• Andrea Freitas (7/5): Pelo preço, podia ser melhor... - Excelente localização, muito perto da estação Vitório Emanuele, vários cafés próximos e a possibilidade de ir caminhando até o Coliseu. O lugar é seguro e estava bem limpo. Bastante silencioso. A comunicação com o anfitrião é rápida e eficiente. Diferente das fotos, não havia um box no banheiro. O chuveiro fica dentro de uma pequena banheira com cortina de plástico, muito incômoda e perigosa. Não precisamos utilizar o ar condicionado, mas ele é portátil.

Na wyposażeniu pokoju lodówka, czajnik, suszarka do włosów, żel pod prysznic, mydło do rąk, herbata ,ciasteczka ,dżemy,cukier, kubki, sejf. Dodatkowe poduszki i kołdra. Niewygodne poduszki ( bardzo twarde)i materac ( bardzo miekki).Brakowało talerzyków i sztućców

• DB-007 (7/5): The location of the apartment was great! - The location was the best thing about the stay, the apartment was small but clean. Because the apartment was in the city center you have everything that you need from supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, restaurants, gelato stores, flower shops, etc. You can go everywhere you like by foot. The bathroom facet was clogged with hair from the previous guests, but I fixed that. Also, the TV was not working there were no channels installed and the batteries for the tv remote were old as well. The neighbors were pretty loud when they were coming home at 2 -3 a.m. Also, there was not enough hot water so you can have a proper shower. The add did not mention that we will have to share a kitchen with the other people on the floor (3 or 4 rooms).

• Azusa (7/5): - Posizione buona La camera era molto buio e la tapparella non si apre completamente causa della boccata dell'aria condizionata. Non ci ha dato la ricevuta del tasse di soggiorno.

Przed zameldowaniem i po wymeldowaniu mieliśmy bezpłatną możliwość zostawienia bagaży. Słychać wszystko co się dzieje dookoła. Nasz pokój różnił się od tego przedstawionego na zdjęciu. W łazience jest bardzo mało miejsca.
• Iulia (4/5): The place is rather a good hostel than a guest house with one advantage to it - the central location - My friends and I liked the location. This was the only satisfactory side to staying at Lucky Homes. It positions as a guest house, but it was in fact more of a hostel. The room was much tinier and darker than we expected based on the photos on the booking.com and on the confirmation. We immediately communicated to the host our disappointment and asked to do something about it - give us a discount, an additional room or a partial return of the fully pre-paid amount. However, our request was met with an even bigger disappointment in the customer service. The host showed us a different room, which I saw on the booking.com and thought would be offered to us, but it proved to be even tinier and darker, albeit being occupied by different guests. The escalation went farther to include a phone call with the supervising manager, who didn't show willingness to actively listen to what we as customers had to share. Eventually, the host said he'd discuss with the property owner the possibility of not charging the city tax to us. This was ultimately the agreement that we achieved with the property owner, but not after another unpleasant phone call and accusations towards myself and my friends of not willing to pay. That was not the case, I confirmed I was willing to pay both the city tax at any time I'd stay in Italy but I did not feel it was fair to ask it of us when the provided accommodation so far from raised expectations and the below-standard customer service. In addition, there were very few plugs to charge phones for 4 people staying in the room. The towels were very old, torn on sides, which was unpleasant. When I said to the host on the day of our arrival that we would require them to arrange a transfer to the airport (which they offer according to the website), the host did not inform me that a specific request had to be made at least 24 hours prior to departure. Which eventually led to another disappointing aspect on our last day of stay, because, upon request a transfer, I was informed it would not be possible since I had not asked for it 24 hours in advance.

• Maja (9/5): Super smestaj na odlicnoj lokaciji - Dolazimo na isto mesto vec drugi put jer je lokacija odlicna kao baza za obilazak Rima. Blizu je stanica Termini (jedna stranica metroom ili 10tak minuta peske), ali sve ostalo je na pesackoj razdaljini gde setnjom obilazite sve znamenitosti. Mobilijar u apartmanima nije najnoviji, ali je sve cisto i sredjeno, tako da nista ne smeta i nemamo zamerki. Svaki dan nam je apartman bio sredjivan. Osoblje je super! Mogli smo da ostavimo prljag pre check-ina i posle check-outa i ukoliko je apartman sredjen i ranije, pustice vas unutra i pre vremena za check-in. Jako smo zadovoljni i ovo mesto ce uvek biti nas izbor za boravak u predivnom Rimu.

• Christian (7/5): Soggiorno per Run Rome The Marathon - Soggiornato per la maratona di Roma. Non distante dalla metro A. Punti a favore la disponibilità e gentilezza nell'accoglienza. Camera singola accettabile per brevi soggiorni. Materasso un po' scomodo, troppo soffice, tende ad affondare. Doccia con qualche problema nella chiusura delle porte; pressione dell'acqua non altissima, ma comunque accettabile, temperatura buona. Qualche rumore di troppo dal vicinato da mettere in conto, le pareti coprono pochissimo. Come segnalato da altri esiste una porta in comune tra il bagno e un'altra stanza, ma è ben chiusa, bisogna solo fidarsi della non esistenza di una chiave per aprirla. Personalmente nel mio soggiorno non ho avuto problemi ;⁠) suggerirei ai proprietari di fornire agli inquilini della singola anche la chiave della porta tra il letto e il bagno, così avendo la possibilità di isolare la camera potrebbero sentirsi più sicuri.

