Situation exceptionnelle dans le centre de Venise mais suffisamment à l'écart des grands axes pour être au calme. Chambres cosy et confortables avec tout le confort nécessaire. Accueil très chaleureux d'Eva qui a été aux petits soins pour nous. Pas de room service mais staff très réactif si besoin. Un grand merci pour ce magnifique séjour. Il est bon de savoir qu'une arrivée après 18h30 entraîne un surplus de 50 euros ce qui n'est pas forcément précisé avant de réserver sur Booking.

• Carmen (8/5): Alojamiento acogedor en el corazón de Venecia - La experiencia fue muy positiva. La casa es antigua, con mucha historia y un encanto especial que te hace sentir dentro del auténtico ambiente veneciano. Además, su ubicación es inmejorable: está cerca de los principales lugares turísticos y también a unos 15 minutos andando de la estación. Las habitaciones estaban muy limpias, y aunque sea una residencia con muchos años de historia, el mobiliario estaba muy bien cuidado. El proceso de llegada resultó cómodo, ya que recoger las llaves fue sencillo y sin complicaciones. Como pequeño inconveniente, las almohadas eran bastante finas; unas más gruesas habrían resultado más cómodas, ya que algunos días nos levantamos con algo de dolor de cuello.

• Mary (10/5): The most romantic comfortable friendly stay I have ever had. - The location, history and beauty of this hotel was just amazing. We will be back. Ambre who greeted us and brought us to the hotel was so friendly and wonderful. She told us so many handy things to know such as getting around and where and what to eat. She cheered us after a long journey of train delays. The hotel was spacious, clean, gorgeous and very romantic. The area it is in was great for authentic shops, cafes and restaurants. We needed a small bit more toilet roll. But everything else was perfect.

Entriegelung der Eingangstüre wäre gut zu revidieren.. 😉

Lits et literie parfaits. Décor de la chambre et des parties communes ont beaucoup de charme et de soin. TRÈS CALME jour et nuit. Emplacement idéal. Juste une suggestion pour les séjours longs. Ambra a été très réactive à nos demandes . Cependant il serait agréable de trouver par exemple un produit nettoyant pour la salle de bain, 1 ou 2 sacs de poubelle d'avance et du café pour chaque jour, des serviettes supplémentaires. L'idée est de marquer tout de suite une différence entre les séjours d'une ou deux nuits et les séjours de longue durée, sans avoir à demander ou payer des frais supplémentaires. ( je précise qu'Ambra ne nous a pas fait payer ). Des détails mais qui feraient se sentir un peu " différents " lorsqu'on reste longtemps. Mais nous avons adoré notre séjour à la Residenza Corte Molin que nous recommandons.

• Ilse (6/5): Simple residence with no services in centre of Venice - Very comfy bed and good location We had to pay 50€ extra for arrival in the weekend which I think is excessive considering the room rate. The room had a strong smell. We had the king room with canal view which theoretically yes the window looks on a canal but it’s not a view worth mentioning as added value.

• Avrl (9/5): Historic stay, perfectly positioned for the Rialto, surrounded by good places to eat. - The history was fascinating. The bed was huge and extremely comfy. The decor quirky and totally in keeping with the building. The agency staff supporting the venue were lovely and gave lots of good suggestions. The mosquito that kept buzzing me as I sat out in the outdoor lounge. Grateful for the mosquito plug in the room.

There is no cleaning service unless you want to pay €30 extra per day. For some reason they never fully disclosed they forced us to pay in cash only the city tax. The internet didn’t work. There was nobody at reception, they made us meet in a different place a few blocks away from the actual location since they have NO reception as it’s NOT A HOTEL. They claim to be a “locanda” but as a customer and tourists visiting there is NO WAY we know that in advance.

Lovely host who was responsive and gave good recommendations It was smaller than we thought it would be - most of the pictures shown are the communal/reception area.
• Elias (9/5): Living the dream of Venice in the heart of history - Check in was a unique experience with very extended information about the area, even the history of the residence and the surroundings. Location was perfect. Very near to Rialto bridge, but you could hardly hear any noise around. The residence itself an original part of the history of Venice. We would not mind if the room size was a little bit bigger, however this was not a real problem.

• Vatche (4/5): We loved our stay in Venice but wished we had stayed at a much nicer hotel. - We really enjoyed how quiet the neighborhood was and how close it was to a local Catholic Church! The ferry boat station is around the corner so we figured out how to use it to our advantage to get around Venice fast. On the day of check in, our train was delayed getting into Venice but the owner was kind enough to wait for us until we arrived. This place definitely has a Venice charming vibe. We were not able to get clean towels, the cell phone reception was really bad and the wifi was pretty much not existent. This place was more like an airbnb so there is no staff on the premises and the rooms were not cleaned daily.

• Michael (9/5): Superb - The staff was very helpful and even provided a little walking tour of the neighborhood. The room was clean, comfortable, and in a quiet area yet still conveniently situated. The king bed which was advertised was actually two twins put together. Still, the mattresses were comfortable, unless you were sleeping on the crack. Additionally, we had several mosquitoes in the room. That may be common with a canal outside the window, but it did detract from our experience.

• Mackaracher (9/5): Cozy, Clean, Intimate - I liked the interior decor of the building and my room, as well as the terrace. The location is fantastic, because it is right in the centre but still has a quiet and intimate feel to the location. The location is also great because from the outside it looks like a regular building and not a hotel, so I felt more secure knowing it's not as noticeable as a residence for tourists. I also really liked the cleanliness of the room and the mini bar/mini coffee bar! The soap for washing your hair and body could have been more easily identified, as the label only had a symbol and the name of the brand but did not say on it what it was for, so I was not sure at first if it was just hand-soap or what. Also, I wish the rooms had wifi. The T.v did not work for programs and streaming networks because there was no internet in the room.

The hotel is in a old historic building and redone in an 18th century vibe and located right on a canal. Our room overlooked the canal giving the feeling of quintessential Venice. Nice quiet building, yet less than a 5 min walk to the Rialto bridge and all of the restaurants, shops, and markets along the Grand Canal. Room was VERY clean and comfortable and included everything, even a stocked mini fridge. I loved the decor and feel of Corte Molin from the minute we walked in. The host, Ambra, is extremely kind and thoughtful and pointed out some of the best places to visit and dine. 100% will stay here again. Not a single complaint during our stay.

• Aspinall (10/5): Quiet spot in the heart of Venice - Great location. A quiet little alcove just a few yards from bustling streets. Very large and comfy bed. Spotless room which was well equipped. Staff live a couple of minutes away if there are any issues. I had a late flight so was able to leave my bag at the accommodation and enjoy the last day. The air conditioning was good but quite gradual in cooling the room (it was over 30 degrees when we went).

• Heba (9/5): A privileged experience in a World Heritage Site! - Absolutely loved everything about our stay! Ambra was absolutely lovely - communicated well before during and after our stay. When we arrived she gave us a full itinerary of lesser-known things to see and do around Venice. The hotel is stunning - a World Heritage Site that has been renovated carefully with beautiful antique furnishings but all modern facilities for a very comfortable stay. Great wifi, great mattresses and pillows (orthopaedic!) and a very clean room. Ambra and Eva were also extremely accommodating and kind about keeping our luggage on the last day. All in all an unforgettable experience! Nothing - everything was perfect!!
