- Holly-jane (9/5): Lovely location and hosts - What a gorgeous setting and property! Gorgeous surroundings and peaceful atmosphere.
Lucy and Stephen were more than helpful, kind and welcoming, the breakfasts were also wonderful!
Very spacious room, comfy four poster bed and pillows! There was nothing we disliked but just a bit of feedback is that the water wasn’t always hot when needed and the pressure in the shower was very weak - the latter may be due to the age, location and size of the property… but it was just about manageable. I wouldn’t let it put you off! Just takes a while to rinse shampoo etc. if washing hair.
- Susan (10/5): Such a lovely atmosphere from the property area and owners - Loved the location the style of the property. Wanted the rural experience and definitely got it. Nothing at all
- Arlene (9/5): Calm, beautiful and refreshing - Huge bed room and bath room, very spacious, calm and gorgeous view of the farm animals . Great breakfast made with fresh ingredients, great dinner upon request. Just a perfect and calm get away with lovely people . Nothing. Everything was fantastic. No complaints .

- Victoria (8/5): Lovely place, very comfortable and clean, very friendly and full of wonderful character charm. - We loved this farm b&b, full of beautiful wooden beams & floors and lots of charming character! Lucy and Steve were lovely and friendly and gave us such a warm welcome! Breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked. The room was so comfy too! It’s a personal thing and I guess I didn’t factor it in when I booked to stay on a farm…. But the cockerels were so so noisy and kept us awake from really early hours! But I should have thought about that maybe! The Sausages tasted a bit more like a veggie sausage than a proper farm sausage. And the shower was exceedingly small but these are minor things as our overall stay was lovely!
- Paul (10/5): Exceptional - Great accommodation in a lovely location. Friendly hosts who provided an excellent breakfast and evening meal. We would highly recommend staying here. N/A

The bed was very comfortable and room cosy, with excellent views over the farmland and countryside.
With an exceptional farm produce breakfast.....
Great place to stay.
- jo (10/5): - beautiful farmland B&B, house full of character, clean and tidy, milk and water in fridge in room, breakfasts excellently cooked. nothing too much trouble.
- Nicola (9/5): Superb -
- Joe (9/5): Lovely and peaceful stay - Lovely place. The people there are very welcoming, and the entire property is very pleasant and peaceful. The room itself was spotlessly clean, and the bed was large and comfortable. The quality of the breakfast was also fantastic. The bathroom being separate from your actual room is a little inconvenient, but it didn't particularly bother me (and is communicated clearly in advance).
- helen (10/5): Fab visit - A great location. A gorgeous farmhouse with character, charm and wonderful views. The breakfasts were delicious. So a peaceful location and yet good access to locations. We would stay again.
- Martin (9/5): Loved it - excellent breakfast, great chef and plenty to eat WIFI didn't work
- Baker (10/5): The best B and B we have stayed in by far. - Breakfast was fabulous. Lucy told us about the butchers where the bacon came from and we bought some on our way home as it was so yummy. Stephen cooked us some Caribbean food which was fantastic and the Mac and cheese was to die for.
Very comfy bed and we were made to feel at home. If you love animals like we do this place is a must. We are moving to Herefordshire later this year and we will be back for our house hunting. Thank you Lucy and Stephen x Nothing 😀
- Gareth (8/5): Very good -
- Katie (10/5): Lovely Picturesque Place to Stay - We stayed here whilst attending a wedding at Crumplebury down the road. This was perfect as it offered a lovely quiet and picturesque setting but was just 5 minutes away from the venue.
On arrival Lucy was so welcoming and Walter the donkey was there to greet us too!
Our room was huge and the bed was so comfortable, the best nights sleep I've had in ages especially suffering with a back condition.
Breakfast was lovely and Lucy and Stephen were the perfect hosts. Everything we needed and more. The place itself was perfect, but just FYI it's difficult to get a taxi if you are planning on this. Nothing faulting the B&B at all, just useful to know perhaps!
- Anne (10/5): Lovely relaxing break. - Lovely working farm location, really comfy and homely. Cute donkey and Shetland pony out front. Super friendly hosts, lovely food over breakfasts and evening meal. nothing
- Robert (10/5): Could not have been better. - Very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were excellent. Surroundings were beautiful. nothing
- Gurjit (7/5): Working farm. Good location for Malvern - Comfy bed, great view from window. Good breakfast. Wife enjoyed the pie for evening meal. Wine was pricey but it was good wine. Hostess was lovely. Not alot around in evenings unless you drive. TV is awkward position for seating. Don't recommend the walk around farm as lots of sheep poo and mosquitoes.
