Important Information
On prior request, a free shuttle service from the train station to the hotel is provided. Please let the property know your expected arrival time in advance so that the free shuttle service from the train station can be arranged. The shuttle runs between 08:30 - 10:00 and 15:00 - 18:00 (November - April) and 08:30 - 10:00 and 15:00 - 19:00 (June - October). A reservation in advance is mandatory. If you travel with children, please inform the hotel in advance of their age and the number. Please note that there is a service charge applied when you have your ski pass issued at the property. From 18:00, guests aged 15 years old or younger cannot access the spa. These guests must always be accompanied by an adult.

- natalia (8/5): Lindo hotel familiar - El personal muy amable. El spa muy bueno. Los niños pueden acceder hasta las 18 hs. Tienen un arreglo con un rental cercano con 15% de descuento. No era posible tomar mate y comer algo en el lobby. No tiene un espacio pensado para eso. El transfer gratuito al centro tiene capacidad de pasajeros y horarios muy limitados. En el desayuno no había tostadora de pan. El taxi al centro salía 30 francos. No dan shampoo ni crema enjuague.

La ubicación es excepcional y la comida simplemente espectacular, ¡20 de 10! superó nuestras expectativas y fue una de las mejores experiencias de nuestro viaje por Europa. Queremos destacar especialmente a Laura, quien fue un encanto con nosotros, siempre amable y diligente. Sus compañeros también fueron muy atentos y serviciales. Incluso cuando no hablas los idiomas locales ni ingles, hacen todo lo posible por entenderte y ayudarte, lo cual se agradece muchísimo cuando estás viajando. Definitivamente regresaríamos cada vez que tengamos la oportunidad. Nuestra experiencia en general fue muy buena, pero hubo una situación puntual que nos entristeció. Durante una de las cenas, uno de los meseros fue grosero con una persona de nuestro grupo que no habla inglés ni los idiomas locales. Le levantó el tono de voz y le lanzó el menú sobre la mesa, lo que la hizo sentir muy incómoda y asustada. Ella estaba sola en ese momento y no tuvo cómo reaccionar; más tarde llegó a la habitación llorando. Fue muy triste enterarnos al día siguiente, cuando ya nos habíamos retirado del hotel y no tuvimos la oportunidad de informar lo sucedido en el momento. Es una lástima que una actitud así opaque un lugar tan hermoso y un equipo que, en su mayoría, fue realmente amable y profesional. Confiamos en que puedan revisar este tipo de situaciones, porque el hotel tiene todo para ofrecer una experiencia excelente.

As camas, os travesseiros, edredom, as toalhas e roupões, tudo da melhor qualidade. O chão mantinha uma temperatura bem morninha. O spa também era muito bom. Possui dois restaurantes e tudo estava muito gostoso. Fica pertinho do hotel Suvetra, onde tem uma escola de esqui, aluguel de equipamentos e um Lift para subir até os restaurantes que ficam no alto. O motorista de Diogo, que fazia nossos transferes até a cidade, foi muito atencioso. Café da manhã muito bom. O hotel, realmente, vale o investimento. Ficaria novamente, com toda certeza.

- Aygo* (9/5): Great family-friendly value hotel in an uphill St.Moritz wonderful location - Overall excellent value for money hotel for families & friends travelers and which doesn't jack up its prices during major local events. Wonderful views from the hotel. Our room was spacious, comfy, warm and quiet. Facilities were very clean and well-maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful and communication is good. Excellent farm-to-table breakfast with lots of home-made and fresh options. A shuttle service is available for guests to commute to St.Moritz city center. Great hotel location overall. Very well maintained property with efficient staff, e.g. there were some snowstorms during our stay and alleys around the hotel & parking were already cleared when we woke up in the morning. Great parking size with lots of space to maneuver, included in the total price of stay. We would definitely come back. The room could have been equipped with a coffee machine and disposable slippers as extra suggestions for improvement. Bed pillows were too soft for a proper quality sleep. Hotel shuttle hours could be also extended beyond skiing hours as demand is there too to access St.Moritz restaurants, shopping etc. During the core of winter just be aware that the hotel is located quite uphill from the main road and it can be tricky driving up & down when the access road is all frozen, even with a SUV car equipped with winter tires. We didn't try the spa nor the restaurants for dinner.

