- Janet (10/5): Memorable week in Sanur made better by this amazing villa - La Bali. - We have just had the most amazing week staying at La Bali Sanur. The accommodation was perfect for our family which now consists of adult children and partners. The villa was very spacious and met all our needs. The pool table was a bonus. The swimming pool was the right size, clean and inviting with a gazebo where we could sit even when it was raining. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable and provided what we needed - again an added bonus that our laundry was included and came back smelling so lovely and neatly folded each day. Made and his staff looked after us amazingly well and nothing was too much trouble. Such lovely, kind people. Location was good - a short walk to the beach and plenty of eateries near by. It was a short Gojek ride to the centre of Sanur. We'll be back! Nothing.

- G (9/5): Excellent for a group of 12. - Very spacious, clean, about 5-10mins walk to the beach. Various cafes along the beach. Fresh towels every day. Quiet location, away from the hustle. A short drive to Icon Bali which is a mall by the beach. About 10mins walk to the nearest mart. Made was very welcoming and ensured that breakfast is on time every day and helped to arranged transport for us for our local tours. The whole family of 12 enjoyed our stay. Mosquitoes but it can't be helped. Just close the doors at all times.

- Brendon (10/5): Beautiful large villa in south Sanur - Big open plan space, well layed out with all the required facilities. Lovely outdoor area with great pool and grassed spot. Breakfast prepared by the friendly staff each day, taking good care of the facility and nothing was too much trouble. Big bedrooms with comfy beds, water dispenser on site, big TVs with Netflix, nice couches and big dining table. Quiet location in south of Sanur, but still easy to get around. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend. Nothing
- Mardi (9/5): Great location, on the quieter southern end of Sanur - close to the beach, awesome nearby beachside cafe we visited regu - So spacious for our family of 5 - there would be enough space within this property for several couples to share it with extra large bedrooms/bathrooms and multiple living areas. Pool area was beautiful and the perfect way to relax and cool off amidst the humidity. Felt quite luxurious. Beds soooo comfy. Aircon was good. The pool table was well used and a bonus. Staff were always helpful and professional, provided breakfast everyday around our schedule. Would recommend. nothing

The villa itself is beautiful and the 4 rooms are all spacious and have great facilities. Perfect for a large family group as the pool is shaded most of the day and heaps of space for everyone to relax with a great games room too. Will definitely be back!

It was the best base you could have imagined for a holiday - The villa was amazing, roomy, very comfortable, very well equipped, great 10 metre pool and pool pavillion, and the extensive gardens were well kept and a delight. The layout is 2 large bedrooms, lounge, dining area and kitchen on the ground floor. The 2nd storey was a mirror image apart from the kitchen. large ensuites off every bedroom. A great return balcony with views and a pool table for fun. There is a smaller residence next door on the 1000 square metres for staff, doing our laundy, cleaning equipment, and cooking of the wonderful breakfasts we received every morning at a time of our choice. The staff were also amazing. Made, the manager and host as such went above and beyond to make our stay, stress and hastle free with that touch of luxury. We loved this villa and would stay again in an instance. Nothing really comes to mind and if I was pedantic I would say the hot water, although plentiful, took a couple of minutes to come through but hey if that is all I have to complain about you can see how great the villa is.

- Alison (8/5): Lovely spacious villa which could do with a little refresh considering the cost to stay. - Very spacious. Lovely outdoor and pool area. Very close to the beach and restaurants. Large bedrooms and bathrooms. Looked after by Made. Did our washing onsite at no extra charge. Downstairs bedroom walls looking a bit dirty and water damaged. Bath towels were a bit old and fraying. Help wasn’t offered with getting our luggage upstairs. Some welcome snacks would have been a nice touch. Drains in shower don’t work too well so the bathroom floor would be flooded. Bathrooms could use a refresh or a thorough clean around corners of the showers. No bedside tables in one of the bedrooms. Some of the bifold doors wouldn’t open and they needed hooks or stoppers so we could leave them open without them banging.
- Amanda (10/5): Huge villa perfect for a large group - The house is humungous. We had a family group of 10 (6 adults and 4 kids) and it was great. The rooms are massive and you can barely hear anyone in other rooms once in your own room. Made the house manager is great. He can organise whatever you need, transport, massages, hair braiding etc. and is very accommodating. The area is quiet, but still close enough to some good restaurants. The main part of Sanur is about 2kms away which is about a $3 taxi ride. It's a little far from main part of Sanur but that suited us fine as we mainly wanted to relax by the pool and venture out to different areas.

