Jodi (6/5): Just an okay experience - Clean hotel, clean rooms, most of the staff was friendly. The pool was not open, that’s the only reason we brought our daughter with us. The man checking us in took forever, then kept walking away to tell his wife what else he needed from the store. It took him 25 minutes to check us into our room.

The price we booked at online was not the price we paid when we got there. The manager told me that the almost $10 increase was due to the taxes he could not control. Booking.com always includes that when booking online.

Ive never been to any hotel that had cleaner bedding then the cobblestone in pulaski, WI. •The bedding was so comfortable. I slept the best i had slept in months! • The pool was perfect temperature and perfect for my toddler with a life jacket. •Breakfast, the food was amazing and delicious. So many options to choose from and I loved the food and my toddler loved the choices and the taste! Great job on the breakfast! •very family oriented and cozy hotel. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. •I will definitely be staying there again! Wonder place and money we'll spent for an amazing place and memories made. Thank you cobblestone! •The refrigerator was really dirty on the inside. •The bathroom's bathtub was dirty, i had to wash it a few times before I gave my toddler a bath. •The front desk/receptionist seemed to never be behind the desk, when I was trying to ask the receptionist for help with something. - No one ever seemed to be standing behind the desk. I noticed i would be waiting on a minimum of 6 minutes, every time I had a question for the receptionist.

Hilde (5/5): - Location was decent. Breakfast was okay, they ran out of plates one morning. Room was clean and comfortable. The customer service from the front desk was awful! We wanted to check-in a day earlier due to weather, so I called the front desk, and the lady working was pleasant and got us into a room that we wouldn't have to move out of during our stay. That was great! Then we debated leaving a day early due to weather again, the guy working the front desk kept telling me that I booked our entire stay through a third-party, which wasn't true. He also kept telling me that I needed to make any changes through the third-party that I booked with, well when I contacted the third-party's customer service they told me I needed to contact the property directly. We ended up staying for our full reservation time. When we went to check-out I asked for a receipt, which I was told again that I couldn't get because I booked through a third-party, I said that their customer service was awful and I left. Within the next half an hour I "magically" received an emailed receipt from the HOTEL and a message saying that the hotel modified the date of check in on the reservation. So, you just told me that any changes needed to be made through the third-party (which clearly wasn't the case, because I did through the front desk) and that I couldn't get a receipt because it was through a third-party and now, you're telling me that the hotel modified my stay?? Don't tell me the hotel doesn't have access to my reservation whether it was booked through a third-party or not! The hotel wouldn't be listed with a third-party if it was that big of a pain in the butt. I would say laziness and poor customer service skills. We have stayed at other Cobblestone hotels booked through a third-party in the state and have never had a problem and always get asked if we want a receipt when we check-out.

Pamela (10/5): We had an enjoyable stay for our two nights in Pulaski. I - We have stayed at this property numerous times and we are always very comfortable there. We had our grandson who is eight years old and he and my husband really enjoyed the pool. It was an absolutely frigid day, but the pool in the water were warm. We really don’t have too many complaints. We stayed there many times.

James (5/5): We squeezed a rollaway between the wall & king bed & the four of us didn't get much sleep at all. - Good, liked how it was set up & I liked the scrambled eggs topped with hamburger gravy. The rollaway bed was uncomfortable feeling the springs. I thought the King suite room had a sofa sleeper when I made online reservations, but it had only the king bed.

Steve (10/5): Great hotel at a great price! - My wife and I were up in the Shawano area for the weekend, on our Harley with family and friend's. We stayed at the Cobblestone and had a great stay. The hotel room was clean, fairly priced, and the mattress and pillows were really comfortable! Good water pressure in the shower aslo! We will stay there again if in the area.

Only negative - we were not told that you have to request housekeeping services. 3 night stay and no fresh towels or garbages emptied. When we inquired about this we were told you must request this to be done. Not a problem if we had been told that on check-in.

Jonathan (10/5): Nice room amenities - We were pleasantly surprised to find a full size refrigerator, cook top, and dishwasher in the room, along with a roomy bathroom, living room area, and separate bedroom. Front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast offerings were meh, but this seems to be the trend these days. My only complaint was that no one was available for checkout around 10am, even after standing there for about 10 minutes and ringing their "doorbell". Ended up just leaving, as I'm sore the other guests waiting behind me did also.

Michael (8/5): Vacation in Wisconsin - This stay was a perfect reflection of the one thing I do not like about Hotels.com. I specifically tried not to get a handicap room and was put into one. the other is the "eco-trend" of not cleaning or maintaining the rooms daily. I understand not completely cleaning rooms daily, but for lords sake at least enter the room, change towels, and look at things to insure no damage is occurring. Even when we requested room cleaning the bed was not made or sheets changed, they did however leave plenty of coffee, and towels. In the case of handicap showers there is always an issue of water on the floor destroying the grout, a potential slip/ fall situation, and bacteria and mold growth possibility. The primary reason we chose this hotel was that the one we had stayed in many times in Shawano had degraded so badly the last time we were there. I would suggest ownership would, if they want to keep the property in good condition, have basics like this covered. We will stay here again, but we will know to ask and make sure we don't end up in a handicap room.
Linda (10/5): Receipt wanted but not provided - Confused, when I asked for a receipt at end of stay, was told the booking was thru Expedia and third party bookings do not get a receipt. Why wouldn’t we get a receipt? I signed a sheet with the rate, etc. when we arrived. They did not give me a copy of that.

William (6/5): Bring your own pots pans and silverware - Hotel was nice and clean. Staff was friendly and courteous. We were staying for 7 days so we got a room with a kitchen. Unfortunately the kitchen was ill equipped. There was 3 of us in the room and there was only 2 forks 1 butter knife and a potato peeler. There was one small frying pan and one big pot to cook with but the was no cooking utensils. We had to go out and by plastic silverware and cooking utensils. There was plenty of bowls plates and and endless amounts of wine and whiskey glasses. Other than that, our stay was pretty good.

We lost electricity after a storm went through the area, which never resumed until after 2:00 a.m. I emailed the manager to ask for a partial refund with no response. The bedding had fitted sheets that were too small for the mattress and no mattress pad underneath the sheets. I thought that was a little strange.

Julie (10/5): Cobblestone Pulaski Review - The hotel staff was great! The front desk people, were amazing and they were our bartenders as well. The breakfast could use some improvement, but the coffee was good. I would definitely stay here again.
Tanya (5/5): The location is convenient, but I won't stay again if they are going to rip people off. - Location is good - close to the activities we were taking part in The hotel screwed me! I paid in full here at booking.com - the hotel charged my card in full again. When I caught the charge they refunded that amount & then charged me another $13.99 that I still never got refunded. I'm not happy at all with the customer service & the lady on the phone, Angie I think, was very rude

Daniel (4/5): - We have stayed at this property many times. We have family in the area and it is a convenient hotel for us to stay at. However, on this occasion, the quality has certainly suffered. There were no washcloths in the bathroom. I’m in the shower. I tried to wash my hair and there was no shampoo in the shampoo container I wound up having to use conditioner. Despite the weather being extremely cold, the room is also cold, and the heat was not turned on prior to our occupancy. For breakfast, I usually drink tea. In this occasion, there was only about a quarter of a cup of water in the hot water , the water was cold, and I was unable to drink a tea. The sausages were very dried out, and there was no tension to the eggs overall, a very disappointing stay.