Der Wellnessbereich ist klein aber wirklich schön auch mit Kindern. Die Betten waren leider viel zu weich und Kissen ganz speziell. So dass wir alle 3 morgens Rückenweh hatten und entsprechend schlecht geschlafen haben.

- Christian (8/5): Alles bestens! - Preis - Leistung war sehr gut. Wir hatten Glück, in dem Haus mit dem Wellnessbereich zu sein - andere müssen erst zu diesem Gebäude laufen. Dies sollte man bei der Buchung sehen können. Ich würde nur in diesem Haus wieder buchen wollen, auch wenn die anderen auch sehr schön sind.

- Chanmali (10/5): We absolutely loved this property - The property was beautifully situated with stunning mountain views and a very peaceful atmosphere. The staff were extremely friendly, and the resort was exceptionally well maintained and spotless almost brand new. We loved how spacious the rooms were, especially the separate bunk bed area for the kids. The bathroom was also large, with laundry facilities available, and the sauna area was absolutely amazing. Nothing to complain about only that there can be more snack options, maybe a vending machine. Dinner options were way too expensive.

The property felt really safe and the kids could play outside while we stayed in the restaurant. Didn’t like the shower arrangement in our bathroom. Water got everywhere, all over the floor near the toilet.

The bathroom was nice and clean and balcony space was facing the mountain. The hotel is very kid friendly. Staff was very friendly, and parking was easy. It is only a 5 min uphill drive from town. I wished I stayed here longer than 1 night. They have two dining options at night (Swiss or Italian). Their breakfast spread was pretty nice, limited hot food but they had a nice selection of cheeses, breads, cokd cuts, and fruit.

Saunas, hot pools, etc. It looks amazing. Our dinner was delicious, and the breakfast buffet had a decent variety. It was quite expensive, but for the views and time of year that we were there, I'm not surprised.

Wellness area small but useful and complete. Breakfast was beyond expectations, lots of choice, mostly home made. I will probably be back in this place. The also gave a gift to my wife for her birthday, that was very kind !! everything was great. Pillows maybe too soft, but it was not a problem.

- Lyudmila (8/5): Depends on the room - Location, breakfast. Stuff was helpful to change rooms. The second panorama room was very beautiful and quiet. We changed the room after the first night. The first room was very noisy, ground floor with windows on the street where people talk two meters from us sleeping, also car parking to unload one meter from the window.. Also it was a family room where "parents bedroom" walked through to go to the bathroom or out . Very tiny and noisy.

- Roman (9/5): We spent a weekend over there, all was good. We will come back. - It's just a few minutes to drive to the center of St.Moritz. Breakfast's buffet is good enough. Hotel has the own shuttle bus to slopes to ski. It would be good to have a small fridge in the room. I had some problems with my medicine.

- Koen (10/5): Satisfying for a family holiday! - The room was clean and extremely comfortable! The shuttle bus made getting to the town centre easy and stress free. Taxi’s can be expensive so using the shuttle several times a day was certainly a great help. The staff were very accomodating and helpful.

- Nikolas (9/5): Superb - Spacious room, comfortable bed and pillow, clean. Parking is outdoor and need to walk from room, was not convenient when raining/snowing. Breakfast is very limited and dinner food in the restaurant was average.
- Abdulaziz (10/5): we enjoyed it - view, the staff, playground, we had dinner in the restaurant very delicious swiss dishes, the rooms were clean and spacious. the noises from neighbors they were bbq in the night in the front of the rooms and they were big group.. the hotel should put rules for big group or family to keep the noise down..etc.

- Eli.nka (10/5): Wonderful hotel, for big and for small - We liked everything. The room and the balcony with a view, the playground as well as the indoor playroom, the breakfast which had enough options, the restaurant for dinner. The staff is helpful and welcoming and there are tons of information material provided. Hope to be back soon. The sliding doors inside the apartment did not isolate well from noise, so watching TV disturbs whoever is already asleep in the bedroom. Also they were a little difficult to move.
