcastically remarked that we were given a “very nice room for free,” which was unnecessary and insulting. On another occasion, a staff member made a disparaging comment about my English, which was completely uncalled for. These experiences left a sour taste and significantly detracted from our stay. That said, I would like to acknowledge that the restaurant staff and housekeeping team were kind and attentive, and I had no issues with them. ACTIVITIES The entertainment team was decent, but their focus on Russian music was excessive, which some guests, including myself, found uncomfortable. OVERALL This hotel is outdated, with poor food and unacceptable service, especially from the administrative staff. While some of the team members were great, the overall experience was far from enjoyable. I strongly recommend spending your money elsewhere.

EVERYTHINGS WAS SO GOOD TO ME: ROOM VERY BEAUTIFULL, CLEAN AND BIG (ROOM FOR TWO PERSON IN MAIN BUILDING), MAIN RESTAURANT WITH LOT OF FOOD FOR EVERYBODY, THE BAR THE BAR BETWIN THE POOL AND THE BEACH EXTRA WITH GOOD DRINKS, STARBUCKS CAFFE AND SO MANY FOOD EVERY WHERE. ONLY THINGS i DONT LIKE AT ALL WAS THE LONGUE CHAISE IN THE BEACH- THE GUEST ARE IMPOSSIBLE. THEY PUT THERE TOWEL AND DONT SHOW UP AT ALL. AND FOR THAT YOU MUST WAKE UP EARLY IN THE MORNING TO FOUND A PLACE. VERY RUDE. EXCEPT THAT THE HOTEL WHERE I WANT TO COME BACK
• dzamba2002 (8/5): A hotel I could visit again - A large hotel complex with a long beach, beautifully decorated and well-maintained green and other areas, hot water in the shower on the beach and by the pool, 2 large pools, a sufficient number of sunbeds, without any feeling of crowding, staff in restaurants and bars fast, helpful and professional. A small drawback is the food during lunch and dinner, which is repeated.

We would like to thank: - Orkun for a great game of bocci, for great animations for adults and others, for humor and making the team work together, regardless of the age of individual people, - Murat for his phenomenal approach to children and adults. For caring for everyone, kind words, help in SHOW TIME, great sense of humor, respect and great ideas for fun in the pool/beach/dance floor; - Hanil for the best drinks in the world. Both alcoholic and non-alcoholic ones. Full professionalism. And for supporting us together at the match :) - Hakan for bringing out my passion for darts, in which I won a double championship. For games full of laughter, jokes, fun and commitment; - Ismi Umut for complete madness, dancing together and a great sense of humor and keeping an eye on the clapping :) - Ferit for great waiter service, eternal smile, songs during dinner and making sure we never left hungry :) These are the people we remember the most, causing us to come back from our holidays not only with beautiful memories, but also with a group of wonderful friends that money cannot buy. We will definitely come back again to be able to meet again and feel like one big family.

• Yilmaz (10/5): Kış aylarında da konaklabilecek güzel bir otel - Otel temiz ve çalışanları çok samimi. Kapalı havuzun sıcaklığı da gayet güzeldi. Yemek çeşitleri sayıca yeterli özellikle zeytinyağlılar çok lezzetli. Tatlılar için aynısını söyleyemem. Otelin konumlandığı alan oldukça geniş. Bu nedenle güneşli havalarda yürüyüş parkuru oluşturabilirsiniz. Ayrıca gün doğumu ve batışını izlemek ayrı bir keyif.