• Sunfyre (10/5): I stayed 3 nights, and I was quite satisfied with my stay. - First of all, I was welcomed by a very lovely lady who explained everything. The room was super clean, which was very important for me. The location of the facility is very close to Vittorio Emanuele metro station. Also, there is a strict silence rule for the building, so there were no loud noises. I really didn't like the blanket. It was slippery and very big for the bed. I had to fix it a couple of times in order to make it comfortable. It was the only thing I didn't like, because I sleep like an insane person :)

• Julita (10/5): Świetne wakacje w Rzymie - Świetne miejsce. Lokalizacja super, kilometr do Koloseum, wszędzie blisko, metro pod hotelem którym dojedzie się do Watykanu bezpośrednio w 20 minut. Czysto, świeże ręczniki i pościel codziennie, klimatyzacja i mały poczęstunek w postaci ciasteczek po sprzątaniu. W pokoju lodówka, czajnik, kubki oraz kawy i herbaty. Personel 10/10, bardzo miła Pani która po kontakcie na WhatsApp przyszła po nas i dała klucze. Ostatniego dnia mieliśmy samolot o 21 i mimo wykwaterowanie rano mogliśmy zostawić bez problemu rzeczy do wieczora. Market pod samym hotelem gdzie kupi się wszystko np. śniadanie, napoje itp. Ogólnie pobyt oceniam 10/10 :) chętnie ponownie wróciłabym do tego miejsca Brak uwag

• Jakub (9/5): Bardzo dobry punkt do zwiedzania - Największym plusem była lokalizacja, bardzo blisko metra, dobry punkt do zwiedzania Koloseum i Forum oraz Bazylik Matki Bożej Większej i Laterańskiej. Łatwy i dobry kontakt z obsługą przez WhatsApp. Pod pewnymi względami też lokalizacja, przy nocnych spacerach napotykałem bezdomnych i "podejrzanych typów" ale nie szukając kontaktu nie zdążyło się też żeby ktoś mnie zaczepiał.

• Siarhei (8/5): Все отлично.комната хоть небольшая, но четверым места хватило. Весь день гуляешь, переночевать придти - комфортно. - Отличное местоположение. Все рядом. Магазины прямо около дома. Есть возможность оставить вещи после выселения и пойти погулять по городу. Приятный парень заселял нас. Все чисто и комфортно. Хороший вайфай. Не было такого. Для идеала, можно было бы добавить микроволновую печь и столовые приборы (даже одноразовые наборы), но это скорее наши предпочтения, не связанные с объектом размещения:)

• Maria Sol (8/5): Estuvo bien - Muy grande la habitacion. Tiene TV Smart , el trato del anfitrion estuvo muy bien. Para el check out dejamos las llaves sin problema. La limpieza estuvo muy bien cambiaban toallas y reponian el papel higienico. El baño era muy chico, el inodoro era muy incomodo porque da contra el lavabo ademas tirabas la cadena y el agua corria por un rato muy largo y pensabas todo el tiempo que se habia roto. El baño es subiendo escalones, y se escucha TODO lo que ocurre en el pasillo y en el baño comun. La zona no es muy linda pero safa.

Il b&b si trova in un bellissimo palazzo molto pulito e controllato da un portiere, subito vicino a piazza Vittorio Emanuele e a tante attività commerciali. Di fronte la struttura si trova una tavola calda, forno e pasticceria dove poter anche acquistare pasti caldi a cifre contenute. Consiglio tantissimo questa struttura. Ci tornerò sicuramente

• Fabricio (7/5): Perfecto para una visita express a Roma - La ubicación es excelente, estaba muy cerca de la terminal de trenes. Contaba con aire acondicionado. El precio es muy bueno para la zona y temporada en la que fuimos. Pudimos dejar las maletas luego del checkout sin costo extra. Un poco ajustado el espacio de la habitación.
• Indrek Põld (5/5): Accommodation with an excellent location. - Location is excellent. All attractions are within walking distance. The metro is right by the door. It’s great that there’s also the option to leave luggage after check-out in case the flight is delayed and you still want to walk around the city. I was a bit disappointed with the room. I got a different one than the one shown when booking. The room was dark and practically without windows. There was one window, but it opened into a dark and damp inner courtyard. In addition, there was an unpleasant smell of stagnant water in the room, which was noticeable upon entering and remained throughout my stay.

• joseph (10/5): Really nice place and the owners are really friendly and helpful. - The location could not have been better. We can walk to so many of the great places in Rome , Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps ,Pantheon etc. The neighborhood is safe and friendly. It can be a little loud at times from the street noise at night but definitely not a big deal. Keep the windows closed and you’ll be fine.

Me cobraron la tasa que cobra el municipio para mí hija que tiene 15 años y entiendo por lo que me dijeron en los siguientes hoteles que ella no tiene que pagar.

He went to great lengths to ensure we found our accomodation, facilitated check- in and made us feel comfortable. This was after a very negative experience with another accomodation host! I would have great confidence in any business Philippe is associated with. Thank you for such a positive experience.

Ο Σταθμός του Metro γραμμή Α απέχει πενήντα (50) μέτρα περίπου και εξυπηρετεί τις καθημερινές μετακινήσεις. Ακριβώς κάτω από το διαμέρισμα υπάρχει super market για την κάλυψη των καθημερινών αναγκών. Υπάρχει αρκετός εξωτερικός θόρυβος. Υπάρχει αρκετός εξωτερικός θόρυβος.

Tuvimos un problema de retirada de efectivo en un cajero y fueron muy flexibles y colaborativos. La localización es bastante buena en cuanto a la cercanía a Termini, cercanía de fuentes para rellenar agua, locales comerciales y restaurantes. Quizá el barrio no era lo mejor, pero es cierto que no tuvimos ningún problema.

• Bence (9/5): - I really liked the location, also how approachable the accommodation is. The staff was amazing, really helpful and understanding. The inner 'area' of the building was nice. The mobile AC unit could not handle the hot temperature, but that is not the fault of the service.
