We were really comfortable and we didn’t expect to love it as much as we did, it was clean and the facilities were great had everything we needed .it felt safe and clean and perfect for a Weekend away . Loved seeing kangaroos, and rabbits hopping by our cabin . There wasn’t anything we didn’t really like but if we had to choose something we would probably say trying to connect to Netflix was a mission . But we weren’t there to watch tv so it didn’t really matter.

There were parts that needed painting and some slats were missing in the blinds. There was also a strange odor when you opened the fridge; not sure if it was from the cleaning solution.

Loved the hire bikes - so much fun It was a shame the splash park was so cold and the kids never got to enjoy it. - needs to be solar heated or hot water in the cooler months to make use of all facilities especially with children. Staff were friendly The pool tiles around the edge need repair. The lagoon has green stuff on it that looks like you could walk on it and my daughter fell in. Maybe a fence around it and some signage? To hire the bike it is expensive. My room wasn’t ready in time, we had to wait an hour and a half but I understand and they were understaffed. The receptionist gave me a bottle of wine and bike vouchers to make up for it which was lovely. The water in the water park area was freezing which prevents people from using it. It needs to be heated some how. Kids and adults were riding electric scooters through the park constantly, even in the area in between the pool and kiosk. Sometimes not wearing helmets. It’s too dangerous. I feel like there needs to be more staff on monitoring these things and you can’t expect the staff that are already on to. The lady in the cafe was lovely an handled a very busy cafe by herself and she also had to do the bike hire. I praise her because she stayed calm and was very nice but I think it’s unfair to not have more staff.

One of the plastic chairs on the deck of cabin 15 collapsed when my wife sat down….she fell back to the floorboards. No injuries fortunately. Unfortunately when I arrived at my unit the door had been left open and there were flies inside that I could not get rid of. No spray in the unit & reception was closed when I went to get some. - Sean (9/5): Fantastic family stay - Our second stay at Injenia Lake Conjola and another wonderful time. Great location and resort with plenty of kid friendly activities. Pools are a particular highlight. Conjola beach within 10 minutes drive is sand flats and the roaring ocean on the other side of sand hills. Short 30 minute drive to the towns of Ulladulla and Mollymook, with the stunning beaches and scenery of Jervis Bay not too far away. During our stay the cafe was undergoing renovation and we missed out on hot chips and gravy 😂