- Martin (10/5): Ideal base for events at Crumplebury or just exploring the Malvern/Worcester area - Lucy and Steve very accommodating and welcoming
Lovely rooms
Great Breakfast
Walter the Donkey and Gordon the Pony in the field opposite the accommodation :)
- Linda (10/5): Brilliant, friendly and tranquil - The welcoming atmosphere and Stephen and Lucy were extremely friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. The livestock were great to see, as was Walter the donkey and Gordon the Shetland pony. Stephen's cooking was excellent. We were delighted with the room and the location was very peaceful and tranquil. I would love to revisit sometime and join one of Lucy's upholstery classes. The weekend passed too quickly!
- Wayne (10/5): Hidden Gem - Lucy and Stephen are excellent hosts and the location is exceptional. Everything we needed for our stay was provided. Lucy and Stephen are friendly hosts who truly have attention to detail.
Breakfast was excellent and I was especially impressed with the gluten free provision.
We will definitely be staying again.
- Sarah (10/5): - Great food good people And a fabulous place To stay
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Lucy and Steve are so welcoming, and nothing is too much trouble. Steve's cooking is fabulous and I will remember the fish pie,the amazing steak and John's company!! You know I will be back and the eggs arrived home all in one piece.
- Verified traveler (4/5): noisy - Noisy
- Paul (10/5): - We liked that it was on a working farm. The property is a hugh Georgian/ Tudor house. Plenty of safe parking. The Hosts Lucy and Stephen were friendly but not intrusive. The breakfast was fab with plenty of choice. Love our room big and spacious it had a big bed the bedding was pristine the bed comfortable. Shower room spotless with great shower. Enjoyed our 1 night stay here and would highly recommend.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The setting of the property is beautiful, with the farm animals in the immediate surrounding and rolling hills in the distance, you really get a sense of having totally escaped the madness of modern life. The buildings itself is quaint, with high quality facilities.
- Richard (10/5): Amazing - What an amazing farm hotel, food is out of this world, you will find it hard to find a friendy place like this one, very friendly staff and you have friendly animals all round.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Top notch establishment. - Just a one night stop over, but now we will definitly be going back now we know how good this place is. Lovely old building that has been lovingly restored to a very high standard, had all the amenaties that we wanted and more. The breakfast was all you could hope for, realy tasty and fresh. We just needed more time to stay and fully appreciate everything this place has to offer.
- Richard (8/5): Relaxing and comfortable - We had a large comfortable bedroom - we would normally have an en suite room but the shower room across the hall worked out fine. Our hosts were very friendly and accommodating - when asked, they put the heating on as it was chilly on the evening that we arrived. It was good to have a sitting room that we could use and we very much enjoyed the Caribbean evening meal.
- Emily (10/5): Fantastic break - Just got back from a fantastic few days staying at Huntlands Farm. Lucy and Stephen are very friendly and helpful hosts. The food is excellent, especially the evening meal we had (I recommend the Jerk Chicken).
The room was excellent with the most comfortable bed I have had the pleasure of staying in.
The local are is beautiful and worth exploring- the pub live and let live (thatched 16th century pub) is fantastic- you need to book.
Visit Brockhampton nearby which is a national trust property with huge grounds- beautiful and worth exploring.
- patricia (10/5): A great b+b - Our hosts were exceptional. The room was warm and clean. The breakfast was the best we had ever had. Plenty of choice and cooked to order, so nice and hot. We will certainly use this b+b next time we visit that part of the country. Thank you for making our stay special.
- Jones (10/5): Beautiful location and very peaceful. - This b & b is on a working farm in a peaceful location.
Very friendly home from home.
- Sally (10/5): Lovely B&B on a working farm - Stephen and Lucy are lovely hosts and we had everything we needed. Stephen cooked us a great dinner (Jamacian Chicken) which was ready soon after we arrived. We had home cooked pear crumble for pudding - again delicious!
The house is quite old and creeky but in a lovely way, and our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Our bathroom was across the landing, but exclusive to us. We had a lovely view of the farmyard when we woke up in the morning, and ate our breakfast (which was lovely) watching the donkey and pony in the field opposite, and the chickens scratching around. The sheep were further afield.
We left the property and were soon on the road towards Worcester - so the location and access is very good too.
We can't recommend this B&B enough!
- Bernie (10/5): Lovely stay in a perfect home - A great stay in a farmhouse packed with character. Hosts were perfect, food was unbelievable, Breakfast should be made compulsory at least twice a day.
- Wendy (10/5): Lovely stay on a working farm - We had a lovely stay at this real working farm. We were given a warm welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was extremely spacious and contained a lovely large bed plus a comfortable sofa in addition to a wardrobe and chest of drawers. Alarm clocks were on both of the bedside table as well. There were lots of towels too - of varying sizes. A great place to stay and we hope to visit again soon.
- Daniel (10/5): Very restful night and a great breakfast - Very welcoming hosts and a lovely breakfast. The room was comfortable and a good size. A great place to spend the night if like us you are walking the Worcestershire Way.
- Peter (10/5): Great B & B - Great location. Very friendly people. Lovely room and tasty breakfast. A farmhouse with a range of animals. Ideal for couples, families. We only stayed overnight but would have loved to spend more time there.
