- Alex (6/5): Simple stay with convenient parking - Location was great within good walking distance of the centre. The free parking outside the property was good and it was also easy to park on nearby streets if the space was taken/after check out. This was well communicated via signage at the property. Check-in and out were simple. When we arrived the rubbish bin in our room had not been emptied from the previous guests and the room smelt a bit stale. Decor was looking quite tired.

- Mercédesz Barbara (9/5): Good choice for your money. - Very good location, the bus stop is nearby, but if you fancy you can also walk to the city center. The check in went smoothly. We had a late night flight so we arrived during the night but the host provided all the necessary information for the check in. Everything was ok. They respond a little late to the messages.

- Laura (8/5): Clean and comfortable and good for what we needed it for - Clean and comfortable. Room was large and very spacious. Shower was nice and hot and had good amenities. Our room was at the front of the building but we weren’t bothered by the traffic outside. Instructions on how access property were good. As it’s just a guest house there are no facilities for breakfast Location grand for what we needed. Probably a little on the expensive side but it is Edinburgh.

We checked in after 0000 (delayed train) and because we let the staff know early the staff left us a message to be able to pick up our key with a lock box. This was very handy as we weren't super stressed about rushing to the place late at night - thank you so much! Nothing

- Mezan (7/5): We had a great time, we bought the day bus pass which is definitely recommended - The building had high ceiling, spacious and just right for one night. It was 40 mins from the airport, we had not booked our taxi in advance so it was quite costly. We should have investigated a bus route.
- ΣΤΑΥΡΟΣ ΠΑΚΑ (5/5): - Η στάση του λεωφορείου είναι πολύ κοντά. Καθαρό ιδιωτικό μπάνιο και ευρύχωρο. Αρχικά θεωρώ πως η σχέση ποιότητας και τιμής δεν συνάδουν. Το δωμάτιο μύριζε αρκετά άσχημα καθώς το παράθυρο ήταν τόσο παλιό που δεν άνοιγε. Οπότε θεωρώ ότι αυτό το δωμάτιο δεν αερίζεται ποτέ, καθώς στο ταβάνι έχει σημάδι υγρασίας.Δεύτερον, η φίλη μου μετά το πρώτο βράδυ είχε τσιμπήματα από κοριούς. Χρειάζεται επειγόντως βιολογικός καθαρισμός. Τέλος, στην προσπάθεια να φτιάξω καφέ ο βραστηρας ήταν γεμάτος νερό, ίσως από προηγούμενους ενοικιαστές. Κρίμα γιατί στην ίδια περιοχή υπάρχουν καταλύματα πολύ πιο καθαρά.

- Anna (9/5): - Nice comfy room. Quiet place and quiet environment. Good location with easy access to the city center by bus (and there were many of them). Big and newly renovated bathroom. Having a small fridge in the room would be perfect.

- kevin hardman (3/5): Apart from the property Edinburgh was really packed the event I went to was excellent - The bathroom was excellent I had to use a keypad to get in to my room which did not work eventually got in half an hour later using different keys to find a notice saying there was no breakfast had to walk half a mile to find a breakfast cafe my room.was on a busy main road so found it hard to sleep one of the lights did not work properly kept flashing the stairs was very steep outside not suitable for someone elderly

Check in was quick, the room was comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. - The property was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Easy to get onto a bus to take us into the city centre. Check in was quick. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

- EVANGELOS (9/5): - Η περιοχή ήταν πολύ ωραία , ήσυχη . Από τα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος απείχε γύρω στα 2,5 χλμ το λιγότερο αλλά εμείς το κάναμε κάθε μέρα με τα πόδια γιατί μας άρεσε η περιοχή. Είχε όμως πολλά λεωφορεία που εξυπηρετούσαν 80 μετρα από το δωμάτιο Το δωμάτιο πολύ άνετο . Χωρίς πολυτέλειες Το ότι ο ιδιοκτήτης ουδέποτε απάντησε οπότε του έστειλα μηνυμα

- Juan Pedro (7/5): Para el precio que tiene no está mal. - Está cerca de varias paradas de bus que te dan la opción para ir al centro, andando está a unos 20 min. La cama si la encontramos cómoda y para descansar un par de días está bien. Nos tocó la habitación que tenía el baño fuera, y es un poco incómodo. Las ventanas tampoco es que aíslen mucho del ruido de la calle, pero bueno es un barrio tranquilo.

- Jane (9/5): Great budget stay not far from the city centre - I thought this was excellent for the price - I booked a single room last minute. Check in was straightforward, the room was spotlessly clean, there's a good hot shower. Tea and coffee was provided in the room. The location was ideal for my needs - I had a concert ticket for the Queens Hall which was fifteen minutes up the road, and it was just over half an hour on foot from Edinburgh Waverly. It was also on several bus routes. I liked the area, and felt safe walking back there alone at night. The hotel is on a section of the street that is pretty quiet even though it's a main road. A few minutes walk towards the city centre there were plenty of shops and eateries. I'd definitely look to stay here again when I am back in Edinburgh. As others have mentioned, there isn't great sound-proofing: I was occasionally aware of noise from other rooms but this is just a minor quibble - the noise wasn't disruptive, it didn't stop me sleeping.

Il n'y a pas de double vitrage (c"est rare ici ), on sent énormément l'air froid rentrer. Cependant, le chaffage est efficace, nous n'avons pas eu froid.. Nous avons eu de fort vent pendant la nuit que nous entendions comme si nous etions dehors.

- Olivia (7/5): - La habitación era amplia, la limpieza estaba bien, el lugar estaba bien conectado pero lejos del centro Una mañana dejaron de funcionar los tomacorrientes, les envié un mensaje y jamas me contestaron. El baño quedaba fuera de la habitacion(ya lo sabíamos al momento de hacer la reserva) pero podrían dejar batas para no tener que vestirte cada vez que vas al baño, es solo un detalle

Non abbiamo incontrato il personale, ma il giorno della partenza il ragazzo delle pulizie è stato molto gentile da farci lasciare i bagagli in custodia La moquette, però riconosco che in Inghilterra è un must.

- Antonio (8/5): Posto accogliente, siamo stati accolti come se fossimo a casa e ci ritorneremmo volentieri. - Personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Posizione perfetta, in zona tranquilla, per visitare la città: prendendo un autobus si arriva subito in centro. Struttura molto carina e curata in classico stile locale. Sistema di check out rapido anche in assenza di personale. Purtroppo non è al momento previsto un servizio per la colazione. Non è presente un letto matrimoniale ma due letti singoli uniti.
- Naomi (6/5): Average and comfortable - Location good. The windows were a nightmare as dash cords all broken and no other means of ventilation in the basement room. Carpet loose on basement stairs caused me a fall on first day. Reported it to housekeeping and nothing done while I was there.