- Deborah (10/5): Excellent stay, very relaxing. - Great location in South Sanur, just at the back of The Mecure with a short 5min walk to the beach path. Lots of great restaurants around to chose from, a supermarket, chemist, Doctors surgery. Also some great Market shops - we went to the Markets at North Sanur, but could get everything at the market shops here. Enjoyed the serenity and calmness of the area. All services around. Our Host, Made was excellent. He was available to assist with any transport or tour suggestions getting us good prices too. There is a lady living on-site that assist with cleaning and washing (done at no cost). You never really know she is there - occasionally sweeping the gardens, setting up pool area and providing clean towels. Gardeners and Pool attendants pop in early to attend to their duties - not obtrusive at all. House set up is great, pool area is inviting, pool regularly attended to. Pool table was a great hit with our kids. All bedrooms have ensuites and are massive in size. Each bedroom as A/C and ceiling fan. Daily breakfast provided at time you request - choices of Indo breakfast, eggs/bacon, croissants/danish/pancale/french toast. Select one of these and served with fresh juice, cut up fruit and tea/coffee. Enough to get you started for the day. Made arranged a tour for us at Blue Lagoon to do snorkeling - great adventure had. We also had a day trip to Waterbomb Park - kids loved this. Couldn't fault anything. Only recommendation is to perhaps provide a folder with additional options of tour suggestions and service that Made can assist to organise for guests. This would be helpful.
- Rebecca (9/5): Fabulous villa for groups and families - We loved our time at La Bali. Made and his team were amazing and provided us with a delicious breakfast each morning. We also had two local meals cooked for us at home - a delicious seafood bbq and a variety of curries. Made also drove / organised drivers for day trips. Four double rooms with en suites. We were two families with young children and grandparents. Air conditioning was good throughout and the grass area was perfect for ball games. We hired a pool fence for our stay and this was excellent at keeping the young children safe. It is a 3 minute walk to the beach (recommend Genius cafe to the right on the beach) and a short walk to excellent restaurants, cafes and tourist shops etc. We highly recommend a trip to Water Bom water park in Kuta too! There is a bit of damp in one of the down stairs bedrooms but this is probably quite common with the high humidity. The bed mattresses are good quality but very firm.

It was very clean, comfortable and very spacious with a lovely pool area. It looked just as impressive as the photos. Made was there to help us with any queries and ground staff kept the beautiful gardens spotless. The breakfasts were good and I loved having our laundry done. A real holiday! It is just over the road from The Mercure Hotel so very easy to get to the beach. It is perfect for a family holiday or a group of friends. I was very happy we chose to stay at the beautiful La Bali. Nothing

- Rebecca (9/5): Great villa for family and friends - The Villa is very large, with a lovely pool and grass area. Breakfast was great and the staff were always friendly and accommodating of every request. It is at the quiet end of Sanur with easy access to the beach and restaurants, little massage places and a few non pressure shops a couple of minutes walk away. The only minimal criticism is the mattresses were very firm, I prefer a little softer but still slept well.

Great all round - The villa is spacious and modern, with great facilities and large dining and entertainment areas inside and outside. It would be great for a large group / family sharing. The pool is a very good size and lots of sitting / lounging areas. Very close to the beach and restaurants. Made ( the property manger ) looked after us excellently and took us to excursions and made us a great breakfast everyday

Made and team took great care of us, the breakfast and service was amazing, the villa was spotless and nothing was too much trouble. Made was always happy to drive us where we wanted to go. This was a very special place to stay and we would love to come back!
- Ong (9/5): Almost perfect - The villa is very spacious and is clean except for the lounging chairs by the pool and the ceiling fan at the pavilion weren't clean but we mostly stay indoors due to the hot weather. All rooms are huge with king/double beds and ensuites. Good enough for up to 12 pax. The manager, Made, was very helpful and cooks really well. We enjoyed our daily breakfasts even though the portions were too small for the guys. We paid extra for dinner in villa on 1 of the nights. It's pretty costly by Indo standard but the food was great so no complaints. Per our requests, Made drove us to various places at additional costs. Rooms were cleaned and made up daily. There's also gardener tidying up the estate's plants daily. The kids didn't want to venture out. They enjoyed greatly playing water guns in the pool and playing pool on level 2! We also left our luggage in their care while we were out for lunch and more exploration before leaving for airport on our last day. We left feeling well taken care of. I feel the water didn't heat up fast enough in the bedroom enquire nearest to the pool. Would be perfect if the cushions on the pool loungers and the fan at the pavilion by the pool are washed/cleaned. As villa has alot of plants, there were quite a bit of leaves in the pool.

Made was the perfect host and made sure we had everything we needed. The beds and bathroom facilities were clean and comfortable. We also appreciated the wash and fold laundry service and the water dispenser in the villa. We wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you Made and team for making our stay memorable and for the lovely breakfast offerings. We do hope to come back soon and try babi guling or go on a local market food tour :)

- Janine (9/5): Superb - La Bali is so spacious. We were 3 adults and had a room with enquire each, plus the private pool. It would easily fit a much bigger group. It is also an excellent location, 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants and shops. Staff were lovely and keep the villa very clean.

- Yanghee (10/5): The Sanur area was also good, and this accommodation was also very good. - We were a group of several families. The service and location of this villa were great. Great for going to the sea, shops and restaurants. The MADE manager was very satisfied, and the other staff members were also very kind. Breakfast service was very good. And we didn't know the meaning of the 2nd floor pool table when we booked, but our children focused on the billiard balls every evening. The pool was better than the photos. If I come back to this area, I would like to stay again. The only downside was that the living room on the 2nd floor was a bit hot. However, there was no problem because each room was cool and the condition was good.
